Absolutely appalling. If they gave me line rental and broadband free now, I wouldn't take it. Dreadful experience.
Decided to take out line rental, tv and broadband package on. Paid up front line rental, and have had nothing but grief. Was supposed to get connected today, but for some reason it's been cancelled. Spoken to people in South Africa, India, tried to speak to a supervisor on several occasions, but can't hold on forever, they are obviously very busy with complaints.Preston, trying to find out what has happened been passed around here there and everywhere. I thought perhaps I was just unlucky, but looking at these reviews it appears their appalling service is normal. Just want my money back, supposed to get it in 10 days. We'll see.
