Ordered a surfboard online and received an order number and confirmation of the order. After several days of no contact about the status of the board or if it had actually been sent, I tried to email the company through their website with no response. After 2 days with no response I tried to call the international number listed on the website to no evail. Rings out every time. Still no response to email. Customer service non existent.
