fast and efficient
I ordered my 3 items on a Tuesday evening and by Thursday they were in my hands. Swim shop have always been quick unless they have run out of stock. Can always rely on getting an order on time.

The shopping process always goes swimmingly!
Unfortunatley the swimming costume was not quite the right the style for me personally, but for the quality and ease of ordering, I'd recommend to anyone. Other products I have bought, such as 'SPEEDO fastskin elite' hat and finger paddles, are fantastic. On top of this, branded products are nearly always cheaper on swimshop, and the new DOLPHIN loyalty points system creates even more great dicounts!

Cheap and fast, also outside the UK.
Since we heard about swimshop we already bought several times via internet swimsuits for my daughter. They are of good quality and not expensive. Normally we do receive the order witin 10 days and the last time even in 5 days. One time we did not receive the goods and after one month (this is the time stated in the conditions) they did sent us the order again without a problem. We already told several people about the site and we know that also some friends of my daughter do buy swimsuits at the swimshop.

Good shop, if they have what you want.
Good swim shop. Not all sizes are available for all products though. Prices are not cheap, but not overpriced either. Manufacturers are to blame for more expensive items.

"It does the job"
As a Pilates instructor travelling from different venues I needed a bag to carry all my mats plus blocks. It does the job - with a further handle at the bottom end of the bag it makes for easier carrying. I bought the larger of the two green swim bags. Delighted!
( I carry about ten mats in the bag as I already have another bag to carry the other ten. The bag can hold more though).

Brilliant!

Ordering process was simple.
Though the ordering was quick and easy I did have problems with the payment. At first I thought this is quick and easy then realised that the vat had not been taken off at checkout. The process trying to get it back into my account was not easy though I made it back eventually.

A swimmingly good experience
Very impressed with the easy to use online shopping site and extremely speedy delivery. The dolphon rewards are an added bonus. i have already told several parents to visit the site at my daughter's swimming club. The prices are very reasonable too!!

top service and quality but check the float sizes before ordering!
I got 'junior' float/board because my daughter is 9, but she clearly needs bigger size! And returning the (very promptly received ) goods was a non stater because the postage was only just less than the cost of the goods!

Ok after an initial hiccup
The first delivery failed to turn up. The customer service rep asked me to wait a few more days. However once we had agreed it the delivery was missing the second one turned up in a day or two. Good job someone was at home though as it came recorded and that would have meant a trip to the post office!

Perfect!
I ordered a zone 3 wetsuit from the swimshop as it was a good price and offered discount on quidco. The wetsuit arrived very quickly, was in A1 condition and as I said previously a very good price, even better with money back from quidco.
I have only used swimshop once but would recommend them to others! the price and speedy delivery were great! and I really can't fault them in any way after this one brief purchase.

Please get a new stock monitor.....
After searching for ages due to the various requirements needed, found 6 Keifer swimsuits in sizes 32,34 and 36 that were needed for a team competition. Thought that all OK as order processed and money taken and then found out that there were no 32's in stock. Very disappointing as then had to find alternative swimsuits (and were found at a cheaper price....)
Please sort out your stock levels...

Good company not staffs fault out of stock
Staff are very helpful and polite. Service is good but if out of stock no one can tell you when the stock will be in which is not useful. Want to order place ribbons and have been trying for over a month now with no luck!!! Would appreciate knowing when they will all be in stock places 1-6.

Nose clip works brilliantly!
I suffer with cold type symptoms after every swim and started to use a nose clip with circular pads on the nose but it constantly fell off which was really annoying. This one stays on. Really pleased with it.
