APPALLING LACK OF SERVICE, am never going to use again...THEY DO NOT CARE

I returned an order becasue the product was open when i recieved it. I sent it off on their freepost address label - 6 weeks later, i am still waiting for some communication. I have tried getting in contact with them but they are just fobbing me off. no apology for the delay, or the mix up. i am absolutely appalled with superdrug and will use boots everytime from now on.

They couldn't care less

An order for another customer arrived instead of my order. I emailed Superdrug, told them I was returning that one to them and asked them if they could please send me my order urgently that day. I expected that they would be upset they had made such a mistake and would rectify it immediately. Instead I was told that they would not send out my order until after they had received the other person's order back. I responded that if they could not get my order out right away I may as well cancel it. The next email I received told me that they had cancelled my order and that the money would be back on my card in 5 days. If I had that attitude with customers the least I could expect would be a reprimand. Not good customer service,

Bad customer service

I Received an email this month stating that as it was my birthday I would be awarded triple points on my next in-store purchase. Following this, I purchased the maybelline baby skin instant pore eraser for £7.99. Unfortunately I received 7 points instead of the promised 21. I emailed customer service and TWO WEEKS later received a reply saying I needed a receipt. I said I didn't have a receipt (because of the huge delay) but surely they could see the date of the purchase (my birthday) and the fact that 7 is not a multiple of 3.. meaning no triple points were added at all. I just received a reply saying that in fact 21 points were added that day. LIE. I went from 78 to 85 points that day and check my balance regularly. I know its not many points but I feel extremely angry that they're actually lying about it and I feel that I was written to with an attitude and hostility. Used to love superdrug but I think I'll stick to Boots..

Take custom to companies that are bothered & provide good service.

I ordered approx £40 goods a week ago, I noted they do not dispatch items at weekends so assumed this would be sent on Monday. Therefore based on 3-5 days delivery I should have my items,BUT I don't.
I have used chemist direct, Boots, Pet at home, Pets supermarket, Amazon, Play.com, The Hut, Tesco direct, Wilkinsons, Thortons, Hotel chocolat, Debenhams, Marks & spencers, Wallis, Sports direct, & others & received better service.
Superdrug get your act together before you become the next company to bite the dust! Customers vote with their feet & will shop elsewhere.

Poor Delivery Service

I certainly can not recommend shopping online at Superdrug as the delivery is a hassle. I ordered two packs of Garnier Ambre Solaire Self Tanning Mist, I ordered on 29th December 2013, and would of course expect my order to be dispatched on the Monday, but I received no dispatch email notice, so I had no idea where my product was. When I contacted I got no reply for three days, when I did get a reply I was told my order was dispatched on the Wednesday not Monday and is on its way, however it was due to be a day or so late. However I waited and did not receive the product by the Friday, I complained and got a reply saying my order had never even been dispatched!!! Now it is only on the first stage of being dispatched and they did not even compensate me with a faster delivery option free of charge!

Disappointed. I intended to have the product by the following Sunday at most, looks unlikely now. :(

Appalling customer service in the Wood Green superdrug!

On two separate occasions I've visited that particular branch and found some of the staff to be extremely dismissive,rude and apathetic when asked a question. I don't know whether it is a case of staff feeling overconfident in their positions; a lack of discipline in the workplace; or a lack of basic home training,however, something needs to be done because it is totally unacceptable. Good manners cost absolutely nothing! I have visited several other branches and found no problem at all but this one is particularly poor.

took my business to boots

having done a shop at superdrug in swindon, I went to the perfumery cashier to pay with only one person being dealt with in front of me - the young lady behind the counter swiftly pointed me to the tills over the other side - which of course was of course packed, dropped my basket of goods on the side and left - my spend was well over 70 quid - boots got the business that superdrug could have had - what really got to me was the way she dealt with it, very dismissive - good client relationships cost nothing and boots whilst was a little more expensive do provide the client service.

Poor customer service! Store represented by mindless lazy staff!

This is the second time I've received appalling service from Superdrug Angel Islington branch. The first, (no queue) approaching a cash desk with 3 members of staff behind the tills, I approached one member who showed his apparent status of not being busy at all, looked at me, looked away and then reached for cologne behind him, spritzing the fragrance on himself before deciding to serve me. The second incident happened today (18/11/13) which left me angry with the treatment I received and prompted me to write this complaint. I visited the Pharmacy counter with products in my hands that I wanted to purchase and enquired about an item. A black lady wearing a smart suit jacket (I assume she is of a higher position, considering her uniform was different to the other members of staff) looked at me with a disgusted and disinterested look on her face whilst I approached her, said hi and asked for eyedrops. She did not respond with any verbal communication but went behind to back area to look for the product, when I realised it was not what I was looking for, I said that I will leave it. She raised her eyebrow, was annoyed, turned back to the back area, leaving me waiting and did not come back to serve me!! I find her behaviour extremely strange and unbelievable! I am a genuine customer, was not rude to the lady at all but was subjected to the worst customer service! I will strongly advise management or the area team to train their staff with basic standards that are fit for visiting customers. Does Superdrug really need people like this to represent their company? A real shame!!

Missleading and disapointing

I ordered from superdrug on saturday and it stated i would recieve a free clutch bag with my perfume... Online it showed it was available yet today i did not receive it and no explaination was given as to why. My mothers birthday is in 2days and i cannot give her the gift i promised.

Horrendous

I ordered off superdrug's website, and so far I'm on day 10 with just one confirmation email, and thats just a first order "thanks". It was supposed to take 2-3 working days, but checking my order stratus, it's still, "in progress". Not even dispatched yet. I've sent 3 emails, and called every day for 4 days, but no answer to anything. I can't get in contact with them about my order that I've paid for. Absolutely disgusting that I can't even get in touch and see how long my package would be. I wouldn't be so bothered but it was a birthday present for my sister, and it was a very expensive order. Now I can't even use that money to go elsewhere. Appalling, will recommend friends just to stay away.

Fabulous

I've ordered from superdrug lots of times and every order has arrived quickly! That's one of the reasons I shop there. I've only ever had one problem with an order but I contacted them and they sorted it out the same day! Perfect customer service. Superdrug always seem to have great deals and I'll continue to buy from them.

Bad customer service

I would like to complain about a salesgirl who works at Superdrug in Walthamstow, Selborne Walk shopping centre. She's really arrogant and never cracks a smile. She insulted my girlfriend twice and even my family members who shop there, agree that she's really rude. She has grey eyes and she's probably Pakistani. She walks around with a sense of pride and look at people down her nose. I would request Superdrug to sack because she doesn't have any manners and she's not polite towards customers.

Superdrug barcode stickers

Why do Superdrug stores insist on sticking their own large barcode label on nearly every item?
Even more annoying is that they are often stuck over the product's information and instructions.
Its presence immediately disfigures and downgrades the item you've just spent your good money on.
I can't think of any other chain of stores that does this. Surely it shouldn't be necessary, when products already have a barcode printed on them?

Not impressed

Ordered a few bits and bobs and received order confirmation. After over a week with sitting around, waiting and refreshing my email inbox I decided to contact customer services. Apparently, there was a problem with my order. They made very little effort to contact me and let me know. I had provided two phone numbers. I cancelled my order and went to boots.com instead as I will do in future every time. Very poor contact from superdrug and customer services were not apologetic.

Poor Website

Breadcrumb links not working this evening. Verified by visa box not working using IE browser. Company this size should not use Magento which explains why they dont get many orders which you can tell by the order number count. FULL of bugs they dont even know about because of poor backend software.They should find a new developer.

went to superdrug yesterday to buy nail polish,i opened the bottle to check the contents had not dried out (have had this before and had to fight for a exchange) and was shouted to from one end of the store to the other by a member of staff that "them not testers you know" yes i did know that but i have been in at the weekend when teenagers and even older women have been applying a full face of make up from the testers,the girl on the till was no better,all the interaction i got from her was "wanna bag" and "cheers now" this she managed to do without looking up from picking the remnants of polish from her nails,just as well i am not as dim as the staff and managed to put my debit card in myself or i would probably still be standing there,there is plenty of people out of work that have better customer skills and can even rustle up a smile myself included that could do their job,shame on superdrug for seeming to employ youth over customer service.

Can't fault them, love shopping online at Superdrug!

Fabulous prices, often with free delivery (which is really fast). Great range of products and amazing aftersales care team! Use them a lot, would recommend Superdrug to anybody!
