I have only bought 2 items, a couple of years apart, when I couldn't find the components I needed anywhere that wasn't online only. In both cases, the required components have come through my letterbox within 24 hours of ordering.
I have read TDL 's very prompt response to my complaint. I appreciate their explanation and also their £25 credit. They have quickly shown actions speaker louder than words and that they care what their customers think.
I shall use TDL again. I am upgrading their rating from 1 star to 5 stars - I am now their number 1 fan - use TDL !
I arranged for the boiler to be delivered last Thursday to a rental property in in Luton, which is about 5 miles from where I live. I specifically asked that the delivery driver phone me 30 minutes before he expected to make the delivery so that I could drive to the rental property to take the delivery. I waited all day for the call. At 4.45pm I phoned to ask what was happening as no one had telephoned me. I was told the delivery lorry had broken down earlier in the day. No one had the decency to phone me to say that they were not coming. On the Friday the only time I could take the delivery was before 9am. I was told I needed to drive to the rental property to take the delivery at 6am , I got up at 5am to drive to the rental property. The delivery van arrived at 6.30am..
If TDL feel bad about this level of service please email me on email@example.com and offer me £25 in compensation for having to wait around all day Thursday and then having to get up at 5am last Friday to take delivery. I shall be very surprised if I hear from TDL. If TDL really cares about customer satisfaction don't apologise - just give me £25. Words are cheap and actions speak louder than words.
Excellent value and great service. No quibble return when I ordered the wrong radiator, prompt delivery and exchange and were happy to deliver without me having to wait in to sign for it. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Obviously if something should be wrong with product then would have to see how this is dealt with but as I say to date service really good.
Picked this company as had already checked ratings for other companies supplying a Green Star boiler for a similar price. The other company ratings and feed back we're not up to much.......So pleased we picked this one. Even telephoned first before I placed the order and was reassured that next day delivery really did mean next day delivery. Parcel came by lunchtime and was packaged well - very pleased.
Purchased cistern and polypipe and the whole process was easy and and staff could not have been more helpful,especially Matt who dealt with me the majority of the time.
Thoroughly recommend you use them.
TDL had very good prices for the product I wanted, I had also emailed them after placing my order to ask to be contacted around delivery as I would need to organise time off. They contacted me the same day, were very courteous and were able to hold onto the product in their storage and arranged delivery on a day that suited me. I called them early in the morning (730am) to day of delivery to check it was on its way, they then confirmed a delivery slot between 8-12, and the delivery happened at just gone 9am. Very professional, friendly and value for money products and service. Would definitely buy from again.
Ordered a large water tank and lid, received it the next day exactly as stated. Had a slight concern about the in transit handling and contacted TDL by phone. They were helpful, supportive and offered an immediate replacement if required. This turned out to be unnecessary but it was good to know they have a no quibble approach if something does go wrong. There are plenty of retailers who are good when things go right but the real test comes when things might have gone wrong and I could not fault the way TDL handled my case.
Our windows and doors all needed attention. Matt knew exactly what was required on first inspection and completed the job same day at a good price
We purchased a boiler and accessories front this company and delivery was as promised from the company,the boiler is now installed and running,very pleased with it,very quiet,will certainly use this company again for any future purchases.
This was a no problem transaction. The only minor hiccup - probably my fault - was not knowing that the £100 minimum order for free delivery excluded the VAT. I think my order was a couple of pounds short (ex-VAT) and I could have had an extra item and free delivery, cheaper than the costn of tghe delivery I paid for.
Website easy to follow. Ordering process simple. Product exactly as specified , well packed and delivered within 3 days of ordering. Faultless service. Will definitely recommend and use this company again.

The whole experience was excellent and saved me quite a bit of money along the way, so have to give TDL the full five stars.
The only very small negative is that the item was delivered on a pallet that I have had to dispose of.
I was installing under floor heating for the first time and they gave me good advice and tips to get the job done well. All equipment arrived very quickly and well packed but not over packed.
Just a pity they are using a 0844 number.
