Dissapointing

Not very happy with my order at all, took over 3 weeks to come, no reply to the 3 emails i sent so had to spend £10 on phone calls, which would have made it cheaper to go down to any shop. I was then blatently lied to, no one had tried to deliver it 3 times as no notes through the door. Appalling customer services.

Abysmal service.

The order I placed over a week ago, and which (according to the invoice] was despatched the following day, has yet to arrive. I have sent two emails notifying them of this and asking if they can check on what is happening (I have been given no tracking number) but have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement let alone a reply. Interestingly, on its website, Tektica states that all emails are answer within 24 hours but has signally failed to achieve this in my case.
Things inevitably go wrong from time to time, often outside of an organisation's control, but the real test of any supplier is the quality of it's response. Tektica has, in my view, utterly failed in this regard.
I have awarded two stars only because of the absence of any apparent malicious intent.

Perfect...only issue was: a day late and tracking.

Item arrived in excellent condition.

Did take 12 days (although the website did advise that 8-11 days may be normal).

The tracking number I was provided with was no good as it is for Royal Mail Signed and this does not update until the parcel has actually been delivered.

They do offer an express delivery option however so there is really no room for complaint.

Not a scam after all!

I bought a Log40 TV aerial from Tektica and the price was very good, and also benefitted from free P&P. In fact the deal was so good that initially I thought I had been scammed.
It wasn't a scam at all and was a genuine supplier. Extremely good prices, and fast delivery. Only slight concern was that the aerial arrived quite poorly packaged and some of the dipoles had been slightly bent by the courier service, requiring me to bend them back into line. It was cheap though, and the aerial is now working perfectly so I'm happy.

easy to order easyer to install

on ordering my sat dish I was a little worried about installing it but I had no problems apart from findining the satelite to start with I now have cristal clear tv with over 135 channels.

The goods were received very quickly, especially considering that the price was so good. The dish came with a very solid mounting bracket. Note that you do need to buy the mounting bolts, but that's fair enough as they don't know what surface you're attaching it to.
