I ordered items online that we're not available in store in my size, the delivery was fast & service good. However the items did not fit so I had to send them back, it cost me over£9 to return these items. I will not order from ted baker online again, charging customers for the return does not encourage people to shop with you. If an item is not available in store in future I will not order online.My nearest store is over an hour away so its not convenient to use click & collect service.

Hi Jennifer, We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. Although we do ask customers to cover the cost of returns postage you don't need to send them back in the original box/packaging.
