So it started about a month ago when I attempted to order a Jets hoodie...My bank account was charged but later that day I recieved an email that the sweatshirt could not be printed and that I would recieve a refund. A couple days later I ordered another hoodie(a Derek Jeter hoodie)...the money was taken from my bank account again...although it had been 5 days and I still hadn't received the refund for the Jets hoodie yet. So in total teespring took almost $80 from me already. When the 10 day mark hit I still hadn't received my refund so I emailed teespring explaining the whole situation. The next day I receive an email saying that my Yankee hoodie order was canceled and refunded! Not the Jets hoodie in which they told me they couldn't print...the recent order I just made! So once again I had to email teespring to explain the whole situation. At this time I received another email that both my orders were canceled and that if I wanted to re-order the Derek Jeter hoodie I could do so before the campaign ended. By this time I should have known better but I went ahead and reordered the Derek Jeter hoodie and thought everything was taken care of...until I received the hoodie in the mail. There was white ink all over the bottom of the hoodie...also it was a very small extra large...and the rest of the ink on the sweatshirt was chunky! I email teespring right away to let them know I want to send the hoodie back and get a refund immediately. I get an email back saying "Please send us pictures of the sweatshirt". Nowhere in the email did it say how or where to send the sweatshirt back. So finally I write an email basically stating that I'm done with the company and just want my money back...I received an email back with an address...no apology or any other options...they didn't even offer to redo the sweatshirt! PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY...YOU WILL BE VERY UNHAPPY
I ordered custom print tshirts that were supposed to be on Hane Tagless Tees. Instead they came on that cheap, itchy, low quality Gilden brand. They promised refund. If your picky about your tees, like I am, double check.
If you’re as careless as I was and did not do any research before ordering, you will get yourself into the worst customer experience than any online company probably ever. I left several messages to there so called customer service # 855-833-7774. A live person will never pick up and better yet never call you back. I have sent a few emails as well to firstname.lastname@example.org and that is a black hole. Zero response to several attempts to contact the company and nothing in response in over a week time. I am still waiting for my merchandise for a month now with very little communication except for a charge on my credit card. DO NOT RISK doing business with these folks. Probably not worth it.
The worst online compant i have ever ordered from! Not only did they lie but the quality of the shirt was thin and smelled like vinegar when it arrived 10days after it was supposed to. We ordered shirts for our family reunion on Feb 6th the campaign ended on the 14th. They were supposed to have shipped out our shirts an it said they were to arrive on or before February 20th. When i didn't get my shirt on February 21st the site still said printing. Come to find out, after you pay and they take your money they won't update the site but they'll direct you too check tracking which says still printing with no updated information past your date that you paid. I emailed them and they emailed me a half answered response with words in it like "first and for most" getting smart. I had too ask several times for a phone number to speak to a live representatives before i ever got it. Just for them to say that their machine was broken but they never let anyone know. Then the very next day they issued a refund for shipping ONLY and said my shirt has been shipped. Two days later i receive another email saying they are still experiencing printing problems. If it's been shipped then how can you possibly still have printing problems? After submitting a PayPal complaint i got a full refund. Then all of a sudden, they tried top truly apologize and offered to still send the shirt. I just got the shirt March 2nd and it smelled bad, cut to small and bad quality. By the way it was way too late for our family reunion. Even if they offered me a free bulk of shirts i would decline it. Buyer's beware faulty company
Why would you sell something, take my money then find out you can't sell it. I would think you would do you homework first before offering anything! Unbelievable! Anyone ordering from you must be nuts! Lesson learned
Bought a Jax Teller "Sons of Anarchy" t-shirt to give my wife for Valentines day. Bought it on the 7th of February and the sale ended on the 14th. The company assures its customers that it will be sent out after 5 days and an email will be sent out with Tracking information. Nothing has been sent. When I check their website it claims to be still in print. I filed a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Good thing I gave my wife jewelry for Valentines or I'd really be up sh*t creek.
Thanks for nothing Teespring! Don't waste your time or money on this BS company!
Although I received my order in a fairly timely manner, I was disappointed in the quality and sizes. I ordered 2 ladies smalls and a ladies medium t shirt for my grown daughters. The sizes are more like children's and they are not the fitted cut I was expecting. Will not order again.
Ordered on 11-20-13. Filed a dispute with PayPal in December and emailed numerous times with the company. They did seem to want to try and resolve the issue ( of me NEVER receiving my order) BUT after this long I just want a refund.
I wil never order from the again. I order a product back in November and it never came, I emailed them and they said it would be sent in the next 10 days 3 months later still haven't gotten it. They did refund me my money but they also said they would still being sending me the product. I honestly wouldn't order form them because you probably will never get the product.
We have waited a month on one sweatshirt we keep calling they say any day now we get an Emil saying ten more days when we thought it be here by this week like we were told. I asked for my money back and they can't do that either. I think this is a sketchy place to order from. My first and last time that's for sure.
I used Teespring to raise money for my Church's Mission Trip in Chiapas, Mexico. Our teens needed to raise seven thousand dollars in a two month period. In the past we've done car washes and bakesales and those work pretty well but take a lot of organizing and teenagers are lazy with manual work!
Well, one of our Sunday school teachers heard about Teespring because her nephew bought a "She Loves the Dallas D" shirts, and said that it'd be great for fundraising.
We worked directly with Teespring account representatives who were very caring and helpful. They explained the whole process of doing Teespring. With the help of our church IT guy (he's actually a minister lol!), we launched our campaign.
We had a students advertise the campaign with social medias (Twitter shares and Facebook messagings)
Two weeks later we raised enough for our teens to go to Chiapas! (which ended up being a nightmare but not Teesprings fault)
Teespring's design program offers extremely limited options. Although the design program claims to allow for ten color designs, it seems to be set up to only allow one to two colors on Only White Shirts. Having some knowledge of screen printing, they are producing only the lowest cost designs possible therefore giving themselves a high margin of profit. It is a great idea for the Teespring company because they get people to do all the work for free; design and then promote and market their design in return for a small profit. Although the prospect of launching a T shirt campaign through Teespring without any up front cost sounds appealing, I would bet the top selling designs are in-house creations and the good reviews that you find on their site and the internet are part of a self marketing ploy. In addition, Teespring may be fishing for good designs for cheap. The way their software program is set up, mostly, designs are declared to have too many colors. In fact even designs with one to maybe two colors do not work, nor do they give the option to print on anything but white shirts. Suspiciously, there are very similar designs to the ones that are not allowed that appear on their site claiming to have thousands of dollars in sales. Perhaps if you work with one of their in-house designers which they suggest 'if you need help' you could get more detailed in your design, but then it will cost you and you no longer own the rights to Your design. If it sound to good to be true, it usually is. A waste of time. You would be better off to save up a couple hundred dollars and get your T shirt design screen printed locally you would get more for your money (more colors and t shirt color options) and then market your own T-shirs; after all, you are doing all the work and would make more of a profit. In addition, you would be supporting your own community and not internet profiteers.
Ive been using Teespring for 4 months now and am very happy to have found the website. I've been able to get my designs out to people online and even make a little extra money selling them designs on shirt! Thanks!
Having worked in Internet Marketing for over 5 years, I have dealt with a wide range of service providers across multiple markets. Some have been bad, some have been good, but none have been excellent...
That is until I started using Teespring as a merchandising provider.
Teespring is excellent, for the inexperienced and experienced alike. As someone who has very little experience with graphic design, I've found their online tee designer easy to use, with its effective point and click system.
However, it has to be Teespring's customer service team that stands out as the hallmark of the company. Not only do they keep our customers happy by ensuring prompt and efficient delivery times, the support they offer to us is immense.
Never have I worked before with provider who has a positive response rate of around just 15 minutes. Teespring literally can not do enough to help you ensure that your campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
It is for this reason that I will be using Teespring for many years to come.
I've run a few campaigns with teespring now and really can't get enough. And neither can my audience.
If you had walked through my door a few years ago and said that I could create physical products for my audience for FREE and actually make MONEY for selling them to my audience, without having to actually handle the creation, shipping or support with absolutely NO RISK I never would have guessed it was possible.
