Item not delivered
I ordered a Deva Showerhead that was competitively priced on 18th April 2013. Yodel messed up the delivery and TapsUK had to order the item again from the manufacturer as the original got lost in transit. It arrived in their warehouse on the 10th May and I was told it would be despatched within two days. I still haven't received it. After waiting for a month my patience has finally worn thin. I have asked for a refund so that I can order the item elsewhere. And that is that

Taps in stock but delivery took almost a month.
I had ordered two Aqualisa taps which were shown as in stock with 3-5 working days delivery. Tried to call them two weeks later but they only deal with new sales on the phone. Customer service by e-mail chased the order and eventually I got these taps after 23 days. Beware of false stock information on website.

Never again
I'm afraid I would not use this supplier again as getting an anticipated delivery date was impossible. In these days of high visibility re tracking orders etc it is a poor service.

1ST CLASS PRODUCT & SERVICE
Found the sink and tap we wanted for the best price at TapsUK, reviewd site and spoke to very pleasant personnel. Placed order after 2.40pm Thursday afternoon and received both items before 6pm next day (Friday). the products were very very well packaged (double boxed for secure postage). The items are excellent quality and I will definately recommend TapsUK to other Plumbers. Many thanks will use again. Regards Vicky Taylor

Lies at every stage
I ordered a sink from Taps UK (part of Utsumi UK) through their Ebay outlet. The listing said they had more than 10 available and 48 hours delivery.
The next day I received a message saying that they had checked the sink and it was damaged and unfortunately was the last they had in stock so I would need to find another sink or get a refund.
The thing is I'd ordered the same sink in a different colour from [Link] (also part of Utsumi UK) and had received a verbatim copy of this excuse from them a couple of days before - last in stock was damaged etc.
I pointed this out to TapsUK and not only the story changed to the sink being discontinued and they didn't know but they also claimed that TapsUK and [Link] are not the same company (they are: Utsumi UK).
So basically they lie repeatedly, even when you tell them it's lies, and cannot be trusted.

Waterfall mixer tap V999A
The tap looks great?BUT NO Paper work come with it to tell you how far tap shoud be from basin or size of hole to drill for pipes & tap securing bolt. So tap is to far from basin, Flow of water from tap very slow, Wife very scared of it as it looks like monster out of War of the worlds.

WILL NOT USE AGAIN
Will not use this company again, delivered incorrect item took from 25th April to 16th May to sort only because i contact there carrier direct that it was finally collected. Customer services only would deal with me though emails would have been sorted much soon if customers services were contactable via telephone.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE
The sink I received was missing a part. After numerous phone calls to TapsUK I still don't have a working sink, and it has now been over 4 weeks. I keep being told the part has been sent out, but I still haven't received it. Staff are friendly enough when you speak to them (on a premium rate no!), but promises of phone calls and emails to update me of the situation just don't happen, so I have had to continually contact them. Just not good enough!

A price driven and focused company
I had issues with the item supplied (targa white 7020) which was sorted quickly, with a replacement part.
It's offered at a good price and a key selling point was the flexible connection hoses included in the price.
Unfortunately the hoses are quite long and small in diameter which has had the effect of reducing flow rate on the hot tap (LP), whilst increasing the outlet pressure on the cold tap which is mains supplied.
We now have an almost uncontrollable cold water supply from the tap that is on a par with a Karcher pressure washer, and a hot water flow rate that induces sleep patterns 😢
But it's a tidy product sold at a keen price.
