Poor customer service, non-existent communication

Tried three times to open an account (over a span of three months). Each time TalkTalk cancelled the order "accidentally".

To make matters worse, they didn't tell me when they cancelled. I wasted two days' holiday (roughly £180 worth) waiting for engineers, and had to call each time they cancelled to make them pay back the £126 up front line rental because they "forgot" to do that too.
