Recently I ordered 4 items, which arrived long after the promised delivery date.
3 of the 4 items arrived and were non-functioning immediately after they were received.
After several emails they responded and asked for me to send the items back prepaid- I declined to do so because of defective merch.
They agreed to replace the items with new [and presumably functioning] ones, and then disappeared off the face of the interweb.
Their website is no longer accessible, and they aren'y answering emails.

I ordered 4 items over a month ago. I've had excuses about delays and maybe lost in transit or stolen. I asked for a refund after waiting a month like they asked. I have started a dispute with them in PayPal and will escalate it to a claim tomorrow. I have tried to be fair and patient with them but I wish I had read these reviews first; it seems many people are having or have had the same problems I am having.
I placed an order using PayPal and it came within the suggested shipping time and was in good condition. HOWEVER, I ALSO HAD SEVERAL FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD CHARGES FROM CHINA WITHIN DAYS OF ME PLACING THIS ORDER. I read the stories of other people and the responses from the company and believed that they probably resolved the issue, but clearly no. I am still not sure how they were able to do it even though I used PayPal. Somebody within this company is making lots of money.

I bought four small motors for a project from here, they arrived very fast and slightly before the estimated time (and this was just after Christmas) they worked as described except for one of them. I emailed the company to ask for a replacement and they responded quickly, sending a replacement which arrived just within the estimated time.
Delivery estimates fine, customer service good. What more do you need? :-)
As long as you take precautionary measures and you are prepared to wait for the delivery, then you should get a great service from Suntek.
This is the first time I used them, and after reading all the negative reviews, I opted to pay with Paypal.
I got a confirmation email within a couple of hours and the item took a fortnight to arrive.
Tested and working fine.
So, a great product and great service for a fraction of what I would've had to pay for exactly the same product.
Read various negative reviews about this company including those who said that their credit cards were hijacked after entering payment details to SuntekStore, however I decided (regrettably) to risk it.
Ordered a lens hood for my camera and paid through Paypal, all fine however I received no confirmation email for any part of the transaction. The item arrived 1 month later.
So in short, this is probably the cheapest of the cheap however be prepared to be hanging around for a month for your stuff to arrive, and don't expect any correspondence either.
This was the only online item that was NOT delivered on time for Xmas. I wished I checked here first before buying from this company. It is laughable that the go to response is 'check your spam' or 'you didn't respond to our email'. At the very least I had enough sense to screen capture my confirmation and paid via PayPal. The delivery date confirmed after ordering was Dec 20, ST2011121386481, clothes folder.
*UPDATE* I received the yellow clothes folder on Dec 29. There is a small crack in the plastic but it is still ok as is. I requested blue or indigo but the site did state 'random color' so this was a risk I took. Since I never received any type of purchase confirmation, this caused unnecessary anxiety. If Suntek is more realistic (truthful) in their delivery times versus the info posted on the site and fix the confirmation email problems, I might consider a future purchase (via PayPal of course). As promised, I changed my original rating from 1 star to now 3
stars.
No customer service unless you want to phone long distance to china. I made my order nov 26th it didn't even get shipped till Dec 13th. they lied and said they sent me an email. they did not. I was offered no compensation toward my next purchase, no solutions for faster shipping which i was happy to pay for. Now my kids gift wont get here till new years. Thanks for the disappointed children on Christmas morning suntek. U SUCK!

I placed my order on 21 NOV 2011, and item was shipped on 22 Nov 2011. As of today, 17 DEC 2011, after 19 BUSINESS DAYS, I still have not received my item.
My goods arrived in hopelessly inadequate packaging and many of the contents were broken.
No item, no money and no reply to emails.
A complete waste of money and time. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Unfortunately Zero stars is not a valid option.
They tried to rip me off once id spend over $500 on their 'online shop'. Waited and waited for my order, which never arrived - they tried to lead me on with different email addresses and every time a new person contacted me - phone number didn't work etc etc alarm bells ringing!
Lets just say thank god for Paypal who refunded my money, as I lodged the dispute within 45days - although I'm not quite sure why they continue to do business with this absolute scam.
You can almost be sure that all the positive reviews are generated by themselves.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SCAMTEK STORE
Made an order on the 4th September (ST368311) and still haven't had a confirmation of items being sent. Have emailed to ask if they have been sent. No response. I have an event this weekend and don't have the stock I need to sell now. Not impressed and will not be using again. Will await a response for 24 hours and if nothing will be wanting a full refund.
Only gave 1 star because it would let me leave a review with none!
I ordered some toilet door indicators from the website, which was a UK website and showed a picture of the items. When I received them however the writing on them was in Chinese!
I emailed the company and their reply was:
"we are very sorry to say that our Sales Rep has made a mistake in the listing. We will correct it right away and thanks a lot for drawing this into our attention because we have no intention to be misleading. In this matter"
so although they admitted they were at fault, they then only offered a partial refund of £8, I paid £18.52.
I explained this was not good enough and asked for full refund to which the response was they would only refund me £10 back, otherwise I had to send the good back to Hong Kong at my own cost.
I find this absolutely unacceptable as it was completely their fault, which they have admitted for misrepresenting the items in the first place.
DO NOT USE!!

i was told that suntekstore would fulfill their promise to issue me a full refund of £49.74 which they have charged me.
but i have sent them numerous emails with no response from them on this issue.

Placed an order ST364036 online on the 11/08/2011 I have had no confirmation of receipt of my order or dispatch of the order. Used Paypal, I have tried emailing no reply the website has been unavailable for over a week, referred matter to Paypal.

I purchased rechargeable batteries for my phones, the batteries went dead after 2 months usage.Contact Sunteckstore with this problem via email. No response from the company. I reviewed the company on Resellerrating.
Season responded immediately on resellerrating and asked if I pay for the reshipping then the company will send me new batteries. I email back 2 times and agreed to pay for reshipping. Never heard from Sunteckstore again. Order #ST342022

I finally received my replacement batteries today after I paid for the reshipping. Regardless if these batteries will last or not I am satisfied that the company did try to make the correction. I am giving the company a 4 for customer service.

Big problems, if they send an item that is defective or broken you will be required to return it to them at your own expense in order to get a refund. They then say they did not receive it so no refund, now you have lost the cost of your item plus the cost of returning it plus a great deal of aggravation. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALLL COST, DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

I would not recommend Suntekstore.com to anyone. I ordered a hard drive and discovered it was the wrong one. Suntekstore told me to return it and when they received it back they would refund me my $90. I sent it back on June 7th and they still have not received it. I followed up with the USPS they cannot give me any information after it left San Francisco. I provided Sun Tek with my tracking number and have been in constant communication. What a bummer! They might be good if you get the right product. If you don't and have to get a refund you're on your own at an expensive rate. Buy in the states you're better off, and probably won't get ripped off.
My order came empty, as in the box had been opened and its contents stolen. I told Suntek store and it took me 45 days to get my money back. At first they blamed USPS, and I had to convince them the sender needs to contact USPS for a refund. Their customer service was truly bizzare as I kept asking for a full refund, as their policy promises a free reship or full refund on their website in the event of lost or damaged products. However, they just kept ignoring that and asking for money so they can reship it. Whats even more suspicious is that at first they wanted $50, then $20, then no money. As if they were bartering with me. They also said they would pay the money back if they ever got a USPS refund. Well how am I supposed to know if they ever got a USPS refund? Whats to stop them from just keeping my money? I only got my money back because I opened up a paypal dispute, then a claim. Any reasonable seller would refund or reship immediately, Suntek store however will not.

I ordered a 6CH USB transmitter from this store, paid PayPal but unfortunately, there was some confusion and for some reasons nothing to do with the store requested a refund.
The postage may take longer, but thats absolutely fair enough as the items come from Hong Kong.
There was no questions asked and the refund was given.
I WILL DEFINITELY BUY AGAIN FROM THIS STORE.

I ordered a camera case on Ebay and paid via paypal. The advert said the item was in London and would arrive within 6 - 8 days. Checking my order on their webpage it said it had been dispatched on 16th Mar and would be delivered between 22Mar, and 04Apr. By 2nd Apr it had not arrived and I go away for 6 weeks tomorrow. I placed a complaint via e-bay and Sunteck said it must be lost and offered a replacement or refund.As I am away I asked for a refund. Reading the reviews one reply says 'we always ship from Hong Kong'. Hence the advert stating that the item was in London was untrue. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering an item from this company.

28. february 2011 I bougt a battery-pack (BP180) for my Icom IC7T transceiver. Payment via Paypal and via Paypal I can see, that Suntekstore
has got the money.
Here on the 29. og march 2011 I have still not seen the battery-pack and
I am supposed to think, that my money is lost.

i purchased a camera case yesterday and i paid for expedited shipping, and when i track my order it shows ( Shipping Method Error ).
i sent them a msg, they didn't reply, but i saw a change in the order, it shows now: ( on hold ) and the shipping method changed to ( standard )
and i didn't get any reply from them?
why i am suppose to wait? (on hold)?
and why do i pay for expedited shipping and i get the standard one?

i was so worried after reading so many bad reviews ( yes i ordered before doing a review search..i thought that i was either gonna be hacked or my order would not turn up at all, nothing has been hacked and i recieved an email saying items despatched on the 21.03.11 and recieved my order on 26.03.2011...i am very pleased with the speed of my delivery..so thanks suntekstore uk and i will be using you again
I ordered a product for under $5 and shortly thereafter noticed that there were online charges to my card that I never made. Someone from this company used my credit card number to go on an online shopping spree.
I would not use Suntek.com to purchase anything. Warning - Do not order anything from this website unless you want them to steal your credit card number.

Wow someone tried to use my credit card today!! They made purchases very similar to Keri's review. I really liked shopping on this site and have always received my items (as my pervious review) but now I not sure if I will buy anything else. Either someone at Suntek it taking the numbers or someone is hacking in!! Buy with caution.
This is a horrible dishonest company
They will be nice the first time you deal with them but then afterwards they will send one defective item after another and will tell you they will refund you and when they don't and you email them they will not respond anymore.

If you deal with them through ebay then they mess around with you then you must report them within 45 days from the date of purchase.
I dealt with them outside of ebay then through ebay but i did not know about the forty five days till i contacted ebay to report their dishonesty
I purchased an item on March 7th from this company and days later recieved an email stating that my order was shipped so I checked my bank account only to find that I had numerous fraudelent charges to places like Walmart.com and Blizzardonlinestore.com and many itunes 41.00 charges. They supposedly shipped my order on March 9th but charged my card on March 12. What company ships the product days before a payment is received??? I have a total of $324 taken from my bank account which has cause me to not be able to pay our mortgage which is due just two days from now! I have filed a police report about this and have notified my bank of these charges which I hope I will be able to get back considering my husband and I have two small children and are currently living on one unemployment check. This is unacceptable and I beg you to not take a chance with it unless you don't mind getting your identity stolen. After reading all of the other people who have gone through the same thing from the same exact company I think that MEEYA needs a reality check! Meeya if you are reading this then you obviously don't value your customers if you are disregarding what is VERY OBVIOUS!!!!!! I couldn't help but laugh at the copy and paste reply to these people. Ordered 2 sets of LED bicylce lights. the next day, had 3 bogus charges on my account to Microsoft Online that I did not make. DO NOT BUY FROM SUNTEKSTORE!!!
Like others who have voiced opinion, but even before my merchandise arrived, unauthorized charges were applied to my credit card from NetFlix, ApplePhone and Walmart Online. I believe this company, even if it is legitimate, is not adequately safeguarding credit card information or is outright dealing in this fraud. I was fortunate that my credit card company caught the fraudulent transactions and alerted me within minutes after they occurred, blocking the card and issuing a new one.
I ordered an item from this store and even paid the extra shipping to receive it sooner. Not only have I NOT received my item, I have also suffered from credit card fraud! After ordering from this company, charges started showing up on my account and I was completely drained of every cent I had! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! You will regret it for the rest of your life!!!

They had the best price I could find on a particular item, so I figured I would save myself some money and give them a try.
Because they didn't accept my "regular" credit card I had to use one that is literally never used. This company is the only one that has been given that credit card information since last year (shortly after it was issued).
Huge mistake, not only have I not gotten my item, but within days of my purchase mysterious charges began appearing on my credit card..
The circumstances made it pretty obvious what was going on. They get away with it because they are a foreign company and there isn't much we can do about it from the states.
Just keep in mind, that those great looking deals are only there to part you from your credit card information, and will cost you hundreds if not thousands by the time this company is done with you..
