UTTER MADNESS

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY OFFCOM HAVE NOT STOPPED THEM FROM TRADING IN THE UK AS THEY ESSENTIALLY (ATTEMPT AT LEAST) TO FAIL TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE AND THEN SEND THREATENING LETTERS FOR FICTITIOUS AMOUNTS WHEN YOU ARE FORCED TO CANCEL A DIRECT DEBIT WHEN THERE HAS BEEN A REPEATED LACK OF RESPONSE AND/OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ISSUES. I EVEN TRIED TO CANCEL MY AGREEMENT THREE TIMES AS PER THE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND THEY'RE NOW THREATENING TO USE A DEBT COLLECTION COMPANY!

I AM NOW GOING TO HAVE TO SPEND MONEY I DON'T HAVE AND WITH FAILING HEALTH AND LODGE A CLAIM IN THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT AGAINST THEM!

ALL BECAUSE THEY WON'T COMMUNICATE LET ALONE PROVIDE A SERVICE THAT WORKS ... 3-4 MOTHS WITHOUT A WORKING BROADBAND SERVICE KICKED IT ALL OFF. PHONE CALL AFTER EXPENSIVE PHONE CALL PROMISING TO FIX IT, TO CALL BACK (AND NEVER DO) AND SO IT WENT ON AND ON AND ON ....

DOES THE CEO/MD OF TALKTALK ACTUALLY REALISE WHAT IS GOING ON?
