Excellent service in all aspects of purchasing from an internet web site

I originally tried to order a waterfall tap via the web site, but unfortunately it did not allow me to proceed after selecting the item I required.
However, their phone number was clearly stated on their homepage, so I ordered my tap by phone. The lady I spoke to seemed to be aware of the problem on the web site.
Once my tap was ordered, I received emails advising me that my tap was ready to be dispatched and that it was on it's way, so I was kept up to date at all times.
It arrived on time.

Good value and works well

I bought a new kitchen tap from this site at a very reasonable price. It works well and was delivered in reasonable time, although it did state next day delivery. It is next day once they have sourced it at the warehouse.

Rapid delivery and taps of good quality

Quick delivery and taps seem to be good qualiy although only time will tell how durable they are. My only criticism is that my e-mail querying flexible connecters was never answered !

After a lot of searching for baths, came across Taps.co .uk found exactly what we were looking for, complete with shower screen and side panel at a great price, other sites were charging extra for these items. From ordering to delivery it was flawless communication was great, emailing us after dispatch and a phone call from their VERY POLITE delivery guys with a delivery time. Overall a very pleasant buying experience. Highly Recommended.

Good product but next day delivery an anomaly

Very pleased with the tap once delivered and fitted. As we were due to go away I paid for next day delivery when ordering which was on a Friday evening. It was not clear that next day delivery in this case would mean Tuesday 4 days later because nobody works over the weekend and order didn't get sorted until the Monday. I only discovered this after we had stayed in all day Saturday and then rung customer services. Perhaps the website should make it clear that next day delivery only works Monday to Friday.

Excellent product and service

I purchased a new bathroom tap to replace a faulty one from this seller and the experience has been excellent. The web page is very friendly and I found what I were looking for very quick and easy. On top of that I received the item on time as promised.

Sexy taps!

Service was good, though there was a hiccup with the next day delivery and the items arrived 5 days (including the weekend) after the order was placed. Taps.co.uk immediately credited the delivery charge without being asked, which was good. My taps are now fitted and look stunning.

Ok..Ok! So the title is BS! But the company which I bought the taps from are far from it.
Seriously,the serice was great throughout the transaction,from initial purchase to delivery was perfect. Item was sent out quickly and was informed when it would be delivered(Glasgow)
As for the product itself? Absolutely sublime(IMO, I bought it) contempary, stylish and looks a helluva lot more expensive looking, the pictures just don't do it justice TBH.
As for the price, again price was very resonable considering comparable sellers had them at inflated prices or silly P&P (or both). To give you an idea have a look at B&Q,
Homebase or Wickes for instance and try to find a similar product for less or equal to what I paid,not in the sale that is!!!
So woud I recommend Taps.co.uk? Yes to anybody that would listen, that's why I gave them 5 stars and yes I would buy from them again.

I ordered the basin and pedestal on a Sunday and it was delivered on the Tuesday and this was followed up two emails asking me to check and another's to ensure everything was ok.

Customer service as it should be!

All to often in the UK I find companys lack good customer service. Here however the follow up, text, e mails in order to make sure the goods arrived, you have checked them, being reminded to contact them if there is any issue. All in all, proper customer care. Really refreshing, great stuff!

Openly lied to us to secure our order

We placed an order for a full shower kit and called twice to confirm that everything was in stock for next day delivery, to be told that this was the case. On delivery the shower tray was missing and on further investigation it transpired that the tray was out of stock until at least Jan 22nd (10 days hence).

I abhor dishonesty and have on principle returned the goods they sent to us and requested a full refund including the next day delivery charges. I would advise caution if you require all items urgently as we did, as it appears that these guys will tell you anything in order to secure your transaction.

We didn't even get an apology we believed to be sincere.

I found this site on the web and found the site to be very easy to use, with great variation of Bathrooms. Their customer service was excellent, following my order through email contact tracking my order, then a delivery date. Their courier service contacted me before delivery to arrange a date for delivery. The items where received within 3 working days.

I orderd basin taps and bath taps and at the moment I have only fitted the bath taps. They are really good quality and were half the price of a the big DIY stores. I had only standar delivery ie 3-4 days but they came earlier. Also great communication via email. No faults at all do I will be back in future. Thanks.

Excellent Service

Both orders were good quality items and were despatched and delivered as promised! Even the week before Christmas.

Excellent, order to delivery, but complication when installing.

You guys provide superb service, I can't fault it, I would recommend you to every body. There's only one thing, when I came to installing the shower tap I found that there was only one rubber washer where as there should have been two. The other thing was when I had eventually installed it and turned the water on from the stop cock, there was steady drip from hot water side of the tap. I took it off put pft tap on and also had to make two washers to reinstall it again. I switched the water on, again the same problem. I did this numerous times with the same frustrating result. On the verge of giving up, I took it off and examined the tap, may be there was a fault in the tap. One automatically thinks everything is ok and there would be nothing wrong with the product. On close examination I found that the manufacturers had left out a rubber washer on assembly on one of the sides, that's where the water was dripping from. Eventually I stuffed in a lot plumbers mate and put it on, praying that this would resolve the issue. I turned on the water and and it worked no leeks, thank God.it was very frustrating to say the least..

customer services were 5 star ! shame the manufacturer wasnt.

I ordered the Allure bathroom suite from Taps online, really simple easy to use website. Everyday I had an email updating me of the order-great! The bathroom suite came, we checked it over,no damages, even better, and the delivery guy was a great help. 2 days later the plumber arrived,all going well until it came to the sink! 4pm and we find the basin doesnt sit on the pedestal, big gaps, just balancing on the corners. Rang customer services- really apologetic asked for photos to be sent to them by 5pm,if they agreed then one would be on a lorry that night for the next day delivery- no worries, text came thru to say one was being delivered so panic over, next day it arrived, same thing, so on the phone again, next day another one came, that was as bad as the first and the second,and this time it was meant to be checked before being sent ( Im not convinced the warehouse did) anyway on requesting a 4th sink I said I want a completely different one from a different suite, and as I was in the middle of a supermarket when customer services rang me to discuss it, I said to them to choose one, as long as it was of the same look. This one also arrived swiftly, and thankfully fitted together brilliantly.It was obviously a manufacturing error, I couldn't fault TAPS at all both ladies I spoke to were lovely and polite so well done customer services! and thanks for picking me a brilliant replacement sink!

What a gem of a find this company is. In despair and desperation I was searching for a new bathroom suite to be delivered almost immediately when I came across this site. Easy to navigate, vast amount of in stock items, incredibly low prices and, best of all, next day delivery at a very reasonable cost.

When I became concerned about the delivery and called the company they were very helpful and told me my items would arrive by 5.30 that day. Despite my scepticism, the items did indeed arrive at 4 and were delivered by a very friendly, kind and happy delivery man.

Items unpacked by my builders, they called me and, full of trepidation, I climbed the stairs to be greeted by beaming, incredulous faces. They asked me to confirm how much everything had cost and shook their heads in disbelief when I told them. My builder asked for the website address as he wants to use them himself in future because of the service and quality.

One particular item I had purchased and returned to another, very well known, site had cost me £204. From Taps it cost me £39 which practically nothing to choose between them. Amazing.

I am really happy that I found this site and it would definitely be my first port of call should I require any further products. Good service, excellent stock levels and unbelievably low prices. Couldn't ask for more.
