SIM didn't arrive after one week. Had to follow up with T-Mobile, waited 3 days, then received 2 in the post. Popped the SIM in/logged into my account. Only minutes and texts mentioned, no data? Called them up, after 20 minutes of waiting, "no data is included". Distinctly asked the person when ordering and it was "500MB of data" I replied. "Can't help you" was the actual response "no changes can be made to the account now".
Totally mis-sold! Needless to say I've cancelled with T-Mobile and sticking with 02, totally helpful and call centres are much friendlier and actually ABLE to help you.
As for you T-Mobile, don't bother with your default reply to this complaint, I wouldn't waste my time with you again.
