In my hurry to get the bathroom finished before going away I ordered the incorrect taps. when they arrived I rang Taps and was told the quickest way to get the correct replacements was to buy the correct ones & send the other ones back for a refund, so I paid for a 2nd set. I didn't have time to send them back before I went away. When I got back I rang [name] - team manager - and explained the situation. He refused to give me a refund as I was over the 7 day return period, and didn't qualify for the 120 day exchange period as I had bought the 2nd set of taps. Wow .. I couldn't believe this customer service, the taps were in the original box and had been opened once. It is so easy to take my business somewhere else, which I have.

Delivered the sink and bath taps very efficiently, look better in real life than they do on the website!
Come packaged not only in a box but in a cool pull string bag, perfect for kidnapping and executions!

Speedy Delivery and great quality item
The item arrived very quickly. Excellent communication meant that I knew when to expect the delivery, down to 30 mins window, so I did not have to sit in waiting for the item to arrive. Although not yet fitted the item arrived in good order and appears to be of a very good quality. Very pleased with the service provided and the price of the goods. Only thing is that the delivery seem a little steep but the product still ended up cheaper even when taking that into account.

Fantastic service
I had trouble placing my order online, so phoned . The gentleman I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful, and his customer service far exceeded my expectations. Rude, unreliable and no concept of customer care
I ordered my tap and was impressed with the price and information provided updating me as to dispatch status. I wasnt impressed with the exorbitant postage cost.
The tap arrived and was entirely the wrong one. Upon informing the company i was then told my correct tap couldnt be delivered until some days later. I pointed out that their error had led to my late delivery and asked that they would reimburse postage. This was met with a very rude response and upon asking to speak to a supervisor i was left on hold only to be told he wouldnt talk as he was going to his lunch.
The following week the tap delivery was arranged and needless to say it didnt arrive for a further 24hrs. We still await collection of the wrong tap!!
All in all, their customer service was appalling, their attitude towards me disgusting. I only hope the product is of a better quality!
My advise would be not to bother.

Great prices for good quality items
We were pleased with the items we ordered and the price we paid for them. However, we were told that the driver would phone us beforehand to give us time to arrange for the fitter to be on hand but this didn't happen. As it was, he was here anyway but although the information suggested the driver would give us 20 minutes to check the items, the driver said he was in a hurry and left as soon as the pallet had been unloaded.

Cloakroom taps to please
I initially ordered these taps from Taps4less and didn't read the reviews before doing so. Inevitably, they did not arrive, 5 day delivery was promised and 6 weeks later handed the case to my bank to recoup my losses. My cloakroom was now many weeks behind schedule all because of the missing taps which I now needed urgently. I found the same ones through Taps.co.uk but they were out of stock so I was left with the decision to wait 2 more weeks and get what I really wanted or to choose something else. I decided to wait and not regret going for my second choice, and I am glad I did. I love my new taps, highly polished chrome, square which are slightly different to the norm and a small size suitable for a small cloakroom basin. I would highly recommend these to anyone. I ordered them next day delivery and they did not let me down. Should you decide to buy these then B and Q have toilet roll holder, towel holder etc etc in a style that match perfectly, polished square chrome. Very happy with my new cloakroom even though I did wait some time to have it completed.

GREAT SERVICE

RETURNS
The sales person was friendly enough, and the ordering by telephone straight forward enough.
However, the returns policy sinks.
I order three items costing over £300+ which included £50.90 delivery charges.
When it came to me wanting to return one of the items a hand basin, I was told that I would have to pay for the postage and on receipt of the goods only the goods only would be refunded and not the postage. I then phoned up Pallet Ways to ask how much it would be to delivery the basin back to Taps.Co.Uk, and they said it would cost £46+. And I didn't even bother myself to find out how much it would be to send a 10kg parcel by post.
So I have decided to cut my loss and keep the basin which cost me £49.96.
So be aware about ordering goods and returning them as you might be out of pocket.

Great Value
I ordered from taps.co.uk - the taps arrived quickly and would've still have been good value at £100 more! They were excellent quality, a really good weight and nicely chromed. I am a professional plumber and I have resisted internet suppliers up until now, but although I have only used this supplier once I would definitely use them again.

Delivery could improve
The shower which I purchased was fine however it was just by chance that I spotted it behind my bin in the garden. It must have been there since the previous day and was very wet from the rain. There was no card through my door to say it had been delivered.
Not impressed by this.
On a positive note the emails keeping me up to date with my order were good and I didn't wait long for my shower to come.
