Perfect Service
Wanted to order a new boiler.
Phoned at 08:00 to ensure that item was in stock, courteous informative conversation.
Item immediately ordered on-line and boiler was delivered at 08:30 the following day.
Good price, excellent communication and delivery time.

FAST NEXT DAY DELIVERY
RECEIVED WELL PACKED BUT DAMAGE TO BOTTOM RIM THAT SUPPORTS TANK. THEREFORE ROCKS SLIGHTLY WHEN STANDING ON FLAT BASE. WILL NEED PACKING OUT TO MAKE STABLE.

Good service with added customer care.
The taps I first ordered arrived quickly but turned out to smaller than anticipated. We posted them back and Mr Robinson reordered another set for us which were slightly more expensive. However we were not charged extra or asked to pay postage again. The only reason no five stars is they aren't fitted yet and I don't want to tempt fate!

Bought a boiler and was delivered next day. Phoned to see what time delivery might be and they phoned me straight back. Cannot rate highly enough. Very helpful staff.

I ordered a radiator on line on the Wednesday and radiator was delivered on the Friday. It was well wrapped and I was texted by courier on delivery time. So what more can you ask! Item was just as described and plumber fitted last w/e. Working perfectly so very happy and would recommend.

TDL local heroes
Found my perfect bath online but all stockists had delivery 5-10 days. I needed my bath the next day as plumber had booked time in to fit it. Then I found TDL they not only had the exact bath in stock but delivered it the next day. Very, very friendly service I would definitely use them again.

Professional in all aspects from delivery within 24hrs to calling when they were on their way.
My plumber gave me the link and ordering my boiler from this website was so easy from start to finish. Can you imagine my surprise when I got a call the next afternoon from the delivery driver, telling me he would be with me in the next few minutes? And there were no hidden charges! No missing parts either! I'm now enjoying my new boiler with its 5yr warranty and will recommend tdl to anyone! :-)

Sorry to hear you haven't recieved Tank Lid yet. I have looked into this and we shipped out with parcelforce on Monday 11th March. I am chasing Parcelforce this morning to find out what has happened to this parcel. I will send another one out today for before 12 delivery tomorrow (Tuesday 19th March)
