Sub Zero Company name but has Super Hot quality and service
Bought several items, base, mid layer, hat, socks etc. Tried them out in a freezing cold warehouse before going outdoors. Quality products worth every penny, will certainly look them up for additional items in the future.

Excellent service, excellent product
I bought an aquapure traveler water purifier bottle and an extra filter at subzero. The items arrived in two days. Good service, amazing product, reasonable prices. I would recommend subzero to everyone.

First class quality and service
I needed base layer clothing for a walking holiday and found SubZero online. The clothes arrived within a couple of days and are the best I have ever used.

Great value and performance
I bought a pair of substandard (i.e. factory seconds) Factor 2 unisex midlayer leggings from Subzero and they were great! The leggings were heavily discounted and the only "substandard" feature was a flaw in a seam at the back of the body. This had absolutely no impact on performance - my legs were toasty despite the icy winds whipping round the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro! The item was also delivered quickly and was well packaged.

Had wrong goods shipped to me. Exchange was made as well as a reimbursement of shipping costs for sending the item back.
Called their support desk and gave me the choice to keep (the more expensive good) the item or send it back. Courteous and polite, overall great experience and service.

the best thing sliced bread
hey fella i just got these thermos flasks from a firm called sub zero they are the dogs b****cks firm to order from i put the order in and talk about fast response before i new it they were here in fact it was faster than going all the way to Douglas yessir (its only 12 miles away from me mind lol ) and the missus loves her new purple mug flask thingy stops her moaning at work about having a cold cup of tea i keep telling her she should be working never mind drinking tea. So if you need anything for the cold weather outdoorey stuff try sub zero there the best thing sinced sliced bread.

The real thing! Warm, functional and Made in Britain!
After trawling the internet for thermals and finding lots of hyper tech expensive light weight options I suddenly remembered visiting the Sub Zero factory 25 odd years ago to see what they could offer. At the time I was a member of Mountain Rescue and standing on cold mountain tops in winter was par for the course. A quick google instantly came up with the Sub Zero website (not an option for most 25 years ago) Straight away I knew I was on for a warm winter! There products are even better today and I now have 3 sets of factor 2 thermals and guess what, I am having a warm winter! I recommend these factor 2 thermals for anyone thats going to extreme cold places or for people that stand around in cold weather for extended periods of time like myself (wildlife photographer.) I'll be getting factor 1 for spring!

Well described product and pleasent service
I ordered a -50'c sleeping bag from subzero, unfortunately it never arrived (although admittedly I did order it just before the Christmas rush) However, when I contacted them to discuss this I found their customer service exceptionally polite and helpful. They immediately sent a replacement by courier which arrived 2 days later. The bag seems very high quality with useful features and no unnecessary clutter. First use will be 3rd Feb in the Black Forest but I'm confident it will do the job.

Fast deliver, item as described.
Product as described - fit perfectly - but if had to be hyper critical the top band of the socks was a little tight and had to snip with scissors. But that is the manufacturers not sub Zero.

Toasty...
I recently purchased a full fleece body suit. Living in Yorkshire, I am more than familiar with the term sub-zero! The suit is my new house wear. Cosy, snug, flexible. Very, very happy. If I could wish for one thing, it would be thumb straps on the arms to keep the sleeves pulled down.

Terrific products - Great Customer Service.
I have always used SubZero for the quality of their thermals, a bit expersive but they really perform and last forever. Recently I purchased a dog coat, although I measured the dog it did not fit. However, after speaking to Customer Service and returning the item a replacement was received in two days which was a perfect fit. What more could you ask.

Sub Zero Store - White Hot Service
Excellent quality goods delivered promptly without any faults. Light weight, very warm & comfortable,
Very light weight and packs down really small. It is a nice comfortable fit, not too bulky or restrictive. I like the fact that it is very warm but can easily be stowed in to it's pouch which takes up hardly any room if you get a bit too warm. This is great for hiking.
The customer service was excellent. I ordered the wrong size but received a replacement very quickly and no extra postage charges

A very good buy, happy customer.
I was very happy with Subzero's service. It was prompt and I had no problems at all. I purchased what was referred to as a "less than perfect" item, and they said it might have a mark or missed stitch etc. There really was only a very small mark on the back of the item (undergarment), so not a problem at all. The vest is very warm and does exactly as stated. A good price in comparison to other equivalent items.
