0 tmobile has disappointing me for nearly 9 months already, i regret from making a contract with tmobile, i will never use tmobile ever again. Costumers service are the worst one so far. One of the staff turned the phone off on my face because she couldnt help me and she was very rude, the phone signal doesnt work, tmobile is not taking responsibility for the problem and making me waste my time with phone checking and restarting. I regret leave 3 for tmobile and my family will use another company when they contract finish with tmobile becuse i told them that the service are terrible. You guys should learn how to listen your costumers and not making then loosing they time plus the bill is full of extra cost with making you always paying more than should be. Honesty you guys are terrible and im really disappointed. I need my phone for business and i loosing my clients because my phone signal never work even in central london, everytime i call tmobile they make me staying at least 50 minutes on hold or more plus always make my doing things to try to fix the phone never does.
