Osteo Support

I ordered Osteo Support capsules. They came within a week. The glass jar was extremely well packed in bubble wrap plus a jiffy bag. Best of all, they were cheaper than from the manufacturer - which seems very strange though I'm delighted with the lower price, and post free!

An excellent value for money, unbeatable really. I had some problems with my initial order as it seemed to have failed but the money was taken from my account. But a couple of phone calls and everything was sorted and I received the refund immediately. The order ‘proper’ arrived in a pristine condition. It was obvious that great care was given when despatching it and every item met my expectations. I opted for the free delivery and you will have to wait about a week or more for this to arrive if choose the same option. If you are in hurry perhaps pay for next day? Overall, I have a very good first impression of Superfoods.

Apple cider vinegar

Was very impressed with this company, delivery, and price. Looked for this special vinegar and the price was almost half of Amazons for eactly the same product. Wil definitely deal with them again.

Disappointed

Just waited for my item about one week and decide to waist my credits on 0845 and after that they realised that item was out of stock.Got my refund though.

Ok experience for first order

Reasonably good service.
I found the crumpled up newspaper in the box annoying and wish they would use something better than that.

8 days after order and still no eamil to even say it as been disapatched

I ordered my product on the 15th August and I am still waiting delivery I havnt even received an email confirming dispatch last time i order from this company. Would rather pay more and receive my product.

not happy with service

still waiting on my order have not received confirmation if item has been dispatched , have telephoned twice and am waiting on someone phoning me back, they couldnt tell me if item was on its way or if it wasnt in stock . think they need better customer service were they can go into your account and tell you what exactly is happening . the second phone call i made had nothing on record of the first phone call i made which was marked as urgent .will wait and see if i get a phone call after second phone call i made which again was marked as urgent . ill not hold my breath though

Very Poor Standards

I am quite displeased with their services as the full order had not been received. Busy individuals don't have time to follow up all the time on orders. It kind of defeats the purpose of shopping online. What's more shocking is that despite being billed, I still have not received some of my order and it's been a month which is extremely poor for any type of service standards.

Always very fast delivery of my Lifeplan Aloedophillus which can be rather hard to track down on the high street. Superfoods offer a really good price and free delivery is just great.

Waiting for a response....

No problems with purchase, delivery, etc. HOWEVER.....

I bought a sports ice pack from here and for some reason it didn't come with any instructions. I emailed Superfooduk and haven't yet had a response. This wouldn't be so bad if it hadn't been when my wife used it for the first time the other night she developed a severe burn after using the product for 20mins. Furthermore the area of flesh she applied this product to had frozen solid from contact with the skin.

I am not impressed that we were left to guesstimate a) how long the ice pack should have been applied b) that there was nothing to warn that it shouldn't be directly applied to my skin.

I'm hoping now Superfood will respond to my email.

SuperfoodUK did not deliver my product

SuperFoodUK just took my money and I got nothing other than a letter from DHL apologize and they said that superfoodUK made a claim to get a compensation while superfoodUK said that they will close my order and I get nothing.

I think the site could be easier to navigate, it is slow to load and not very intuitive. Having said that, in every other way I am pleased with the prices, speed of delivery and variety of choice. One regret is that Solgar and Viridian are not included as suppliers! Mainly a thumbs up from me. PS pity there is at least one other site, with a very similar address, that often appears before the genuine one.

Terrible Service, do not shop with superfoodsuk

After searching google shopping for "dr red blueberry punch", I did think it strange that superfoodsuk was the only store to have the item in stock (out of about 20 stores). I placed my order and low and behold it did not arrive. I contacted the company who are refusing to look into my undelivered item, and the listing now shows up as 'out of stock'. Scam.
