taps and showers direct were a cut above the rest
i found taps and showeras direct on line. after i had ordered using my husband card i panicked and thought what if this is not a real company and they have just got all card details, i really wary about ordering on line, so i telephoned and my mind was put to rest, mi found the service excellent from start to finish,i order my taps on thurs and they were with me on monday morning. i would recommend this company to anyone. excellent service from start to finish.

Great customer service!!
After being let down by a well known bathroom company with terrible customer service, it was great to deal with Taps & Showers Direct! I emailed at about 7pm on Wednesday to ask if an item was in stock not expecting a reply until at least Thursday morning as the hours said they were open until6pm but I received an almost instant reply to my query and ordered the item there and then. It arrived on Friday and was well packaged. The delivery service was also very good as the courier sent regular updates and gave a specific time slot. The item was also very reasonably priced.

Brilliant service!
I have an old victorian bath and needed to replace the shower mixer. I looked everywhere for cranked taps that would fit the holes and was shocked at the ridiculous prices in general. Then I found Taps and Showers Direct! Amazing! By far the cheapest, extremely helpful in reply to my email and the taps arrived the next day. They are perfect and exactly what I wanted. I am delighted and would recommend Taps and Showers Direct to anyone.

Great service and lowest prices online
I ordered at 3pm and received my goods (Naxos bathroom taps and sorea complete bathroom suit) the very next day, very impressed will most definitely be using again

First impressions count, and in this case I was disappointed.
I placed an order and paid on-line on a Sunday. I did not receive any confirmation until I contacted the Company two days later. The order was for immediate delivery. Not until I threatened to cancel the order and obtain a refund from the Credit Card Company were they stirred into action. The couriers working for Taps ans Showers Direct had apparently lost the parcel. A week later and two parcels arrived.
Not a good start for a new customer.

and very helpful telephone advice on Easter Monday ! regarding a bathroom tap I wanted to buy.
The tap arrived very promptly ; well wrapped and excellent delivery as the tracking options gave time slots which is extremely useful.

Bath mixer tap
The taps were despatched quickly and the delivery driver was very flexible about delivering the taps at a time suitable to me (even having to drive up a steep hill in the snow). Taps were easy to fit, look good and much easier to change between bath and shower attachment than my last taps

Quality products at the lowest price around!
We ordered a Naxos basin tap and a Naxos bath shower mixer tap.
We received a text message the same day informing us the goods would be delivered the next day between 1 and 2pm, this was great as we didn't have to wait all day or miss the delivery. I was very impressed with the service.
We have now installed our taps the they look great, will definitely be using you guys again

Excellent price and excellent quality
Ordered basin and bath taps plus a mixer shower. Really impressed with the quality of the products and great value for money. Only negative is the lack of product specific instructions for the cordaba mixer shower. Other than that fantastic. Will defo use again

wrong advice by supplier costly to us !!
asked supplier before buying if tap I wanted was suitable for gravity feed, told yes all their taps ok but found out after fitting that gravity feed with small bore flexihose not suitable for bungalows as not enough drop from tank. I now have mixer tap that does not do the job it was bought for !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First let me apologize for your inconvenience on this matter.
As we established today during our telephone conversation, it was unfortunate that you did not provide us with all the relevant information and that the gravity feed system is in a bungalow.
With gravity fed systems,the pressure is generated from the stored cold water tank. Technically, it is the water line or level, but we have to allow for the fact that the water level of the cold water storage tank is not always the same. For this reason, we use the base of the water tank. If you measure from the base of the cold water tank to the exact position of where the water is coming out from, in a vertical measurement (if its a shower it will be to where the shower head is or if it's a tap, to where the spout of the tap finishes).
The tap in question is the Vesta kitchen tap with a minimum working water pressure of 0.3bar which is equal to a 3 meter distance.
Since gaining more detailed information from you today, I have identified that the 2.5 meter fall you have from the low system at your bungalow to the point of the tap is causing the problem.
Although you have passed the time scale for returns, I informed you we would arrange collection for the tap and give you a full refund.
I'm happy I could advise you properly after receiving all the relevant information.

Nice SQUARE chrome design with really good switchover valve for shower head - not the usual push pull clunky knob - this is a smooth
half turn valve tap. GOOD !!

Excellent Service good Quality Taps
I ordered the Toledo bath and basin taps being a bit unsure as they seemed to be a very good price, (half the price of my local DIY), on arrival which was really quick they are well packed and a really nice unit, they look superb, haven't fitted yet but hope they will perform as good as they look.
