it was Samsung galaxy note 2 anyway, and it came on the time they said they going to deliver it, and as far as i know this company seems really good and i wish it all the best.
Ordered Philips Multimedia Speaker. Was a bit wary as quite cheap and not used comapny before. Read some of the reviews on here and alarm bells started ringing. Have to say though after I rang to find out when delivered, I was sent email and texts tracking my parcel till it was delivered. Ordered Sat 3rd Nov, delivered Mon 12th Nov. I would use them again
I was after a Thecus N4800 NAS drive which seemed to suit my needs. The only company that had one available was Systo, and at a good price too. I order a lot online, but placed my order with Systo with some trepidation as I had never ordered from them before and something about their website made me a little unsure, but with no alternative I went ahead. At least purchasing by credit card one has additional insurance in the case of non-delivery. One thing I always do when ordering from a new company is check to see if they have a valid address and check it out on Google maps and Streetview to pay a virtual "visit". I became concerned when the online delivery tracking did not work, and called them twice to check all was OK. On the second call they not only gave me a delivery date, but a delivery time as well, and sure enough the goods arrived as predicted. I am very pleased with the product and the price. There are some issues with their tracking which they need to sort out but overall a relatively good experience.
The first experience was very frustrating (see below), but I was promply contacted by their support team and everything was sorted out. They apologised and said that this problem arised due to a change in policy which wasn't reflected on a web site.
I ordered Lian Li PC-Q18B on 18/11/2012. The order was placed successfully and my card was charged. On the next day I got an e-mal saying that they've refunded my order (with no more details). I asked why was my order refunded and was told that they do not accept international VISA cards and don't even ship outside UK. This is despite the fact that payment was accepted and shipmetn to republic of Ireland was available as a separate option. At the same time they offered me to contact some person who can assist with on placing my order.
Although a tech online retailer, great to find the latest coffee machines at Systo. Ordered a nice Senseo for my office just a few days ago and already enjoying fine coffee. Excellent customer service and quick delivery. I highly recommend Systo and will be shopping with them again very soon.
If I could leave less than one star trust me I would! I ordered a coffee machine from them and after several emails the item finally arrived. The item was faulty and supplied with a euro plug. several times I requested an RMA (return number) as their website doesn't work when you try to request one, what a surprise! I returned the item and when they received it they alleged it was damaged and won't return my money. after several emails where they eventually threatened to take me to court if I left negative feedback; I am now having to resort to legal action to get my money back. If this review stops just one person from wasting their time and money with this company then I will be pleased. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE INCOMPETENTS!
Bought a TP-LINK 300Mbps Wireless N PCI Adapter on the 4th then received an e-mail 5days later saying they had just posted it! If it was free delivery I wouldn't expect better but when they are charging £7.20 its a very poor service.
Placed order on Tuesday, they withdrew the money on wednesday.
Never recieved any tracking info by friday, so I contacted them via email.
I was then told by email a few hours later that I would get my tracking info on monday and my order on Tuesday.
They delivered on Tuesday like they said they would, so I was pretty happy with that and would be happy to use them again.
The day after I ordered, Systo contacted me both by phone and by email to say there was a technical problem with the batch which had to be returned to the supplier, and that they would refund to my credit card and let me know when the item was available again. The refund was received the next day. Very speedy resolution of problem.
I ordered a pair of headphones to be delivered to a different address to my billing address, and they handled it fine - they called quickly on both home and work numbers to verify for security purposes, so all good there.
I suspect their stock system is fibbing though - why else would it take you anything more than a day to despatch stuff? Either way, I happened to cancel the order before it was despatched, which they also handled quickly, so I'd have no issues ordering from them again.
I placed my order, which was listed as in stock and I assumed it would be dispatched the same/next day, as I ordered before 5pm. I received no dispatch email so I contacted them using their "live chat" function, which left me feeling that the company has no clue regarding order tracking/status and felt incredibly unprofessional and even a little untrustworthy.
I had to ask 3 times whether my item was going to be shipped today and the customer service guy went from saying "no" to "yes probably" in the space of a single sentence. His English was terrible too, which meant the whole conversation felt awkward and it was difficult to understand exactly what he was trying to say. All I wanted was a simple answer and I was left with the feeling that I was dealing with an illiterate robot rather than a human being.
The price was good, but it is completely pointless to list items for sale if they have no idea when they can deliver them to you. As of writing this review, I have initiated the cancellation of the order and bought from Scan instead (who have always been reliable and guarentee next day delivery). Like the old adage says, you get what you pay for; in this case, I don't mind paying a little extra for an infinitely better service. I won't be ordering again and I advise everyone to be cautious when dealing with Systo in future.
UPDATE: In regards to Systo's reply below, my query was whether my item would be dispatched today, not how long it takes the courier to deliver it. Am I to assume you guys process orders faster in your warehouse if we pay more for next day delivery? paid £6 +vat for 3 to 5 days delivery and by the 6th day Systo had not even shipped the item. I wrote them an email to complain and ask that they refund the postage and they didn't even have the courtesy to reply.
I will not be using them again and will advise others against it too.
I have ordered a zalman case using their amazon site psl packetwalk systems ltd ( Systo.co.uk) next day got an email says they cancel the order without any reason . I contacted them then they said the item was mispriced . So that they cancelled the order . I can advise everyone not to buy any stuff from them .
I ordered a graphics card, and while it came in due time there was an issue. The card they sent me was actually a version 2 model of the card, and this would not work with the version 1 model I had. On their website, they had titled the item as a version 1 card would be titled, with no "V2" in the name (even on the graphics card's manufacturers website they make this distinction between titles and versions). The only way I could have known this before ordering would have been to look at the "memory bus" specification on the website, which I didn't do because the title implied it was a V1 card. Had the title had V2 in the title i would have investigated compatibility/specifications.
I contacted Systo, but they refuse to let me return the item as it has now been unsealed/used. I informed them that under the Distance Selling Regulations I am allowed to return the item, new or used, as long as I inform them within 7 days of receiving the product (which I have already done). I also informed them that I had called the Trading Standards Institute, who told me that it was my consumer right to be able to return the product (I explained the complete situation to them), and this was under UK Law, and they logged that I had an issue with Systo, in case I need to take this further. Kamil (the employee I have been liasing with) tells me that I am not complying with some conditions of the DSR and therefore they have the right to refuse a return, yet has not complied with my request to tell me what these conditions are, and simply refuses to tell me under which part of the DSR they are not letting me return my product. I suggest they read up on the law regarding consumer rights and tell me what article or statement of legislation they are rejecting my wish to return the item by, because at the moment they are currently breaking the law. Absolutely disgusted, the only review I have ever felt the need to write about a company.
Edit: After having continued e-mail correspondence with Systo, they have agreed to let me return the item. I would buy from them again as they can be cheap, just make sure you check all the specifications of the product you are buying as mine was labeled incorrectly. I still wished they had cared for keeping me as a customer, as what happened was not completely my mistake, but at least I am getting a refund.
I ordered parts for a new PC, on 3 May, all of which were listed as in stock, 3-5 day delivery. I heard nothing from them (although they took the money from my card immediately) I rang on 11 May, and was told that my order would arrive on Tues, 15. On Tues, all but two items arrived, but I cant build a PC without the case, so I rang again, was promised delivery on Friday 18th, but nothing arrived, so I rang again. They said the items would now arrive on Monday 21st, but they had broken too many promises, so I cancelled. I also had to return a power supply, as the alternative case I ordered came with supply included. Under pressure they agreed to pay return postage, they got the PS back on 29th May, but they didn't refund my money until I e-mailed and complained, didn't get my money back until 11th June.
Getting through on the phone is not always easy - If they're busy they just hang up, after you've been waiting in a queue.
All in all, far too much trouble, and I won't be using them again.
If you look at the other bad reviews you'll find a similar story, if you're unlucky you will order something that is 'in stock' in 'an external warehouse' (their explanation on the phone) and could take weeks, not days, to arrive. How far away is their 'external warehouse'? They should be honest with their delivery and stock info.
Ordered a Aerocool xpredator white edition and some CL7 Corsair vengeance ram, absolutly pleased with both, ram was over £15 cheaper here than at dabs, and the case, although not as cheap as aria, was in stock and ready to ship, ordered friday with super saver 3-4 day delivery got it wednesday very pleased indeed *****
I ordered a PC case and it arrived within the week. There was a power cable missing (only European one included not UK) and I requested help. Chris Hawkins immediately responded to say that a replacement would be put in the post. Very good service.
Found good price and good reviews about systo, so chose them for a product. Was initially concerned that I heard nothing about delivery on the 4th day after order placement but fears were dismissed when I spoke to them.
Phone was answered quick and the LiveChat service is great - I was contacted back at the time they said they would get back to me.
No problems in recommending them or using them again.
This was a very poor experience, I bought from them because they were the only company I could find who had the item I needed in stock.
Delivery was shown as 2-3 days, it actually took 10 days to arrive. When I spoke to support using their live help the guy said 'You'll get it tomorrow'. The next day he said 'You'll get it in 2 days' and when I contacted them a third time (and got the same guy again) he said 'We had a warehouse problem, you'll get it tomorrow'. Never any 'sorry' or anything. At this point I complained and he offered me a postage refund.. Guess what? I never got the refund, although I did recieve the item as described eventually.
Seriously this is a 2-bit outfit and I won't touch them again.
UPDATE. Apparently Systo have reported this review as abuse, and I have submitted a copy-receipt to Trustpilot to prove it's genuine feedback. I guess Systo would rather not see genuine feedback.
So let me start by saying that my product did arrive and it was in good condition. However, The company took my payment as soon as I ordered and did not ship the product for 5 days! After 2 days I was extremely concerned and had the same customer service rep telling me "Your product will arrive by friday." I didn't see this possible.. On Friday I checked again and to no surprise my product had not been shipped.. I contacted them again and this time I finally received a different service rep! He guaranteed my product will be there by Monday, and it did arrive on Monday. I did not enjoy my experience with this company and will not be using them again. I do not recommend this company.
I placed an online order for a Samsung Series 9 on Monday evening. The item was one of the cheapest i could find online. Today, Wednesday, I contacted customer services (via web chat) for an update on my order and was advised that it had been dispatched and would be delivered today (the supplied tracking number confirmed this), well within the stated 3-5 day delivery timescale. I am so impressed with Systo.co.uk that I will definately shop with them again and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy products online safely, securely and with great customer service support.
I tried to ordered some SSD drives recently, items were in stock and were at a low price so I put in my order and next day I got an email saying my order was cancelled because item was out of stock. Didn't even get my name right so I don't know if they can get any other things right either. Anyway was very disappointed my order never went through.
I Ordered and paid for software on 23rd Jan, when it didn't arrive a week later I called only to be told the software was out of stock, I asked why the website stated it was in stock but they couldn't give an explaination.
This is the first (and last) time I will use this company.
Not only was Systo's price the best we found for the G-Drive storage device we wanted, but the service that followed was excellent. We received several emails detailing where our order was up to and delivery was incredibly fast - on the second working day after we had ordered. Very impressive and would definitely recommend this company to anyone. We will be using them again in the future without question.
The true test of a company is how they respond to problems. I bought a TV from Systo that proved to be not very good (I believe this was manufactured to a low spec by Samsung, so no blame lies with Systo). On asking to return the TV, I was assigned a real person and their direct e-mail. This person arranged the return. Excellent service.
I would certainly use Systo again safe in the knowledge that if I'm not happy with the product I can return it.

I bought some memory off the website and there was a slight confusion on my behalf as to when it was being delivered. I emailed their customer service and they telephoned me on a sunday to speak to me personally rather than robotic email. The chap was really helpful and when the items turned up they were exactly what I ordered. Definatel a great site and service that I would use again over another ebuyering site!
ordered a case from them for a very good price but item took longer then expected to arrive and also case was damaged on arrival, not badly but still damaged, thankfully does not effect the working of it or the aesthetics.
I did not contact customer services to get this replaced as it was fun and games enough trying to find out why it took so long.
Also ordered a fan controller on a seperate order and this arrived in the given time but on closer inspection i can see that the courier has manhandled the item and all the knobs were slightly bent, again no reason to get it replaced as the item works and unless your really looking you wont see it.
I wouldn't order from them again, rather pay the extra and order from another company.
I was very impressed with the service I received from Systo from the initial contact regarding a hard to source component through to resolving issues with a faulty part. I would certainly use them again.
