Received router a week ago, still no internet service.
I am disappointed that I have to give one star. So far I have signed up with Talktalk, got my router everything is good at my end, but the exchange is down, and has been for a week. Pathetic customer service. I am a NEW customer, two weeks old from the time that I signed up and already I have had a really bad experience. I will be going with any other ISP as soon as I can. I would rather pay 5 times as much and get a good service, ideally one that gives me internet, because that would be a bonus since I am paying for it! And even if the customer service was just 'reasonable', I'd be far happier.
