Excellent Service in all respects!

I bought a Rolex Sea Dweller Deepsea which was delivered with excellent packaging and in the timescale promised. I took the watch to a Rolex specialist who confirmed it's authenticity. Would recommend this company as a reputable supplier a high quality watches. If you deal with Fofi, you will find her most helpful.

Excellent end to end service

Swisswatchdealers managed to source an unworn Rolex Lady Datejust watch for me where (many) others had failed!

The communications were excellent, the price was (extremely) competitive and the delivery very quick.

My wife is now in posession of a beautiful time piece thanks to the efforts of Swisswatchdealers.

Fast and friendly service

After worrying about spending so much money on line ,I read all the reviews about swc I decided to order a tag heuer aqua racer so glad I did .Ordered my watch on Saturday and it arrived the following Friday also saved just under £200 pounds the staff David and Ashley so friendly and helpful.Already recommend to other people

I received my brand new Omega Speedmaster Professional from Swiss Watch Dealers a month ago; the watch is in excellent condition, just as described! The shipping is fast indeed and the sales staff is friendly and supportive! Definitely I’ll be buying from these guys again!

Amazing service and deal!!

Dealt with Fofi who sorted me out with a Rolex Yachtmaster 2. Really good customer service and 100 percent genuine. I paid cash into there account and they sent a confirmed email with a tracking number on from Fedex same day. The watch then arrived 2 days later 9am from fedex in a protected box which is sealed so no one else can open or see, the rolex box and watch in perfect condition as if brought from shop. Inside came with warranty card, papers etc. Price was amazing, I just informed Fofi how much i was looking to spend (fair realistic price) and she worked with me on that price trying to source me the watch at the price and she did it. Will definitely deal again on the next watch with swisswatchdealer.co.uk. Thanks alot. Jon

Superb service

I purchased a s/s gmt 11 a couple of weeks ago from Swiss Watch Dealer and dealt with 'Fofi'. The service from Fofi and the company was superb. I ordered and paid for the watch at 3.30 one day and received it at 2pm the next via Fedex.

Couldn't be better

I got my Rolex Submariner 16610 couple of weeks ago from Swiss Watch Dealers! Great service, no delays, they kept me posted in every single step of my order. Once i placed it, the very next day i had my watch!
