Excellent!
I bought the Nokia MD-8 mini speakers. The website and ordering procedure are very clear and easy, the price was extremely competitive. Communication was superb and shipping prompt. Arrived to Holland in less than a week and was well packed. Highly recommended!

Superb customer service
Ordered 6 surge protectors for use in europe. The company emailed me to ensure that I hadn`t miss ordered the product, prior to despatch. How refreshing to find such good customer service.
I would recomend this company without reservation.

Not recommended
Techdna is the only company on the Internet that I've had problems with. I ordered a EUROVOX in July which didn't work and didn't match the description on their website. I contacted them and they were very relectant for a return, however, I obtained an address and sent it back recorded. 2 weeks later the parcel returned undelivered (unknown address). I contacted them again and was given a different address which again I sent recorded (another £7) but have still not heard anything 8 weeks later. This is a very poor company which I would recommend avoiding.

IF ONLY ALL BUSINESSES WERE RUN LIKE THIS COMPANY
This was the first time i had used this company and it was a pleasure to deal with them and i have recommended them to my friends. Communication was excellent, delivery was superfast and the item ordered was perfect. Cannot recommend them enough and i will certainly be buying from them again. Brilliant.

Brilliant help desk!
Bought an item off ebay and had an issue, the item wouldnt work. after talking in messaging to the company, they advised me to troubleshoot it and test it a bit more. after around2 hours i said i have done everything and they forwarded me to a Customer Service Rep.
He explained that he would ship me a new KVM switch out the following day or atleast have a look for me. he found a suitable one. THEY RANG ME. after giving my consent, (this is rare, usually you have to call companies!!)
They arranged a date, sent it by post the monday, i received it today, Tuesday.
This time in full working order, the new item is £5 more. although i did not have to pay a penny, the company gave the item for free!
So in all, i got a broken KVM switch, for 15£ then a new item, without returning the broken one. for free which is worth £5 more.
:D Good deal all round!
I will be using TechDNA alot more thanks ;)

Forget Ebuyer!
Excellent choice and an unbelievably fast service.
Have order 4 or 5 times since their launch. I purchased a Western digital Green 1.5tb that arrived faulty. The RMA turnaround was less than 3 days. I used to purchase all my comapnies items from Ebay but after thei shoddy and unprofessional RMA service, will never shop with them again.

Professional with excellent service
Ive used this store before without any problems, always quick to deliver and respond to any problems. This time I thought i'd test out the pay by cash facility at Techdna. Ordered an N1 Vision router on 11/05/2010 at around 11am and checked out with pay by cash.
It gave me a receipt to print out and take to a paypoint outlet. Paid it and by the time i got home had received an email saying the payment was received (11:30am).
Item arrived 2 days later. Well impressed. Will use again.
