Bought goods on the website and my payment was confirmed as successful. After couple of hours received an e-mail from sales@superfooduk saying my order has failed. Sent an e-mail back asking to check why my order has failed when my payment went trough. No e-mail back. Rang up, spoke to the reception (apparently all people in customer service were busy). I was assured someone will look into this and will call me back. No call, no e-mail. Next day sent another e-mail and rang up again. Another receptionist answered - took all my details again, another promise to pass this to customer service and to contact me ASAP. As you can guess, NO ONE bothered to ring me or send me an e-mail back!!!!
It's been 4 days now and I haven't heard anything from superfooduk.com. Spoken to my credit card provider - have sent all details to them and they will try to get my money back from the seller.
I've never experienced situation like this - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all, only empty promises by the "receptionist". This was my first and my LAST attempt to buy something on this website!!! Scammers...
I wanted to have 2 boxes with 60 tablets each ( and I especially put 2 X 60), as one was supposed to be a gift, instead I got 1 box saying 180 (crossed out) which were all 120 tablets in. If I wanted to have one box with 120 I would order it like that! Not good service, dissapointed.
I first used Superfoods approx 4 months ago, with the product being delivered to my parents address within 2 days. The service and product highly rated by parents.
Using Superfooduk again in the New Year I easily found the product required at an exceptionally reasonable cost. Having ordered I had a `moment' and used an incorrect address. The response from customer services was quick, clear and explained how this would be amended - however, between Superfooduk and the Post Office, the goods were delivered to my parents within the week.
I bought a diet pack from them but the main item costing £39.99 came in a padded jiffy bag and as it was a tin was dented quite badly and could have ripped open - one item was missing and was replaced quite quickly; but again came in a jiffy bag so although only a cardboard box - was again squashed very flat - good item with favourable pricing and extra freebies (when re-ordered as missing!) but need to update packaging; especially as I told them about the squashed tin and didn't get a response and item that was missing was sent exactly same way - would like to order further but will not from this company as they didn't reply to my packing query/request........Karen from Belfast
I got the best price for my chosen product and the item was delivered within 4 days from placing the order (delivery time quoted was up to 10 days. I was very happy with free dleivery and the item came packaged carefully in bubble wrap and a jiffi bag. Very pleased with the service I received!
I was pleased with the goods and the price and delivery was ok. Packaging wasn't so great which caused the boxes to arrive a bit battered. My grievances with this company came when I tried to contact them regarding my VAT payment which I should get refunded. Several emails not replied to, Two phone calls with broken promises to be called back. I would be very happy to order from them again but not when it's costing me hundreds of Euro in non-refunded VAT!
I ordered for the first time just one item. It arrived within a few days, more or less as expected. The product's seal was broken. I contacted them via email to report this. They told me they'd send me another one, together with a prepaid envelope to return the broken sealed one. the replacement product, although sent first class, arrived in 5 working days. Alfter a few days I received the new item. When I was first using it, I suddenly realized it was not organic, as advertised (I'm talking about Green Bay organic manuka honey). I contacted the manufacturer who confirmed it was not organic anymore. I told superfood and again, I had to wait for them to send me the prepaid envelope, then send the item back and finally get refunded. All in all a HUGE waste of time for me. And the customer service could'nt bea more careless.
I just wanted to send them the item and get my refund so I never have to deal with them again. And I won't!
Unfortunatey as I haven't recieved my product I can only rate low. I am really disappointed that I still haven't recieved my order after waiting for nearly 2 weeks, the delivery company is terrible it's unrealistic to have to wait in literally all day for parcel which I have twice now and ended up missing it whilst collecting my daughter from school. You need to either use a delivery company with a depot or specify a time it's so frustrating!!
Very VERY good prices. Far cheaper than our local Health Shop, even without the various discounts offered. Take into account the free postage it just gets better. Very fast delivery and extremely well packed. We shall definitely be using these guys (& girls, of course!) again. Keep up the good work.
I waited for over a week for the item I ordered, in the end I had to contact Paypal to tell them my item had not arrived, it was only then did superfooduk contact me to let me know the item was no longer available and offered me a refund, why does the customer have to take action when the company really should have first.
Well, I know it is nearly Christmas BUT I placed an order on 16th Dec. it was not dispatched until 23rd. Dec. and obviously I do not have it yet. I will not receive this until well after the new year I guess----less expensive but too long in delivery--this is a supplement I need to take regularly for a health issue.
Interestingly the payment was taken immediately from my card---not good enough I think!!
I can't fault the service it was excellent. Delivery was prompt and the item I purchased was cheaper than any other websites I checked. These, together with free delivery meant that I got the best deal. I will continue to use this website in the future.
I ordered a couple of pots of Manuka honey and my order was promptly despatched and received. Email communications were good from confirmation of the order to notification of despatch.
The price of goods includes delivery, which I like. I also received a 10% discount as I had bought 2 items. The price of the Manuka honey seemed very reasonable too.
In summary, the service was faultless and the goods provide value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
I used this company for the first time because the item I wanted was £3 cheaper than other company's. My item took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and I found the communication rather slow too. I rang the number to ask where my parcel was and I got told they have to pass my query onto customer services and I should get a reply within 24hrs. Second time I rang to ask where my parcel was I never even got a call back. Wish I had paid a few pounds more and ordered from my usual company. Will not purchase from this company again :-(
