Helpful, quick and cheap !!!
I got very quick responses to help identify my battery, Once ordered the delivery was really fast plus for such a heavy item the shipping was very reasonable. Finally they were also the best price I could find so overall a faultless experience.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Despite an initial problem with payment which was sorted out over the phone the battery arrived next day - I couldn't recommend Tanya Batteries enough.

OUTSTANDING
Product came in IMMACULATE condition, carefully wrapped and protected - Pre sales service ( enquiry about type of battery for make of car and model ) instant and precise and correct
Battery was brand new, in outstanding condition and presentation fitted perfectly and performs flawlessly
Delivery was difficult as no one was at home but driver had the decency and courtesy to telephone and made three attempts to deliver by telephoning and arranging a slot of time for delivery

When the battery on my Discovery TD5 wouldn't turn her over after standing a few days in the cold, I reconned the original land Rover battery ws finally due for replacement. After reading good reviews of Tayna on the owners Club and other forums and finding they had Numax batteries with terminals in the right place (leads won't move to battery corners so terminals must be on centre line), I placed an order for a 115 Ah Numax. To my delight the 120AH version was delivered which is bigger than the LR original and still fits easy in the tray. It also has a fold down handle which the old one didn't have so was easy to lift in place. Well done Tayna.

Quality and Speedy Service, a trustworthy company
I ordered a car battery, having not used tanyabatteries previousIy was concerned about speed of delivery and quality but within a day the battery was securely delivered.
The communication from tanyabatteries was excellent throughout and for sure this is a company on the web that is to be recommended.

Fantastic service
I ordered a specialist and expensive battery for my classic car from Tayna, not only were they the lowest price on the net by a significant amount the battery arrived next day very well packed, fully charged and ready to fit. Yesterday I wanted a reliable, top quality battery for my caravan as the one left in over winter was not holding much charge but it was 1530hrs and I am going away today. No problem to Tayna, the friendly helpful lady on the order line promised it would be with me today but could not promise a time. The battery arrived at 1130hrs was fitted by 1140hrs and I am leaving this afternoon. Tayna I think you are great and I am telling all my friends as well.

Great battery, fast delivery and helpful website
I ordered on Friday, and chose the "ordinary" included delivery price for weekday delivery, and the battery arrived early Monday morning! The battery was very safely packaged,
I chose a battery with a slightly higher CCA than the one supplied with the car 10 years ago, based on helpful advice from the website, and the car bursts instantly to life even on the coldest mornings when the car is covered in frost.

Fantasic, Fast Delivery Great Prices
battery was delivered within 24 hours of purchases, the prices were some of the cheapest on the net, and over £150 cheaper than the OEM one even though it it was the same make but the one i ordered was much beefer than OEM.

Great website and friendly helpful service.
I was impressed by the search facilities on the website which corresponded with data from Varta site. Ordering was easy on a Sunday so that we received the battery on Tuesday morning. Was easy to fit in a Seat Altea except that it appears impossible to prevent the alarm sounding while fitting. Even using jump leads to a second battery did not overcome the problem but that is a Seat issue, not Tayna's.
Have recommended Tayna to family members whose batteries are overdue for replacement!

Great product, quick service!
Just brilliant experience.
This is how you want it to be. Ordered one day, got battery the next day on my door. Properlyc package, all charged ready to fit.
How can you argue when it is cheaper to get the battery deliverded to you door than finding a shop and buy it off the shelf. How they do it is VOODOO to me, but I don't care, it obviously works!

FRIST CLASS SERVICE AND GOOD PRICES
I placed order to be delivered to spain unlike a lot of other websites who are not Interested in doing deliverys outside the UK shame on them. With tayna batteries this was not a problem so a very good service and would recommend them to others

Excellent customer service
I had a problem with a battery I'd bought through Tayna as the manufacturer's warranty was pretty much worthless - the manufacturer just didn't want to know.
Although the warranty was not with them, Tayna provided a replacement, different-brand battery free of charge, turning a frustrating experience into a huge relief.
I've bought several bits from Tayna over the years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. It's not worth potentially saving a couple of quid to order from another supplier - and Tayna's prices are generally highly competitive anyway.

First Class Service - Thank You
Knowing nothing about car batteries I contacted Tanya to order a battery for my son's Christmas present. I had priced a car battery from a local dealer therefore had an idea of how much it would cost however Tanya staff quoted significantly cheaper including delivery and a three year guarantee. The staff were extremely helpful and advised that the battery would be despatched with guaranteed next day delivery. I work so staff arranged on delivery for the item to be left in a secure place as requested and yes it arrived before noon the following day. Brilliant, first class quality service would definitely recommend this company to anybody needing a new car battery.

First Class Product, Price and Delivery - what more could a customer want!
I found Tanya batteries when I was looking for a special Varta silver battery for my Ford Focus. I got excellent technical support directing me to which battery was best suited. Delivery was quoted as 2-3 days. As I am in France, I thought we'll see. I placed an order Monday afternoon and was given a tracking number.
The battery arrived and was fitted to the car in just under 3 days. I received good advice, the price was very competitive, in fact best I could find and excellent delivery.
I would have no hesitaton in recommending Tanya batteries and will use them again when I have need to do so.

Brilliant Company, Great battery, not so good car!
I purchased a battery for my sons car. The battery arrived and it failed to start the car. After days of emailing the Company and always getting a very kind and positive response I found that the battery charger I used was not the best and the alternator of the car was on its way out. I was offered free collection of the battery so they could test it but this was not needed. I changed my battery charger, changed the alternator and just like magic, the battery made the car roar like a beast and not whine like a mangle!
Absolutely top company to deal with, their support and customer care is second to none.
I will always purchase my Batteries when needed from this company :)

Excellent one stop service.
Looking around I tried to find a good battery at a decent price. Next was to find a supplier with reasonable recommendations. I usually use Amazon because they have excellent service and competative prices.
Price I found with Tayna was better than Amazon's best 'partner' by more than 10%, better than the local best price by 25% and it was with me in a day. Straight in just in time for the cold snap . . . wish I had done it sooner as makes a massive difference.
Service . . . . easy and dependable. Battery came well protected and without issue.

Hi,Got my tayna batterie just in time for this winter as its going to be -15 in December and January and I did not want to be stuck with a 4x4 and no power as I work odd hours ,so be warned mate.

Why don't more people know about you?
Easy to use web site makeing selection of a cost effectivevsolution easy. Fiercly competitive prices from market leading brand names not beaten anywhere else I tried on the internet. Fair delivery charges; same for one or two batteries and speedy delivery. Wish I had found them years ago.

TAYNA makes other battery sellers look like amateurs
Tayna not only deliver to the Isle Of Wight, but they don't charge extra for doing it. They also have the friendliest staff, a very efficient dispatch service and their VAT refund system is probably the best I have come across. What more can I say apart from, if you go elsewhere, you had better prepare for disappointment, TAYNA can't be beaten on price or service
