I was a little apprehensive about purchasing such an expensive gift for my husband over the net, especially never having used SWD before! But, from the first phone call and email David helped every step of the way! Even explaining the different mechanisms. I even had a 'tailor made' finance package arranged to my requirements. The watch was in stock (a very classy TAG)...And it arrived the following morning. Needless to say my husband loves it, and so do I. He had to have a link removed, which a local jeweller did for £5 whilst we waited. Thank you.

Excellent service from Swiss watches direct.
Only problem at the moment, which is not your fault, is that my wife's tiny wrist is between two link sizes on the small Santos bracelet. She has been in touch with Cartier, who initially said they did half links, but when she sent details they said not for this variation of Santos. Any ideas?

Just a short note to thank David for his excellent service.
Having shopped around I got the best deal on a Breitling watch at Swiss watches direct
I paid by credit card and was advised of the delivery date which was whilst I was away. David held the watch for me until I was back in the UK and then it was delivered two days later.
All the papers, guarantee and original box were present.
I can thoroughly recommend them!!
My wife is looking for another Cartier and I will definitely go back to Swiss watches direct for it

Genuine new watches with minimal fuss and reassuringly-regular updates on dispatch and delivery dates.
Despite the worryingly-cheap-looking website, I was pleasantly reassured by the customer service and response times of the team. The price quoted for the genuine Omega Speedmaster that I have just bought was the cheapest by far that my exhaustive research could find. As an Army officer based in Germany, the ease of the VAT-free shopping and delivery to a BFPO adress (annoyingly-unavailable on many other websites) merited the risk of spending such a large amount of money online for a watch that is not sold by its manufacturers on the internet. I was slightly disappointed by paying for the watch at point of order, not dispatch (as with Amazon and others), especially since it took over two weeks from order to dispatch, but I have no complaints with the overall service and I will definitely use this website for the next watch I buy.

I was recommended to use SwissWatchesDirect by a colleague who bought a watch from them and couldn't praise them enough. My experience was the same as his. Fantastic!!! Best prices anywhere and I was kept fully informed regarding my purchase and delivery. Website is easy to use with full specifications listed. If I had any criticism at all it is that more photos of individual watches from different angles would improve site and make it easier to choose from the range available. Read the reviews. Pleased I took the plunge...
I'd read loads of reviews on Swiss Watches Direct and knew which watch I wanted to buy. Still, I had some reservations; how can the watch be around £200 cheaper than anywhere else?
I checked the website (again) and read even more reviews (and some of the same ways again)! I eventually took the plunge with my M/Card (with the comfort of the guarantee that using a card offers) and have to say, I was really pleased with the service (weekly updates by mail) and delighted when the watch arrived after a couple of weeks, exactly as described.
It's an established company and for the potential savings, definitely worth considering if you're in the market for a high end watch. I recommend it.

I had an excellent service without any worries from swisswatchesDirect.
After lot of deleberations and worries about buying such expensive watch on internet, i placed the order. David gave me assurences that there wont be any problem on their side. I therefore decided to pay by debit card waving extra rights i would have had if i had paid by credit card. However, there was nothing to worry the watch came as promised by them within three weeks and was delivered by royal mail express service. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to save money by buying an expensive watch from them at huge savings.

Fantastic web site. Prices are much better than the high street dealers (I saved 20%). The order process is simple and you are kept up to date by email. They only took a deposit until the watch was due for delivery and my watch arrived much earlier than the predicted date. It was delivered, brand new as expected and with official guarantee card.
I was initially wary of spending a large amount of money on the internet, but I am really pleased with my purchase and would definitely use this site again.

Ordered my Omega Seamaster Chronograph on the 22nd of March 2012. Expected delivery time was an estimated 10-15 working days due to been the more sort after blue faced version which was special order only. 12 working days later watch arrived as described with papers, and presentation box.
