I ordered a camera through amazon, which was then dealt with by Sundigital. Having placed the order for a black version, I then realised that silver was also available, so emailed requesting the change.
They were very efficient and accomodating and I received the silver camera which has proved to be everything that I wanted.
Many thanks Sundigital

The camera I ordered arrived within 2 days. Couldn't have been more pleased.
I ordered the SZ-10 and everything was on time which was vital as I was leaving for china in only a few days!
I've bought a particularly rare Canon lens from them through Amazon and it was delivered two days later. Very satisfied.
No problems with Sun Digital. The Olympus SZ30 price was very good and i got the camera next day.
i bought a camera more than 2 weeks ago -
have no receive any signs of delivery -
no email correspondence - no answering phone calls -
i think this is a rip off company -
beware
I had pestered the life out of Sun Digital waiting for the new Fuji HS20exr to arrive, when it did i got a quick call from them to say in stock, quick and painless payment and I had it next day. First class service and goods. Would reccommend with out hesitation and will certainly use again.

Ordered a Canon Powershot yesterday afternoon and it arrived this morning. I was very impressed because I didn't even think the model had been released yet. Great work sundigital!
Ordered a Olympus XZ1 on pre order, it arrived before the date they were due to be release and it was £90 cheaper than John Lewis. Absolutely over the moon!
Contacted to ask if this was an import today - as I had read it wasn't due out until March 2011, and wondered if this could be an import. I got a reply after lunch to say that it was a pre-order. Now this is appalling, as if I had paid, they would have had my money until it comes out by which time any problems could be out of the time CC companies would sort it. I will avoid and buy from a company that do list as pre-order... I checked back later and they had not changed their web site.
I would personally avoid. Since writing this I have received another email from them, to say this:
Hi,
The item will be stated preorder as soon as Panasonic confirm a
definate date of delivery it has only been set up in the last 48hrs.
Payment is taken in order to reserve stock. The first year is EU wide
with regards to warranty the following 4yrs are through us and we can
only ship to UK addressses. If yhou prefer pleas provide your
telephione number and I can call you when they arrive, however due to
the limited stock coming in pre-orders will have priority.
Sorry it should still be listed as pre-order right from the start.
The website listed a camera as 'in stock' which I ordered online. Payment was taken from my credit card immediately.
I then discovered lots of poor reviews about Sundigital - mainly that items weren't actually held in stock at all.
I phoned them the next morning and was told that the camera I had ordered wasn't in stock and that the website was being updated.
I cancelled by email. Over the next few days the website continued to show the camera as 'in stock' even though it wasn't.
I received an email confirmation of my cancellation but over a month later still haven't had my money back.
The Distance Selling Regulations require a retailer to issue a refund without delay and at least within 30 days.
The prices are only slightly cheaper than other websites which actually have business premises, stock and staff. I suggest you avoid my unpleasant experience and use those instead.
Awful experience and it doesn't seem to be rare - check out reviewcentre for example. False claim of availability which seems to be systematic and deliberate. Non-response to email and phone, again seems to be typical. This is systematically misleading customers hoping enough will just put up with it so it pays off to claim availability to get orders which you know you can't fulfil within the claimed timelines.
I had spent many weeks researching a good pocket camera to compliment my Nikon which can be a bit cumbersome to carry around when out with friends or on at a party. After a lot of inner turmoil I finally settled for the Panasonic TZ7 which I bought form Sundigital. I have to say that I was very pleased with the camera and the service that I received from the company.
I telephoned the company before buying, as they were offering a package and I needed to negotiate a slight change to the advertised items. I bought the TZ7, a spare battery, a 16 gig card and leather lumix case for £357. The camera comes with a two year guarantee. There are cheaper I hear some cry but not by much, and black TZ7 seem to be a rarity. Sundigital only had 3 black left in stock so I was lucky to get one having tried a number of sights (any colour but black seemed to be available). The lads at ukdigitalcameras explained that they only had red or silver in stock and that this was due to poor supply from Panasonic and could only give approximate dates for delivery.
The guy I spoke to at Sundigital cannot be described as anything other than helpful. I paid with my credit card and the items were delivered by City Link within 24 hours. The items were extremely well packaged for protection during transit and within 10 minutes I was playing with my new toy.
The only criticism that I can levy is that it took two or three attempts to contact the company by phone. Because of this experience I would be happy to shop with them again and if these experiences are as positive as my first the business will be repeated.
I just received my Panasonic Lumix FZ28 - great camera, fast delivery, prompt response from Danny.
