Absolute rubbish client service

They still send out bills even when you have closed you account and paid them in full.

When my father died we gave notice of this and the sent a statement showing a credit balance of £4.76.

We sent several requests asking for the balance to be refunded in to the bank account that was used for the direct debit as it was a joint bank account.They never did and I am now wondering how many other people are in the same situation and how much all these credit balance accounts add up to.

Very poor client service and they have no transparency or honesty with their clients.
