A great service and super quick delivery. The staff were very understanding and helpful. Also a fair but cheaper than my local supplier, which is always nice.

Excellent service and customer service. I needed a large quantity of traps for a job. TDL were by far the cheapest supplier, although didn't have quite enough in stock. So they got them delivered straight to me from the manufacturer. Phoned me to make sure this was ok and phoned again to make sure they had arrived. Highly recommended.

efficient and excellent prices

Very efficient company and knowledgeable staff, radiatior arrived exactly on the day specified. Excellent price, less than half price. very pleased would use company again.

Excellent

Called TDL as they did not have the Vaillant boiler pack I wanted on line. They set up the pack for me and called me back within an hour so I could place an order. Called to confirm delivery date and all was delivered without any problems. Excellent service would thoroughly recommend.

Prompt next day delivery and I even got a call to check if I needed a flue as I hadn't ordered one.
Excellent service and I will definitely use TDL again.

Cheapest boiler pack I've found and next day delivery

The site was easy to use and I found the boiler back I wanted. It also happened to be the cheapest I could find on the net. Delivered on the expected day and very well packaged on it it's own little pallet. Plumber was very impressed, as was I :-)

Think it's all been said. I'd add they have a "courteously-written" website - by that I mean I feel I'm being treated as a valued customer (even if I'm only a 'potential' one) right from the start.
Friendly and characterful service if you ring in with a query too. Altogether a warm, pleasant experience!!
Q for Trustpilot: Why do they only rate overall as 4*s, when they've clearly been given 5*s by everyone?

Competitive pricing and first rate service

I ordered a boiler plus accessories, and later the components for a complete underfloor heating system. Not only was TDL's pricing competitive, the deliveries were rapid and last minute order changes were picked up and accommodated. Highly recommended!

1st class service from friendly staff

i have never written a review before but felt compelled because of the excellent service from the staff at tdlonline. they advised me and helped with all aspects of my heating and plumbing questions. i bought a whole house package from boiler, underfloor heating system pipe work and fittings for all domestic hot and cold water. i spent 2 weeks sending my updated lists to them and when i finally ordered 2 pallets arrived on the day i requested. i highly recommend this firm and will use them again. many thanks to malcolm and matt.

brilliant service

I purchased a vaillant ecotec 837 with flue, timer, flue extension, caldensate, and got a calmag free with my order. I got the best price I could find. The items all arrived the next day. I ordered the wrong size flue extension and they were happy to take back i obviously had to pay for the return. the guys were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend and I would also definitely use again.

Quality Service

I phoned these guys Monday lunch time.
Was given good honest advise in understandable english.
Placed order 4:30pm Monday afternoon online
Received Full Vaillant Boiler kit 9:30am Wednesday morning as agreed
Boiler engineers who fitted Boiler also impressed with Service & highly impressed with price.
As i work on a service desk that has won lots of awards for providing quality service.
I am more then happy to recommend the service provided by the TDLOnline guys

Highest standard of customer service

Yes, and faultless. I had a query regarding the Vaillant boiler pack I was hoping to order so called up on Saturday morning, spoke with a very helpful and polite chap who knew his stuff and told me if I placed the online order on Saturday the pack would be with me around lunchtime on Monday. I placed the order (cheapest Vaillant boiler pack online and in any store) that Saturday and the boiler arrived at 1pm on Monday. I even got a call on the Monday morning confirming that TDL were delivering around 1pm that day and was this still ok with me. Absolutely brilliant and this is how customer service should operate! Over the last 4 months I have ordered numerous goods and services through various companies (including John Lewis (don't start me off on them!), tile companies, bathroom suppliers, radiator company etc etc) and TDL have been the only company to give me an estimated time of delivery (rather that saying between 7am and 6pm on a particular day) and then delivering the goods when they said they would. One very happy customer and thank you all at TDL for restoring my faith in British customer service! D Trumper, Surrey

Thank you for your excellent service. The goods were delivered in good time and were packed very well. The prices were also very competitive. When I needed to call the company due to some of the goods not being compatible with the boiler we had purchased, the telephone was answered quickly and the service that we received from Matt was second to none. Matt was polite and professional throughout and returned my calls as promised. It was agreed that these items could be returned and my card account would be credited on receipt. I then had to phone Matt again and explain that I was having difficulty returning the items as the courier company wanted ID and then wanted to open all the boxes that I had wrapped up to check the contents. Matt informed me not to worry and he would sort it out and call me back the next day. True to his word, the next morning he called and advised me that he had arranged a couirier to collect the items the following day. It is not often these days that you receive a service as good as this, you often find that when you telephone a compamy you are directed to an Indian call centre and cannot understand a word that is being said, or the person on the other end of the phone does not really care and they make false promises. This was not the case with TDL and I have no doubt that when my goods are received by TDL then my card will be credited as they promised. I would definately recommend this company to all my working colleagues and friends. Based on the above I am rating this company with 5 stars. Well done Matt.
