I wouldn't hesitate to use Tdlonline again
This was a straightforward transaction, from ordering to paying to receiving the combination hot water cylinder. I have no reservation in recommending this supplier, based on the one purchase I have made.

Good prices but too many mistakes with the order! Wrong boiler part sent 3 times!
Very good prices. TDL Online had a fab deal but unfortunately, the money saved was counteracted by having an idle plumber sat around waiting for the correct boiler part to be sent! The wrong boiler part was sent three times!! The company was helpful in dealing with the mistakes but I’d be wary using them again.

The boiler is packed and sealed and delivered to us direct from worcester Bosch.
Never heard of this happening but the wrong manifold was fitted on the boiler (a mistake by the manufacturer)
We done all we could to get Worcester to send the correct part out ASAP.

fast and simple
I needed to order a boiler fast - as my daughter, son in law and grandchildren were without heating. This happened on Boxing day at Christmas. On new years eve - we had the boiler delivered. Excellent service - and great value for money! I would recommend this company to anybody.

Delivery was very quick with no problems, would use them again.
I needed parts for the header tank in the loft searched online and TDL were the best choice as far as part description and pictures with links to other parts I needed. It was easy to order without having to signup and the delivery was next day. Very good all round.

Good old fashioned service in the 21st century!
Good site reflecting excellent stock and their collect/delivery options are just the ticket. The availability of additional information for products is only a click away and can really aid product selection. In store the staff are always helpful.

To slow for me!
I had to wait too long for the delivery of my items to arrive. Having paid the unannounced postage fee, I thought that delivery would be prompt. Sadly this was not the case as the package took 10 days to arrive! Yes that's right 10 days!! Simply put in today's modern age this is just not good enough.

Apologies about delay on this Order. We did phone to say how long order would be due to Item Not being in Stock. No Merchant stocks this trap so had to be ordered direct from polypipe who take 5-7 days to deliver to us. As soon as we recieved it we sent out on next day Service.
With regards to "unannounced Postage Fee" we try to make it clear on every page that Orders under £100 have a £5.99 Shipping Charge.

" ITS GOT OUR NAME ON IT .....................TD ONLINE"
TD Online is a great outfit. I ordered my new immersion tank with a free imersion/thermostat after lunchtime and it arrived via TNT the next morning. Much easier than picking it up yourself from a superstore and it was less expensive.

Fast and fabulous
Our boiler 'blew up' on the Friday evening. Our friend (in the trade) came round Saturday and tried for 4 hours to try and get it going so at least we could have some heat / hot water until we could get a new one - no joy!! We order the boiler online on Saturday afternoon - around 3.30pm - knowing that although it said next day delivery, it was a Saturday and it was late in the day we probably wouldn't get it till Tuesday at the eariest. My phone goes Monday morning - "We've seen your order and already have a truck heading your way, so we've put it on there." New boiler with us by 11.30am Monday! Best servce ever and the guys I spoke to were so freindly and polite. Thank you so very very much. Top service delivered by fantatsic people.

Great fast Service

Simple to order, first rate staff telephoned to query a possible order omission on my part, goods delivered rapidly and as promised by helpful driver.
My sole concern - and I felt terribly guilty that I was unable to help him - was that the delivery vehicle had no tail lift and the man did not have the use of a trolly. As a result he single handedly lifted the boiler from his vehicle and carried it for 30 yards into the house. He won't be able to do that many times without permanently injuring his back - which is not funny! Tailgate lifts may malfunction but there is no excuse whatsoever for not having a trolly. Sort it !!!

Excellent service
A friend recommended TDL for my new Valliant boiler. The staff were all very helpful and kept me up to date with my order. My order was delivered exactly when they said it would be which helped as I was working on a tight schedule. I would 100% recommend TDL and will be using again.

These guys are great.
They are always helpful and even ring to check the order and arrange the delivery.
Very well priced and good range of stock.
Delivery guys are cheerful and helpful always, make sure the boiler is brought in to the property and to the room were it is to be fitted, I had a boiler refit on the fourth floor of a block of flats with on lift the delivery guy never batted an eye lid just got on with it with no attitude or fuss.

Very efficient service, unfortunate about not receiving a full refund and having to pay postage
The service and communication between TDL and myself has been second to none. Without a doubt I would give 5 stars for sorting out the faulty product that I was sold. It is a dissapointing that I have been laboured with a postage charge that I believe should be refunded as it is not my fault the product failed and should not be held responsible for delivery charge.

Very helpfull

No Nonsense - Competitive Price - Helpful Staff - Prompt Delivery
I found the product (Potterton Heat Only Boiler) on a Google Search and TDL matched the most competitive price I found for this model.
Their website was clear and informative. Nevertheless, I rang them directly as the promised next day delivery was critical for me. The telephone call was brief, very polite and straight to the point giving me the reassurance I required.
Product arrived promptly next day and the boiler is now installed just before latest cold spell!

First class service with value for money
Hi Used this company to purchase my plumbing needs. Got the products at a vastly reduced price over its competitors and the items arrived next day as promised and I even got a tracker time which helped with my arrangements with delivery. This meant I was not hanging around waiting needlessly. All in all I was greatly impressed with this company and will definitley recommend them and use them again.

Superb service as always, delivered on time to the correct place and even though the courier had damaged one radiator grill tdl replaced and sent another no problem.

So they got them delivered straight to me from the manufacturer. Phoned me to make sure this was ok and phoned again to make sure they had arrived. Highly recommended.

Called TDL as they did not have the Vaillant boiler pack I wanted on line. They set up the pack for me and called me back within an hour so I could place an order. Called to confirm delivery date and all was delivered without any problems. Excellent service would thoroughly recommend.

Cheapest boiler pack I've found and next day delivery
The site was easy to use and I found the boiler back I wanted. It also happened to be the cheapest I could find on the net. Delivered on the expected day and very well packaged on it it's own little pallet. Plumber was very impressed, as was I :-)
