Very Efficient
Really pleased with the service from Taunton Leisure.
Website was easy to use.
I ordered a Lowe Alpine backpack which was 10% cheaper than anywhere else and I was also very impressed to see that the delivery was free which saved me even more money.
My parcel arrived within a couple of days and I would not hesitate to use Taunton Leisure again.

Quality service at a cheap price
Really good products and sharp prices. Stuff was delivered so fast. I had to call them to check when it had been sent and delivered because someone had moved it so I didn't know if we had got it or not. They were unbelievably helpful, quick and efficient - tracked the order immediately - it had been posted the first working day and arrived the next.So friendly and polite. That is such a contrast to a big company selling camping gear and trading under different names. And Taunton Leisure are just as cheap too!

First rate experience
We ordered an Osprey travel case, given a time and date when it would be delivered after leaving directions as to where to leave it as we were away. Everything worked like clockwork, we were kept informed by e-mail as to what was happening and when we returned, there it was. What more can you say, first class service from ordering to delivery!

Fabulous service, great products and brilliant prices.
Saw a jacket I liked, emailed a query about it and very quickly received a reply.
Placed my order and, as I wasn't in a hurry, opted for the free delivery. Jacket arrived a couple of days later. (Much faster than some companies I've dealt with before when I've had to pay postage costs)

Excellent service
Have just bought a rucksack from Taunton Leisure and was very impressed with the service I received. I placed the order on the telephone and the assistant was extremely helpful even going to the warehouse to ensure that the rucksack was large enough for my needs and then telephoning me back. I chose to pay for courier delivery as I needed the rucksack quickly and this was very efficient as well. I was able to choose the day for delivery and, on the day, was given a one hour time slot. In fact the parcel arrived within 5 minutes of the start of the time slot so I didn't have to wait around. I would recommend Taunton Leisure and would certainly use them again.

item, service, communication & item can't be faulted
Absolutely delighted with my experience with TL. Actually I had to return the item (ladies sleeping bag which, although I'd measured it carefully was too short where the shoulder baffle is & was uncomfortabe) but I had an instant no quibble refund. I shall certainly return to Taunton Leisure and would recommend to anyone.

Sure line to aunt
I've now made a couple of online orders from Taunton Leisure. Each time their prices were competitive (including free delivery for orders from £20) and I've found their site clear, reliable and informative. I haven't visited their shops myself, although a family member is a satisfied customer. There has never been any problem with deliveries, or items out of stock, so I can't say how they handle difficulties.

Efficient service and speedy delivery.
I ordered a new tent from Taunton Leisure and was delighted with the service the company provided throughout. I received email updates to keep me informed as to the status of my order and was given an hour slot during which to expect delivery. I could have changed that timing if necessary, but as I didn't need to was very pleased to receive my tent within that hour, and actually a couple of days earlier than I had originally anticipated. A good service all round!
