Very rude conduct and cancelled my order without looking into it further. With my talk with one of customer service representative it did not look like they value customer or wanted to sell there product... I do not know how these kind of company survive without respecting the customers.

I have tried every day for the past 3 days to place an order on sunglasshut.com, and each time I got a message saying that there was an error placing order. I had tried to pay with a gift card and use a credit card to pay the remaining balance. I even called customer service about it. I reached them quickly, and they were polite and apologetic, but they also received errors trying to place my order for me. I understand technical issues happen occasionally, but I think it's unacceptable to allow an issue such as this to go on for 3 days. It may have been more than 3 days unless it started the first day I tried placing my order, but I know for a fact it's been going on the past 3 days. If I didn't have a gift card, I would just order my sunglasses somewhere else, but I want to be able to use my gift card. That's the only reason I'll give sunglasshut.com another shot. Normally, three bad experiences would be enough to make me never go back to a store.
Until now, after 2 days and 4 emails, I've got no answer from them, but automated responses telling me to look for my answer in their FAQ. I bought a sunglass in April 2013, less than 3 months ago, and it just broke in my hand. Trying to contact the company to solve the problem has been a nightmare, because there isn't a store here in my town, so I have to send emails that never get answered.
Short version is they sold me glasses they said were glass, took me about a year to get back and ask why they thought they scratched so easily. Turns out the Bolle's were NOT glass but Polycarbonate. All I got was a half hearted "sorry"... I was VERY clear upon my purchase that I wanted GLASS! The nose pieces deteriorated and would get on the "glass", smear and not come off!! I was told to contact Bolle... Seems the ONLY advantage of a brick and mortar store is service...Without that why not buy online?
My partner bought a pair of Maui Jims, decided she didn't like them and returned just under their "free no hassle return within 90 days" and was scrutinized extensively for it. Sorry, you've lost us, and anyone that will listen!
I might be unlucky or it might be the way they do business. Placed order on 01/07/13, no email confirmation as supposed to. I contacted them a few days after, they said they were sorry and that the order is on the way. Got my order 01/15/2013. Opened the box, and I wanted to collapsed. Ordered 2 pairs of Rayban, got 1 pairs in the box, and guess what it is defected. I was so mad. I called the customer service and told them I am sending it back right away and want my money back. The guy on the phone said they will credit me right away once I called to give them the tracking number. Nope, I called again to give them the tracking number, now I have to wait for 7-10 business days to get my money back. The whole thing doesn't make sense. That is not how they should do their business. They wasted my time and money and did not seem like they sincerely apologized. Just like...oh too bad, nothing we can do for you now. Btw, I placed an order on Rayban.com, got free overnight shipping. Perfect pairs were received the next day!!!
