Great price, wide range and amazingly quick delivery - 5 stars *
I didn't call for advice but their comments on the Butterfly table I was initially looking at made me purchase a Cornilleau Sport One Outdoor table. I knew I needed an outdoor one and they said this was a good weatherproof table and a one handed operation to set-up - it is. It also has adjustable legs, useful as my patio isn't flat!
Love the fact that decent accessories; cover, bats and balls were included.
I was contacted immediately and given a delivery date that suited me. The driver called an hour before they arrived. Excellent service.
Can't comment on assembly, but my 13 year old and husband managed together. It has forced a clear out of the garage and now we actually have space to use it on a wet day!

Great table, excellent service.
The company website was clear and informative. Table was delivered when we were told it would be. Staff were all very pleasant, and I think it's good value for money. It folds and stores very easily, and the cover, bats and balls all as part of the price are really good.
The only criticism I would have is that in the instructions, the screws were numbered in a way that we found confusing: the numbers didn't seem to correlate to anything! However, the diagrams were clear, and we had put the table together and were playing on it within two hours. If you are not into self assembly (I'm not, but my husband is good at it), I would recommend arranging to have the table assembled for you - I think the company will do this for a charge.
I would certainly recommend the company and the table without hesitation.

Honest opinions and advice
First attracted to the website by the honest reviews that are given on the tables. This was then compounded when speaking to one of the advisers who recommended a cheaper table out of two I was considering.
Chose delivery day and everything ran smoothly from there. Also nice to receive higher quality accesories than offered by other vendors of the same table.
Would deff recommend and return to if I ever need a new table.

Good choice on the website, speedy service.
Arrived in a damaged box, no delivery note. When opened small scratch on table, kept it as only minor damage and it will soon have even more once kids start playing on it! Two halves appear to only hold together when you attach the clips for the net and lock the wheels. Unsure if there should be a bracket under the table.... Quite lightweight but hoping will stand up to use by families in our games room on a caravan park.

Really good service. Called to make sure we had the space for an indoor table and check we hadn't made an error in ordering.
The only recommendation would be that they arrange (even if it is for a extra fee) for the table to be taken upstairs and assembled. I would definitely have paid for this service.

Great Value and Excellent Customer Support
I bought a Kettler outdoor table and before purchase was offered helpful advice by phone when making my order. The table arrived promptly on the delivery date given and all was as promised. On assembling the table I had a small problem with a nut and bolt which became threaded. I sent an email to explain the issue and was phoned back within the hour by a technician who said he would arrange to get a replacement part sent F.O.C. I am very impressed and satisfied by this level of service and have no hesitation in highly recommending this company!

efficient and friendly service and advice, great product
The ordering process was completely painless - and was preceded by a discussion as to which table would best suit our needs. Pleasingly, there was no attempt to sell us a more expensive table which would provide little, if any, additional benefit.
The delivery arrangements were efficient. The table turned up within the time slot that we could see from the tracking information available the evening before (shame it was 7am on a Saturday, but that's the luck of the draw!), and all the bits were there.
The only slight niggle was that some of the screws were very difficult to attach to the (plastic?) coated nuts, as a result of which the head of a couple of screws wore away before they were tightened as much as I would ideally like. But that doesn't appear to undermine the integrity of the table, so it's not a problem! I'd only deduct half a star for that, so I'd give a rating of 4.5 stars if I was able to.

Very happy with both the product and service
I found that the advice provided on the website was very helpful in making my decision over what table to buy. Ordered a replacement table tennis net for my outdoor Kettler table. This site came up just after Kettler's own site. Ordered on Saturday and received on Tuesday on standard delivery. Efficient speedy service sending me eaxactly what I wanted
I needed a new net for my Kettler table tennis table as I had stupidkly left the table outside all winter and the old net had rotted. Excellent, attentive service
Alerted us to even tiny potential issues, made sure we understood what we had to do for trouble-free delivery and assembly. Generally went above and beyond the call of duty. We ordered on a Bank Holiday weekend and they even called us on the holiday Monday to make sure everything was clear. And the table, exactly as billed, is perfect!
