Terrible customer service
Unfortunately customer service was terrible. I bought a dress on Sunday, but my order was still being processed on Wednesday (shipping costs over 15 pounds!). I emailed several times to find out about the delay, but never received a reply. Finally there was an assistent at the online chat and she told me I was going to get a call to confirm my details and my order wouldn't be processed until they talked to me. It couldn't be through email; they had to call me (why???). She told me I would get the call that day. I didn't. Finally they did call me, but in the middle of the conversation the woman just hung up on me. I was extremely disappointed in the service. I emailed (again) to tell them I just got hung up and finally I received an answer and all of a sudden everything was ok (apparently my details didn't have to be confirmed anymore..?!) and my order would be processed. In all it took over a week to get here. I really love Ted Baker clothes, but would definitely recommend not to buy anythink on their webshop. Customer service is really bad, even though I paid (very high) shipping costs.
