I can't recommend this company highly enough. A reliable, trustworthy and friendly service. All four corners of the car are photographed as is the speedometer so you have complete confidence in them from the start. We have used them twice now and I won't ever park off site again,hanging around for transfer buses is a thing of the past. A no hassle easy to deal with company - go for it!

We used sure meet and greet at gatwick south terminal... 27/12/13 from 4.30am to 2/1/14 23.30pm....we call 20.mins before arriving and told to go orange carpak level 3 in the short stay car park. When we arrived the man in the orange jacket was there we had two cars and the handover was quick and simple. On our we was delayed and arfter we got our bags we called and told to got to orange carpark level 2 where one car was waiting and within ten minutes the second car turned the quick handover was done...I checked my mileage and the car had done 12 miles. I used to use IMI parking at Gatwick who were excellent but from what I understand they were bought out by Sure Parking. I wasn't impressed with this company. First of all through the booking process the guy on the phone was pretty rude, I never received a confirmation email at first and when calling to request it, 1 phone call he hung up on me. I eventually received it. Secondly when dropping the car off we waited 15 mins in the car park after calling 10 mins away and the pick up driver didn't want to do a walk around the car before taking it away. On arrival, considering that when booking you have to give the arrival flight number ( the other companies I have used use this information to know when you will be collecting your car). Anyway I collected my bags and called them to say I was ready to collect my car and they said it wasn't ready as they didn't think we will be landing for another 4 hours but to be fair they rushed to get it ready but it still took 30 mins to arrive. Once the driver turned up with the car he didn't ask me for any ID and he was rushing me to sign the form even though I wanted to walk around the car and check it for damage and he didn't like it much I wanted to check it. When I got back home I noticed some damage to the car that I know for a fact that item wasn't broken before they had it. So to sum it up I will not be using this company again as I find them unprofessional and at occasions rude to there customers. I would suggest next time paying a little bit more for a better company that would provide a proffesional service and that will take care of your car.
First of all I would like to say that the service of dropping off and picking up the car was very good and smooth, with minimal waiting time at a competitive price, and under any other circumstances I would definitely recommend the service to others.
My concern was how the car was driven between the airport and the secure parking facility, and then how the complaint was handled.
When I dropped off the car as normal I take took a photo of the mileage before and after collection. I also reset the fuel computer and gear shifting monitor.
As I picked up the car it had averaged 17.8mpg over the 15 miles Surepark had it, this is almost half of what it normally gets. The gear shifting monitor also showed that the gear shifting had been 'very poor' indicating high revs, I personally have only managed figures that low with the car on a track.
I raised the complaint and to their credit I was contacted back by phone, unfortunately I was told that there was no way the car had been driven fast and that the reduced MPG was normal, I’m a professional automotive engineer who designs engines for a living, including parts of the one in the car I dropped off so I wasn't completely convinced.
In this situation a bit of humility would have been the better way to address this concern, rather than going on the offensive and telling the customer they were wrong despite the evidence. The situation would have been much better handles with a simple “sorry, it shouldn't have happened, we’ll fix it in the future”.
If I had been given that reassurance based on the service we had I would have had no hesitation in using them in the future.
At this moment I’m not convinced that if I was to park with them again my car would not be driven hard as it was in this instance.
Easy to book, quickly confirmed, and felt assured when I was telephoned prior to departure advising all OK. Only 'downside' comment - was requested to ring 20 mins before arrival at airport - howis that possible when driving - I don't agree with 'phones on the move even if they are hands free! However did not have to wait too long when I rang from the terminal.
Sure Parking works fantastically. We pulled up at departures and they were waiting to drive the car away, even helping us get the cases out of the boot. They were also there for us immediately on our return. Great service!
I have recommended Sure Travel to a number of friends. They are very efficient and are always on time. They often cost less parking at Long Stay car parks and I reckon it saves me half an hour at either end..
From start to finish they gave a fully professional service that allowed me to have a fully relaxed holiday. For the cost of the service provided I will use their company for future trips and fully recommend them to anyone who is looking to travel from Gatwick airport.
We booked Sure Parking Meet & Greet service to make things easy & stress free before & after our holiday. We could not have made a bigger mistake!
Along with parking, we paid extra for a full valet of our car, taking our total bill to £120.98 for a weeks stay.
When we were met with our car after our holiday, we were shocked at the condition of it. Not only was it still dirty, it had 5 large water mark stains on the ceiling inside the vehicle and the driver's seat was soaked through as were the floors of the car!!!
We were advised by the man dropping our car back to us to complain with photos via email, which I did.
When I finally got to speak with a member of staff, they were rude & very unapologetic & said my car was too dirty for a valet & they had done the best they could! After being shouted at, the phone was put down on me!
After making numerous other phone calls, I was offered a refund of just £70. I wanted a refund of the full amount as in my opinion my car had not been cared for while I was away & my husband had to drive home on a wet seat & all our bags were wet from the floor. I now also need to pay someone to clean my car & try to remove the marks left on the ceiling.
Unfortunately the company refused to take my calls & were so aggressive I had to accept their measly refund.
So be warned, if you want to come home from holiday & be happy that your car has been well looked after while you were away DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I have used sure parking 3 times now and each time they have been there like clock work, there's never any waiting around. They even help load luggage into the car. Would highly recommend and look forward to using them again in the future.
So impressed! The driver met us in the pre arranged area without any delay, handed over the receipt ticket and off we went on holiday.
After a lovely week away, we rang Sure Parking from the baggage hall and my car was delivered at exactly the same time as we got to the drop off point. Perfect! It was a freezing cold night so even nicer to get into an already warm car, especially as we forgot how cold it would be and packed our coats!
Excellent service at a reasonable price, highly recommended, no problems, and delivered car to the other terminal when we unexpectably landed at South terminal instead of North. Very prompt, would use again.
We used Sure Parking (Meet & Greet) at Gatwick South on Feb 5th 2013. Arrived quickly to take car away - no problems. On return (17th Feb) - again they arrived back with our car quickly. Car was fine - and driver was very helpful. Will definitely use again.
This was such a good price, I was worried it would be too good to be true; I need not have worried though. Booked on the phone and very efficient/polite staff processed my reservation. Their driver was waiting for us on arrival at Gatwick North Terminal and was easy to spot. On our return the car was brought back to us within 10 minutes of contacting them. The car undamaged and no excess miles had been put on the speedo. All in all a very good experience and I would recommend and use again.
