I paid extra for a nextday delivery. At 4 pm the next day the wrong bath was delivered, this wasn't apparent until I tried to fit the feet. I informed customer services and they arranged for the correct bath to be delivered and the wrong bath to be collected. 24 hours later the correct bath turned up. The driver was a nice bloke who helped me carry the bath inside and then we packed the wrong bath onto the pallet for return, we carried the pallet out their lorry. He then said he didn't have the paperwork to collect it so after all that we carried it back into my propertyand drove off without it. So once again I had to phone customer services who then arranged for it to be collected the following day, so my saga lasted 3 days before every thing was as it should be. On the plus side the bath is lovely and the customer services people were nice, polite and helpful,they sorted out the problems quickly. Would I use this firm again? Maybe, I was just unlucky on that occasion.
