Terrible customer service

It is almost impossible to speak to a customer service advisor at T-mobile. The automated phone system is designed to make it as hard as possible to speak to a human unless you want to buy something. And when you do get through, they will tell you it isn't their department, so now I have to write a letter, for a simple query, to get a copy of my credit agreement. I am so cross! Over half an hour of my life wasted battling with a company who apparently "really value my custom".
