a 6 seat stacking set arrived yesterday and really nice stuff,surprised how smooth the finish was, the website did state this but sometimes you know what happens!!, not this time , BETTER THAN THE PHOTOS ON THE SITE, and they made the furniture look good...was impressed that this is what we received, just looked like the set on show on the photos...one last mention to kev the driver who delivered my set, as were he office colleagues,polite,no nonsense and above all helpful!

Friendly service and very very happy with the Atlanta Stacking set

We recently took delivery of a garden table Atlanta set from "Teak Warehouse" and from start to finish the purchase was more than satisfactory. Used teak warehouse last year for a pair of teak loungers with cushions and was really pleased with how sturdy they are, you can never be too sure with websites so was pleasantly surprised to see drivers struggling with them! really nice quality teak

have ordered the stacking large 10ft set and two loungers and after the lovely weekend we had it is the first real use and look at all the set...really excellent from the quality of the teak down to the cushions supplied. had bar be que yesterday and i think i should be on commision!! i reckon at least two other of our friends will buy from you guys!!
again a real easy simple process and emails came back quickly with questions etc

Round miami stacking set lovely quality and easily delivered

had bought previously from these guys so ordered a small teak set for a small patio area i have in a walled garden, because i wanted a vintage/classic look i was advised to go fro the teak set so ordered a round table with 4 stacking chairs.
lovely quality and finish is excellent just as i was described to.
again good service, set left in garden for me so when i got in from work it was all there.

The worst company I have ever dealt with and I wanted to give them a minus rating.

We live in France and were visiting family in the UK for one week. We ordered over £1000 worth of teak garden furniture to be delivered on May 1st. [Name] guaranteed that he could deliver on that date as we were catching the ferry home that evening. I made a bank transfer on the Saturday before delivery and e-mailed 3 times after that but there were no replies. Finally on the Wednesday I managed to get through on the telephone to be told that the chairs I had ordered were out of stock. [Name] then tried to make out that he hadn 't received my emails but my computer told me otherwise. I asked for an immediate refund but needless to say I have not yet received it. I shall be contacting trading standards next week. No need to contact trading standards as after this review appeared my money was refunded in full. I was also offered a discount if I changed this review and bought furniture on our next visit. I declined the offer.

Given a 4 hour window for delivery or face a 'terrible review'....What an absolute horrible woman. We have a very successful excellent feed backed business built on supplying lovely furniture only to be blighted by an absolute conceited sarcastic nasty piece of work...

dad well pleased with the bench and loungers

got to admit my dad ordered from teak warehouse first a couple of months ago and i then ordered from their sister website which sells rattan furniture.
he ordered a teak bench and a pair of loungers and was totally impressed with the whole package, particularly their knowledge of the product and teak wood in general and of course loved the bench and loungers when they were delivered.
again he put me onto them so i thought while i was leaving a review for rattan warehouse i would leave his review for dads purchase...all in all they seem to have the garden furniture products off to pat..well done

Wonderful teak peanut bench

Decided to order the Teak Peanut Bench for my husbands 75th birthday. Extremely pleased with quality and design, plus the delivery man couldn't have been more helpful. Looking forward to lots of time spent in the garden using it over the summer (depending on weather of course)
Would recommend without hesitation.

I just wanted to let you know that we received the teak set and it arrived in good time delivered by a very polite driver who knew all about teak furniture and we are most pleased with our purchase from Teak Warehouse! The website is very user friendly,the man i spoke to was very knowledgable about all aspects of the wood and gave me some good tips also!
Would be happy to shop at Teak Warehouse again and recommend it to our friends in the future

excellent quality bench

My wife ordered a set of garden rattan furniture online from rattan warehouse and it was exactly as shown on site,whilst she was on the site

i looked at their 'sister' site teakwarehouse and we ordered a 1.5 lady emily solid teak bench it was delivered on time and when she phoned with a few questions was answered by a very helpful person. The teak bench was also as described on the site and exactly the same as the photo,nice and thick timber and heavy
all in all both sites have given us two quality products as described and photoed on the websites,just what you need from websites,good concise description,helpful staff and overall excellent quality products, will shop on both sites again

Teak Warehouse obviously know there stuff !

I have just had some teak furniture delivered from teak warehouse. Ordered the 3.0mtr 10 stacking set and was amazed at first on the website www.teakwarehouse.co.uk by the price, surely it didnt include all the cushions and parasol also but after speaking to mark he assured me that it did and i can CONFIRM WHAT A BEAUTIFUL SET OF FURNITURE..!! the chairs are just so perfectly made with the superb teak grain running trough all pieces and joints are obviously machined and jointed by crafstmen. Teak Warehouse obviously know there stuff and there importing directly from indonesia over the last decade have proved dividends.
You would genuinely after seeing my set expect to pay over £1700 anywhere else for such quality items.... BRING ON THE SUMMER!!

Absolutely a superb bargain,,,my buy of the year by a country mile!!!!!

Far superior to others I have tried

I have no idea why the other reviewer would say it's a scam website. That was not my experience at all. the garden furniture I ordered was delivered quickly, was of good quality and the driver even assembled it for me.
Given that I was given the option to inspect the furniture before paying for it, could pay by cash or cheque upon delivery, I would not hesitate to recommend Teakwarehouse to others.
