Lovely waterproof bag

I was doubtful in ordering this bag but it was from ebay so went ahead. It is a bag used for nappies/wet clothing and just perfect for what I wanted.
Knowing it was coming from HK I realised it would take some time. Well, the bag was shipped the same day and arrived 10 days later, cant ask fairer than that. The bag looks just the way it is on the pic.
I have received a follow up email from the company offering 15% discount from any purchase made from their site. Will go and look to see if there is anything else I like.

Suntekstore is fast, very fast - but only at collecting the payment from your cashcard!

As far as delivery goes Suntekstore is a nono. I have given up expecting my small order to arrive. Why waste time with Suntekstore when there are excellent people selling excellent gear in the UK giving 24/48/72 hours delivery? I should have read the appalling trustpilot reviews before giving Suntekstore a chance to waste my time, and probably my money if the goods never arrive.

Update. Today is 19 March and my cashcard was debited by Suntekstore on 15 February. For the small amount involved I will not waste money and time contacting these people. I'll put the time to better use warning others. Avoid Suntekstore like the plague it is.

Criminal way of doing business

I have an order of $ 82.41 with this store from 27 July 2012. This order has a track and trace number, so I can track it via the mail company website. The package has been sent back to the sender (Suntekstore) and I have had email contact with the store. Now, after 6 months of email contact they just don't reply anymore. I have waited long enough, they just kept telling me they will refund me, but enough is enough. This is just a criminal way of doing business. The least they can do is keep contact with a customer, when the shipping companies don't do their job well. But just taking the money from customers and not keeping contact is not OK. This is not a good way to do business. I recommend everyone NOT TO BUY from this company or their website. Maybe they deliver on 5 dollar products, but don't do big orders from them.

The item that never comes

Terrible company. They claim to be a uk company but are in fact based in china. Immediately this sets the warnings alarms off. They basically take your money and when you complain the item hasn't arrive through paypal they tell you to wait a little longer, asking you to close the claim and deal with you outside paypal. the idea is simply to scam you into waiting beyond the claim period, so you can no longer claim. You receive no item or refund. They also spam you with mails asking you to close the claim outside of paypal and deal with them instead of paypal. very dirty tactics. After reading the reviews it seems they send out cheap little items to uphold the image they are a fully functioning company, but most larger items are just part of the scam....AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Brilliant

I had looked far and wide for LED transformers which would fit in a light fitting. I had even asked the manufacturer and got no reply (JCC Lighting). I found what looked like what I was seeking for on Suntekstore.com and took a chance. I asked for expidited delivery of 6 transformers and the shipment arrived in 3 days. I had already said I would pay for any duty so I was delighted not to have any to pay.
The transformers fitted perfectly, were very cheap even after paying fo special delivery and they worked perfectly first time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Fraudulently claims of free shipping. We have just been hit with a bill from Fedex for duty and tax charges that Suntekstore should have paid for and we are now liable!

I ordered an item from SuntekStore on 10/23/2012. I have not received the item until today, 11/ 22/2012. They said there is no tracking number due to the free shipping to the U.S. and blame the U.S. Postal Service. I wasted too much time to send them many messages.

Paid for my order on the 29 Aug 12 and despite numerous Emails back and forth with the company i have still not received my goods. Have waited 41 days and have now raised a dispute with PAYPAL.

They have blamed everything from the postal service in the UK to the custom service in the UK. Funny thing another item from another company in the same place took only 9 days to arrive.

I read the reviews, which made me not want to shop from this store, but I really wanted a cheap Soroban abacus with plastic colored beads and they just aren't sold in the US. I decided for $6 it was worth trying out. Yesterday, the abacus arrived. It's very study and well constructed. It arrived within the time the store said it would. I'm happy!

Avoid this company at all costs

They sent me a cheaper, different product than I paid for. They will not refund my money, instead offering me a voucher for far less than I spent. Why would I want a voucher from a company I would NEVER do business with again?

They are cheats and liars, avoid them at all costs.

This is very bad seller. I ordered grey warmers and received blue ones. They did not want to refund me so I accepted their voucher instead. I have ordered another item but it never came. They dont want to refund it (again) offering another voucher. Their products are cheap and nasty, very low quality and not worth waiting and your money. I DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!!!!!!

This company is the reason I quit ebay. I had the same experience as Duncan listed below... the waiting game and no response to messages. I contacted my credit card company and had them get a refund for me. You keep getting promises that they will send the goods by never do. Also, you can expect them to be quite aggressive about you "having to leave them positive feedback".When questioned about where goods are- they will ask you to re-confirm your address and state "we are a victim here too". It's disgusting that sites like ebay don't stop this sort of thief when they clearly know it's happening.

best scam ever

this is a great scam, I wish I had thought of it (not really), clone websites with the local countrys flag on it, and local prices, but ship from hongkong anyway.
Then what you do is post out the cheap orders like a few pounds, but if you get a decent order, like 20 pound or so, keep the money and dont send the goods, its easy to string them on for 28 days, saying it will get there eventually, then finally, you offer to reship, but that will take 28 days too, and by the time you realise that you have been robbed, its past the 45 day paypal protection, your scammed and there quids in.

Of course there are many satisfied customers, of small amounts, if they were out and out just robbing people it wouldnt be a good scam would it. They even give out fake tracking numbers that if you go to hong kong post, just asks for another number that you dont have.

If on the other hand, you get lucky and your credit card/ pay pal refunds you, at least they had a month or twos intrest and it didnt cost them a thing...

The plot thickens, its 3 weeks later and the parcel has now arrived, ofcourse thats 2 weeks after I filed a claim with paypal, 2 weeks to send a parcel from hongkong, and convieniently hongkong post dont date there parcells. I suspect what goes on here, is that they try to get people past the 45 day dead line, but if they fail, they post the goods after you make a claim, it takes paypal 3 weeks or so to deal with the complaint, by which time you have your parcel. Because, believe it or not, hongkong post is actually pretty damn quick, and it usually arrives in 7-14 days.

The moral of this story is, dont listen to them, if your parcel has not arrived in 14 days, make a dispute on paypal, if its not there by 21 days, ask for a refund, your item will arrive in 14 days of you esculating. Or if you cant be bothered with the hassel, just dont buy from them.

My most stressful internet buy-EVER. The Essay:

Bought an outfit from this seller and I'll start of by saying it has been the most stressful online buy I've ever come across. This is a brief overview of my dissatisfaction with this company with links to screen-shots of emails. (http://imgur.com/a/ujRj1 - Album here)

1) Bought the product, while "in stock", I was quickly told it was no longer in stock and would require an extra few days to send, which at the time wasnt too bad, but I insisted I needed the product before 8th June or else the product would be useless.

2) A week after they said new stock arrived 25th not 18th - It was delayed as of a 'quality inspection'

3) They have the product - and takes them 4 days to ship the product, however I have to pay extra to ship the product even though they say free shipping. However in small print it does say you're liable for any extra shipping costs. I was angry.

4) The product arrived a a day before I needed it, a) the wrong size, b) completely different coloration to its online picture. I still wore it, as I just about fit into all but the pants only to find that after an hour it had frayed edges, bad craftsmanship and overall rubbish quality for the £70+ I paid.

5) After receiving an email later asking if I was satisfied, I replied with these details and wanting a refund. I have had zero communication with the company since then and are not returning the 3 emails I have sent over 3 weeks.

If it is a small, simple product they maybe okay, but anything expensive/intricate AVOID!!!

Agreeably Surprised

I ordered a load of silk flower garlands and thought it was worth the risk as they were at a fraction of the cost that I would pay in the UK. I was expecting the worse when I read the reviews, especially as Suntek were a bit slow to reply to my emails, but this may have been due to the time difference. I paid a little extra for express post and this worked really well because I was able to track it, I paid through paypal for extra financial security as well. The items were despatched quickly,spent a week in Parcelforce customs and were then delivered two weeks after I ordered them just in time for our party. I was especially impressed with Suntek's creative accounting on the customs form so I had no charges to pay. Overall, there is always some risk when ordering from another country but this was a very positive shopping experience, reading the other reviews I would probably avoid ordering anything technical or gadgety because it is cheap for a reason.

ignoring my emails - not refunded after 2 months

I just read a review where suntek tell you to wait and they are verrryy sorrry that I have not received my 2 pairs of trousers - and can I not tell paypal and they will resend it - and twice not I have been really nice and said " yes sure" - now - when I ask for my money back after 2 MONTHS they are ignoring me - Its only about $30 but this is about principle and I would waste $1000 telling the world what a bad company they are turning out to be. This is just the start - I am not a person they want to annoy over $30 Get ready suntek for a really annoying client - get me off your back all you have to do is refund my money for the items that you have not sent me... Non-Delivery & blacklisted!

I've had a terrible experience with SuntekStore. After waiting 20 business days for my delivery i began to start asking questions. They kept asking me to be patient and to wait another 7-14 business days to investigate. They also used the line 'it maybe held up with your customs'. The product i purchased was a XBOX 360 face plate in other words a single piece of plastic!! Customs is not going to hold up a piece of plastic.

I escalated the matter to 'management' although they wouldn't provide me a contact number and refused to call me, they refunded the full amount. In the end, I'm glad they did the right thing, but overall a very disappointing experience & unfortunately for SuntekStore you've been added to my blacklisted sites.

Bad Service, Slow Shipping, Bad phone numbers

I made several orders to this company and untill today no one arrives to me. The first one already has 45 days. I asked them by email about it and always the answer is the same, and i think those answer are robotic made.
I will wait only one more day and after that i will open a dispute in Paypal to ask for a full refund of my money.
PLEASE don´t make business with this company, you will have the worse experience.
I enclose the last mail i sended to them, i don´t have any answer until today.

Inaccurate descriptions, poor customer service

Purchased accessory for my electronic device based on description. Ordered item did not work with device. When I explained that the description was incorrect they claimed I was careless and should read the description again. Use this vendor with caution and don't expect any sensible support.

USELESS BATTERIES

I ordered replacement batteries HHR-P105 for my Panasonic cordless phone. The batteries were received, but within a VERY short time, a matter of two weeks, they would not hold a charge. There is a reason that the batteries are cheaper. THEY ARE USELESS. The company did send replacement batteries a second time but they were also USELESS CRAP. Do not deal with these people, they provide inferior products to the trusting public.

selling cell PANTEC PG-C300 phone chargers as data cables

I wish I had check this site before trying to do business with suntek. If I had, I would not have had anything to do with this company.

I am currently going around in circles with this company because I purchased a cell phone data cable from them but received a cell phone charger instead. I already had 2 cell phone charges, didn't need another.

This company is still passing off the cell charger as a cell phone data cable. I regret that I am forced to give this business even 1 star but feel it is necessary to warn others about this company's business tactics.

Expedited.... my foot!!!

I placed an order on Mar 13th and paid for it to be received in 2 to 5 days. It was supposedly mailed on the 14th. It is now Mar 26th and the delivery date keeps changing. The delivery date is now estimated for Mar 29th.... 15 DAYS since it was sent by EXPEDITED mail.

Low quality products for higher than average prices

I have been trying for some time to find some low wattage, high quality 110V LED light bulbs. I found their site via a Google search and although their prices seemed higher than other sites, I decided to give them a try. I purchased 3 bulbs from them in the wattage range I was looking for that promised good light output based on their lumen rating.

First, they took twice as long to arrive as three other orders made at the same time to other Hong Kong dealers. One bulb lost 80% of its brightness and several of its individual LEDs failed completely after 8 days of use. The second bulb failed completely after about 10 minutes of use. The third bulb is still functioning after 2 months, but it has lost at least 25% of its brightness over that time period. These are all bulbs with an advertised average life time of 50,000 hours.

LED bulbs purchased from other dealers such as Titan and DinoDirect for far less money are still functioning with little or no dimming after 6 months to a year. Based on this experience, I will never purchase anything from Suntekstore again and would strongly advise avoiding them for LED bulbs of any kind.
