Excellent with only one detail missed.
as an overseas customer, my experience with my last purchase from supadance is above my expectation on the delivery times and i am very pleased with it, so are my 4 other lady friends who joined me in the shoes ordering. the delivery by global priority indeed is the best choice and i hope my future orders would be sent by global priority as well ! however there is only one disappointment - the style 1064 wide fitting had a burnt area in the satin shoe strap. will email the photo to supadance in a while. otherwise, do keep up the great job ! i shall rock the competition dancefloor in my new shoes soon !

Brilliant, fast and efficient service.
Supadance were fantastic! As I wasn't sure of the correct shoe size, I needed to send the first pair I chose back. There was no fuss and appart from having to pay the return postage the new shoes arrived within a couple of days at no extra cost. They fit perfectly.

SHOES TO MAKE YOU SMILE WHEN DANCING
I have always purchased supadance shoes, as a competitive successful dancer for many years me and my husband would only wear the best. It is important to know that when you are competing you can rely on your shoes. My daughter and her fiance have recently taken up ballroom and latin and the shoes were a gift from us to her as we stressed how important it is to wear the correct footwear, which is also comfortable as when dancing you will need this along with a good looking shoe also, which you can be assured you will find in supadance shoes. My Mom was a dance teacher and always supported supadance and purchased nothing else for her pupils. Sadly my Mom passed away just over a year ago, but her memory still lives on in her pupils and especially in her family. I still have her dance shoes in my cupboard and they are as good as new.

Quick delivery
I brought 3 pairs of lady ballroom shoes, only 1 pair fit me perfectly. The postage is expansive to send them back to UK. I did try to sell it off in Australia ( where I live) but it was not easy. May be I have to sell them cheaper than the price I paid for?! Not sure what to do yet!

Absolute satisfaction
The online ordering process was quick and easy. I really thought payment would be a hassle but that happened faster than I could have any second thoughts... Customer oriented, quick, high quality
My shopping experience with Supadance has always been a pleasure. User-friendly site, very easy ordering procedure. If goods are in stock shipment takes 1-2 days. The total delivery time depends of course on local post service. I always get what I expect).
I would recommend to create a loyalty program or something like this. It would be nice to get certain discounts after ordering several times the Supadance shoes and understand that loyal customers are valued

poor quality of the Supadance tracksuit
I am very disappointed with the quality of Supadance tracksuit. I worn it once for a 15min warm-up and after that, straight away, I have noticed that the fabric has split on a crotch. I did get a new one in return but I have noticed same thing happening. I was expecting a postage refund, as in my opinion the item was faulty. The postage was never returned to my bank account. It wasn't my fault. I thought that if I buy a tracksuit from Supadance, which is a brand made for the dancers it will be strong enough to practice and not made only for presentation. I am very disappointed and next time when I will be planning to buy any dance gear, I probably wouldn't consider Supadance anymore.

Supadance makes the best shoe for ballroom dancing, however the box that the shoes were in arrived almost crushed. Fortunately the shoes were not damaged! Supadance should file a complaint with their carrier

Shoe Size ?
I have purchased Size 7.5 wide shoes(Style 6700) before which fit perfect to me. This time I purchased Size 8 regular(Style 8007) which is very tight to me.
It took only 1 week for delivery since I ordered at internet shop. it was amazing.

Trustworthy, reliable, and the shoe fits!
My 2 pairs of ballroom dancing shoes travelled 5601.02 kilometers. They arrived earlier than promised and were the correct size, heel height, and color. They aren't inexpensive and I had to pay custom fees, but they're exactly what I need and being able to trust a faraway company to deliver perfection is priceless. Thank you, Supadance!

More padding in the shoes would be great so we don't have to bodgy insoles
Would love to see a range of shoes with more padding. We use separate neoprene insoles, but it's certainly dodgy trying to fit them into ladies latin shoes and not the best in men's shoes either because there isn't room. With a lot of dancing in them it helps. Otherwise great shoes, need heel-caps on the website for the ultra-slim heels. Shoes are not as good as the original ones I had wearability-wise but still otherwise happy with them. Black glitzy range I found the
way the shoes are constructed leaves a piece of leather or stitching digging into the top of my foot and likewise the knotted or glitz styling on top, so not such a good design as the old favourites which I have not resorted back to. With teaching and competition we want shoes that are above all comfortable, last and support our feet over time. If that means a little extra cost for value and comfort then so be it. Supadance rocks my socks..Well, feet, but you get it.
I've run into a lot of dance shoe companies that think dancers (Or women in general) don't have over a size 10 foot. After I started taking ballroom lessons, I wanted dance shoes because I knew they would make a world of difference. The problem was, I couldn't find shoes in my size that were actually pretty. One of the girls at my studio recommended I look on the Supadance website. I expected to find maybe 2-4 pairs in my size. I found so much more. I was able to pick a shoe I liked, and get it in the size I needed. I wore them to my first competition, and LOVED them. Great quality, great look, and great service. You are notified when they ship out and you have a tracking number. Supadance will be my first choice EVERY time.

Strange - one shoe was a bit shabby!
I received my supadance 2 /12 inch flare heel shoes in good time, but one shoe looked as though the satin had been damaged. The other shoe was perfect. Perhaps the cause was from the shoe brush that was also in the same box.
Would not bother posting back to UK, but this has put me off purchasing online again.
