Excellent speedy friendly advice and service
When i moved into my house we had a small leak due to an undone pipe which caused a stain on a few of the ceiling tiles in our kitchen. When investigating to try to get a few replacement tiles the reference on the back of the existing tiles were an old batch that nolonger came under that reference. I sent a short e-mail and got a speedy and helpful response which resulted in us getting exactly what we needed. The only small reservation i had was the packaging - the box was only around the edge and not on the top or bottom of the tiles and therefore the top and bottom tiles were slightly damaged but apart from that excellent service.

Excellent customer service
The tiles I bought on this site were great and made an old lowered ceiling look like new again. Service is to be commended. I needed the delivery on a specific day which they were more than happy to help with. Nice to find a company who will make a the extra effort.

Hey if I can do it anyone can
Ok I needed to replace some tiles the other year, 2011, so i trawled the internet and found the Suspended Ceiling Shop. Ordered enough tiles to do the job, great, fantastic, quick to order easy to pay and very quick delivery (very well wrapped too) Now we have decided to redo the other room tiles so i just counted how many i needed - ordered them on Monday 4th Feb 2013 they were delivered on Wednesday 6th Feb 2013 and I am just about to go and sling them up (very easy to do).

Faultless service
Can't fault the service at all - the company identified the ceiling tile from an emailed description and blurry photograph I submitted, sent out samples to check, then dispatched the replacement tiles quickly once the product was confirmed. Fantastic service, would recommend.

first class service
The service from ceiling shop was very good. My only reservation is that the box the tiles come in doesn't have a top and bottom to it - that is ok if you intend to use all the tiles at one go but I wanted to use the tiles over a period of time as replacements - now they are now starting to get damaged!

Prompt delivery
My only concern would be that the way the ceiling tiles were packaged meant that the outside two were damaged - maybe consider solid packaging around the sides?

Thank you for your kind review. I'm sorry that two of the outside tiles were damaged. We've considered different packaging in the past but have found that the bubble wrap does offer good all round protection.
We are however going to be trialling a different packaging system in the New Year and your thoughts will be put into the decision on this.

Quick, helpful and friendly.
Didn't know exactly what I was looking for but a very helpful reponse to my query narrowed it down and then when purchased it arrived exactly when promised. This is the sort of service which is lacking in so many online companies. The convenience of online shopping but with personal help and advice when needed. Easy to deal with, good product.
Ceiling tiles are excellent, they were packed well but the couriers gave them a hard time as the corners were a bit dented. it was fine though as they were hidden in the rebate of the suspended frame.
