If it's too good to be true... They attempt to sell things they do not have, make promises they can not keep and then the horrible customer service comes in to finish the deal. I double checked before placing an order for a printer because the price seemed too good, toner showed up but two weeks later I started calling (they never informed me of anything until I asked... and asked...) This is a quote I eventually from an email I got from them... verbatim.. "We are sorry to inform you, your order has been canceled because this item is currently on back-order and we do not have an estimated time of arrival for this product. We understand you were informed we did have this item in stock earlier today but the representative was misinformed."
