Fin's are brilliant for my little guy, delivery was quick

The only place I could get the smaller size but was cheapest around anyway, so made up. Delivery was fast also. Big smiles of our little guy which makes me a happy mummy

This is the first time Ive used this company or bought swimming equipment. The website was easy to use, there was a good choice and my order arrived really quickly. Will definitely use again!

Great products and great prices

My order arrived quickly. Very pleased with the costume. The nose clips that arrived were more pink in colour than purple (which was the only colour available when ordered) but they work really well, they are soft on the nose and so very comfortable to wear. Great that the same product fits adult and children really well.

Quick easy delivery

Was easy to use the site, fast delivery of my order the only thing I didn't like was that you can't see any reviews if you arnt a member so you have to create a profile . Otherwise everything else was fine

Excellent Service

Because of changes to the website my details were not saved as a customer and I could not get my Bank Holiday discount. But Swimshop staff not only sorted my discount but also offered extra Dolphin points as a "sorry".
And then my new Uglie costume arrived within 3 days

Quick dispatch, good product

The item I wanted to order was out of stock but swimshop notified me as promised when it was back in stock and sent it to me very quickly. I was very happy with the service and the product.

I have just joined an aqua aerobics class and as a non swimmer these swim socks reduce the chance of slipping, making me feel much more confident in the water. Great product would recommend to friends and family.

'need to have a grumble'

Have shopped many,many times and would recommend, but on this occasion my 15 wk old grandson had to wait ages for his new towel and toys for his aquatic session, and then my account showed a refund for the swimbag for him as it did not arrive in parcel (presumably out of stock?) Very disappointed

Fast, reliable service and great products!

I have no worries when I order with swimshop the prices are clear, never out of stock, they came as described and delivery is pretty fast and reliable. I am always pleased, never had any problems!

Low cost Smart trendy long lasting swimsuits in bright colors from a reliable supplier

I swim 5 days a week and love the bright long lasting Uglys swimsuits sold by swimshop.co.uk the suits last much longer than cheap fashion ones. i always buy my swimsuits here. Good product good service good company

speedo costume

I ordered a costume for my daughter who was very pleased when she saw it. Ordering online was no problem and delivery was good too.I knew the size to order for her as she already has speedo costume and price was ok too.

Fantastic range and quick delivery

First time at swimshop.co.uk and was impressed.

The extensive range meant that I could get everything I needed in one order and I found the layout of the website so much clearer than other online swim stockists that I'd looked at.

My 8 year old son needed kitting out with training flippers and I found many places didn't stock any in his small size. No problem here, so will be returning for all future swimming kit.

Ordering on line seems daunting as I am old school and have always shopped in shops choosing items, trying them on and exchanging them for cash/card/cheque at time of purchase. Buying on line with swim shop was really painless and the wait for the items to arrive minimal even though I did not choose the next day service at an extra charge.
When they arrived they were exactly as advertised - what more could you want. Well done swim shop.
