My partner and I use this app very regularly as we prefer to pay by paypal rather than card online. We will continue to use it. But would suggest things like availability in postcodes areas be corrected.
i am a restaurant partner of this company and have the read the reviews on this site ,well folks if you think you are being treated badly then the way the company's restaurant partners are treated is atrocious. Twice cut off the phone this morning , money that was promised to be paid into my bank on the second still has not been paid , when I phoned on Friday i was told imy money would be in my accounts very much shortly. Monday three direct debit bounce coz Takeaway.com still havnt paid my money into my account. They're are just making excuses to hold onto my money. Not able to get in touch with either the ceo or his secretary. aGGRESSIVE STAFF WITH NO MANNERS TAKEAWAY.COM YOUR COMPANY MAKES MONEY OUT OF THE SMALL GUYS LIKE ME , DONT TREAT US LIKE EXCREMENT ON YOUR SHOES VERY POOR SHOW
Restaurant never got order! I have call 7min after order and they didn't want take because maybe is to early. They want me to call again after 10 mins but phone was busy 45 mins. I have called 15 times! I was hungry.
The response on phone was good, delivery was quick, food was tasty. What more I could want? Only thing is I spent an hour trying to get a Domino's to deliver at Fulbourne. They kept refusing to come out at that post code although they have done that in the past.
we really enjoyed using takeaway.com our meal was deliverd quickly and there was no fuss. and our meal was delicious we highly recomend using takeaway.com we didnt haft to pay online pick up or call everything was done for us.
We ordered our takeaway at 7pm before settling the kids so it would be on its way and we could relax once they were asleep. We missed a call at 7.15pm from takeaway.com to tell us that the restaurant we had picked was not actually open so our order had not been processed. I returned the call and the person I spoke with was very apologetic and friendly so we re-ordered from a different restaurant at 7.45ish.
At about 8.30pm the restaurant called to ask how to get to our place as they were located completely the other side of Edinburgh, we are new to our area and presumed if we put the postcode into takeaway.com that it would provide restaurants which were near by. This is obviously not the case. We gave directions but by 9.30pm our dinner had still not arrived. At 10pm we gave up waiting, had a bowl of cereal and went to bed. The take away never did arrive.
We will not be using the site again,we used something similar where we lived in Sydney and the restaurants listed were always open and close by, this does not appear to be the case with takeaway.com.
I am new in the area. I found them by accident online and I've already ordered twice! The online order is very easy and clear. The take away food tastes good and the service is simply amazing. Kind, polite, helpful and honest people. Definitely my favorite take away from now on!! Thank you Nelson
If you are looking for a tasty curry, delivered fast, efficiently and piping hot and, more importantly, as good a curry as you will get in Leeds, then Village India can't be beaten. Their vegetable curry tastes better each time I try it.
I found the restaurants on takeaway.com to be sub-par. One restaurant received my order only to tell me 1.5 hours later that their delivery person had left for the evening which is why I never received my food. I am still waiting for my refund.
