Excellent services and high efficiency during delivery of glassess
To amend the mailing address in full address, customer services (Miss Mary) responded my request very fast and gave me a confidence on delivery of glasses. Only spent two days on delivery of glasses from UK to Hong Kong. I will recommend my friends to purchase sunglasses via sunglasses shop.

Basic unreliability
Although your publication free shipping, required me to pay over $ 75 for shipping when the product came to me.
Your site wrote to lower costs you send through Royal Mail and yet stubbornly insisted to send via UPS what a very expensive cost.
Despite ongoing negotiations with you I had no choice but to turn to PayPal me back my money.

Your order was shipped to Israel, and as we offer free shipping we decided to ship your order via UPS as this was the most reliable method for us. You get a tracking number for your order but as you are importing goods from the UK you are susceptible to customs and duties charges. These charges have to be paid by the consignee as detailed on our website.
As you refused to pay these charges ($66 USD) the goods were returned to us and we had to cover the costs our end. You requested a charge-back from PayPal which was actioned and you have now been refunded.
Please familiarise yourself with terms and conditions if you are purchasing goods from abroad.

In making the order had 2 issues: 1) the letter was not tracking links my order. 2) Stupid Russian Customs detained the cargo because it was more expensive than 200 euros. This idiocy no relation to the store does not have a Russian customs absolutely nothing to do and they are doing at work all garbage.

Non-existent offer used to entice you in
I saw an offer on money saving expert for a pair of Oakleys which i ordered but the they didn't actually have any stock and having alredy taken the payment all they were interested in is trying to get more money from me to upgrade my order.

despues de 8 días esperando, todavía no tengo noticias!
hace exactamente 8 días que hice la compra y todavía no he recibido las gafas, no se hasta que punto es normal, me parece que no mucho, dentro de dos días me voy de vacaciones, si no han llegado en ese tiempo tendré que anular el pago!

Hola! Recientemente adquirí unas gafas de sol Carve y estoy contento con mi adquisición. El producto es de calidad, con cristales polarizados de categoría 3. Es una marca poco conocida en España, su origen es Australia. Mi elección de compra en sunglassesshop fue adecuada, ya que además del 10% de descuento, tiene un precio ajustado para las gafas de sol, además de enviar la mercancía con portes pagados (gratis). El envío en mi caso tardó 8 días desde que hice el pedido, pero a pesar de ello, merece la pena sobradamente.

Brille ist gut, Sunglassesshop.com's Service ist sehr mangelhaft.
Bestellung betraf den Revo Discern Titanium (als vorratig erwähnt auf sunuglassesshop.com. Habe dann bei der Hotline angerufen bzgl. übliche Liefertermine, da ich die Brille für den Urlaub brauchte 6 Werktage später. Bekam Bestätigung das dies innerhalb 3 bis 5 Werktage klappen würde. Nach Bestellung bekam ich dann den Bericht züruck dass das Produkt gar nicht in Vorrat war, dies erst wieder in 14 Tagen eintreffen wurde (Webseite aber gab dann immer noch als vorrätig an). Wurde gefragt was meine Entscheidung war und habe geantwortet dass ich die Bestellung annuliere. Bekam dann 9 Tage später eine Versandbestätigung per Email, also während meinem Urlaub. Brille wurde von Kollege angenommen und habe sie dann letztendlich auch nicht zurückgeschickt (weil sie schwierig im Handel verfügbar war), werde aber sehr wahrscheinlich nicht mehr über Sunglassesshop bestellen (Service ist unzufriedend, weil es bei Sunglassesshop anscheinend an einer guten internen Logistik und Kommunikation fehlt.

just perfect, reliable - Excellent Service!
I ordered 2 pairs of Bollé saling sunglasses, got immediately the message that they were out of stock and that it would take 4 weeks to deliver. But it took only 2 weeks from this email until were laying on our table in Sweden. So: facit: very reliable, prompt, good prices and you find what you want.
My glasses came with a case where the zip was broken. just took me an email to get a new one.
I really can recommend them. Think also that the recommendation end search engine is very good.

I didn't get the sunglasses I wanted
I wanted Oakley OO4044-03, and I've got OO4044-05. Somewhere in the procedure, something went wrong, maybe by me. The thing is that I can't see my order in your website, I can't return it to you (as you kindly offered to exchange with the one I want) cause I have to pay a lot of money for a courier and there is a risk that I lose the sunglasses somewhere in the way.. so, at the future if I see a pair of sunglasses that I like at the airports, I'm buying it no matter the cost.
Nevertheless you were very friendly with me & immediate with your transaction.

WHAT A FANTASTIC SERVICE ******
After ordering a pair of raybans from another retailer i found out it was going to take up to a stonking 18 days for delivery! The sunglasses were a present for my boyfriend and so i needed them by 30/5/2012... TODAY! After cancelling my order with the other retailer i called sunglassesshop to see if they could help.... i ordered the sunglasses on the 29th at 12pm and they have just landed on my desk now.. nextday as promised.. and a perfect product. I couldn't have asked for better service from everyone involved in this transaction.. and will definitely be shoping with sunglassesshop again soon!!

i knew thet sunglasses I wanted (Maui jim readers g805 -2025) as they were to replace a previous pair. Having checked the price and availability in the high street I took to the internet and having looked at numerous companies decided on the Sunglasses Shop, by reputation. I placed my order at 13.30hrs 29th May they arrived 12.30 30th May, less than 24hrs later. The Sunglasses Shop kept me fully informed of the progress of my order and when you add a saving of £58.00 over the high street price WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Thanks Folks that's what I call service.

Expérience réussie
Il s'agissait d'une première commande sur le site sunglassesshop, et j'avoue que commander de la marque à l'étranger me faisait un peu peur (notamment pour les contrefaçons, les expéditions à rallonge...).
Mais en résultat: la paire est superbe, de qualité égale aux magasins traditionnels d'optique, la livraison a été super rapide (- d'une semaine). La paire est garantie 1 an et a un certificat de conformité de la marque.
Le site n'a pas encore de service de suivi de livraison, mais répond très rapidement aux demandes par mail et de manière très précise.
