Quick and reliable service.
Technogroom is my main supplier, they fix things quickly and orders are always sent out quickly. Have saved me many a time when my clippers or drier have died on me and sent a replacement out next day. Good work boys :)

Due to your location the Postal Services will take longer to get your parcel to you and they are not possible to be tracked. We did discuss this with your previous order. If you had let us know of any problem you had with your previous order we would have been happy to try and sort this out for you and possibly could have sent replacements out with your current order.

So easy to order - so quick to deliver and best of all excellent quality products.
Technogroom has an superb name amongst the Afghan hound owners and I would unquestionably recommend this company to anybody; we have dealt with them for many years now and have never been let down. Great products & Fast delivery
Technogroom are the only company in the UK to sell my preferred dog shampoo Kelco..They always dispatch fast and my items are with me within 2-3 days..Their website is easy to use, and if items are out of stock, you are told immediately and can tick a box to inform you when it back in stock and ready to order....The Perfect mail order company....I would hight recommend them as everything I have ever ordered has been great quality and at reasonable prices.

GOOD SERVICE, COMMUNICATION COULD BE IMPROVED
Technogroom is a good website offering value for money goods, although I ordered at a time of year where people tend to take holidays, my order took quite a lot of time to come through. I felt that I therefore shouldn't have paid for the 1st class delivery service, although there was no choice on the website for any slower or cheaper service. Also it would be really good for Technogroom and their customers if they were able to write on the site when the order is likely to be late and reduce their postal costs appropriately. I was concerned when the goods took much longer to come than the site promised, and after a week contacted them, and they did respond politely and timely, explaining the situation.
However the goods are super, value for money and very well packaged

Generally good.
I have ordered a few things from Techno groom. Normally they are prompt and good at order picking. Although the ordering was simple and delivery was prompt considering it was Xmas. They actually didn't send the item i wanted. They sent a two speed clipper instead of a variable one! It also states variable on the receipt so i know i have chose and paid for the right one but what i received was a two speed. Normally i would send back and exchange but i desperately need the clippers for work so do not have the choice to swap as not enough time. So will make do for now and when money permits will buy a variable speed one.

If you need it fast - look no further!
I sometimes browse around for deals on products but if I need an order fast I go to Technogroom first. I know I'll pay really good prices on my goods and it will usually arrive next day without any added charges.

I have bought from them for years without any problems. I even ordered groomtops in the wrong size,called them from here(Israel)and they sent me the smaller size without waitng for my return.

fast efficient service
I had been looking out for an extra large sturdi carrier for some time. Technogroom offered the best price with an additional introductory discount. In addition the online ordering proces is very straightforward and the item was received within two days. Very impressed!

Fantastic service!!
I ordered a groomer's 'third arm' , and it arrived in the morning next day! My previous order for an Aeolus blaster dryer and stand was also quick to get here, despite the carrier mislaying it in transit and having to re route it. Obviously not Technogroom's fault, because they had sent it out promptly the parcel arrived in a few days.
Will definitely use Technogroom again, good prices, fast service.

Great Service
I find Technogroom a very good company to deal with, good products reasonably priced. Delivery is always quick. My only complaint would be that delivery charge on orders under £100 is more expensive than their competitors. Delivery over £100 is free.

Doggy Daft
I have used this product now for some time, and this company offered the best deal.
My two Cavalier King Charles Spanies and two Shi-Tzu's are always being compliemtned by people ,who think they have just been to the doggy parlour.
The web page is second to none, and delivery is excellant, the goods arrived the next day. I wish all companies were so efficient.

Best customer services ever
I use this company very regularly and I really rate them highly. They offer great aftercare and support which is invaluable to the small salon business. Delivery times are spot on and they sell good quality requisites. I have tried many groomers supply companies over the years and I have come to find these the most reliable and consistent of all.

speedy, efficient and prefessional
i e mailed for some adivice as i couldn't find something on the website |(my fault, i was looking in the wrong section) it was out of hours so i did not expect an immediate reply but was directed to the correct place by their info even though they were not in the office. the order was easy to place, came quickly with the products i had ordered and was really well packed.
a problem-free service, it was my first time using this site but i will definatley use it again.

very pleased with technogroom, quick delivery too!!!
I bought a few items, one was a grooming tunic, its great quality, however a little on the large size, i ordered size 10/12, its quite roomy, think i probably would have been better with a small one, on the plus side its quite long so covers your bum well!!!
Overall very pleased, delivery was quick which is always a big plus point, i will definately shop there again.

Helpful but had to change my order...
I ordered online which was straightforward but I was later contacted to say they don't even stock the item they were advertising. I was offered a similar product which was cheaper and the difference was refunded. A voucher or discount for my disappointment may have been appropriate as I had wasted time and money but all in all they were pleasant and helpful and I would shop here again. Postage was fairly fast which is always nice :-)
