I had bought the wrong product from them (a pump), I called them they went out of there way to make sure that I bought the correct product, which my plumber had wronly advised me to get, they sent the new product to me at work and arranged the old one to be picked up from there as well. I would definatly order from them again.
One of my worst internet shopping experiences of all time and certainly the worst after sales service. When a shower valve packed up within the warranty period, they agreed to replace it, but the item was out of stock and was due to be shipped from China within 2 weeks. The 2 weeks came and went... Whenever they promised to ring me or return my calls they never did. When I did get to speak to someone they were off hand and disinterested.
Eventually the new component did arrive but couldn't be refitted because of technical problems in removing the old part (this was attempted by 3 different plumbers.) So I asked them to send me the whole shower unit, which they agreed to do. Again surprise, surprise, it was out of stock. 2 weeks, bcame 3, then 4. I said enough, and requested a refund. They said this would be made, although they were unsure by what method, on return of the old shower unit, which a courier picked up (promptly, for once!) After several days of no communication, the process of chasing them began again. There were repeated assurances of imminent reimbursement and then the bombshell that the promise of a refund should never have been made and was a 'mistake.'
Yes, I did get my money in the end, but only after a lot of aggro and being without a working shower for several months.
NEVER NEVER EVEN THINK OF USING THIS COMPANY.
Product arrived but it was plastic instead of a metal inside, subsequently it has worn away and now doesn't work. Emailed the company around 6 times so far, with no reply, tried to call but just says "no operator is available". I would understand getting this message a few times or even being put in a queuing system but calling 6 times at different times of the day and getting the same message is frustrating. Now looking at buying a new tap, any recommendations??!
Has to be one of the worst internet buying experiences ever. I placed my order for a £27 pipe and got nothing. I have e-mailed (and will continue to) but with no replies. So six e-mails on - nothing. I have left voicemails - nothing. I have left my phone numbers for home, work and my mobile - nothing. A truly awful company that I would strongly advise buyers to avoid. I have even checked to see if they have gone bankrupt!Sadly, nil stars isn't an option. I have now cancelled my order and await a refund (which should be a laugh). I could maybe view it as my Christmas savings pot!!
£250 tap arrived in a large jiffy bag with the contents squashed. Box containing tap had been taped up having been previously opened and re-packaged. Tap's pull-out hose was dented but I have no option but to fit it and fortunately the damage will not be visible. Instructions and guarantee documentation missing.
