    Dear Michelle, Thank you for your post. Whilst we understand that you requested for the order to be sent via Royal Mail, unfortunately it is not always possible to do so. This is because this shipping method is not always secure and if we are sending an expensive or big item to the other side of the world then our warehouse always send orders by FedEx. Royal Mail wouldn't accept a parcel containing a pair of wellington boots as this is over their limit. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse you for the import charges as we are not responsible for them. All of this information is very clearly stated in our FAQ pages on our website.
