I have been a wholesale customer of Telappliant's for around two years now. We are only a small supplier to a handful of specialist companies however the support we receive is always spot on. In the two years we have been with Telappliant, we have only experienced one period of downtime, which lasted no longer than 30 minutes. The issue was obviously addressed and repaired very quickly. Most of our legacy systems run on the BT PSTN and we have experienced far more downtime from them than Telappliant. The sound quality of calls is incredible for a VoIP service. They are much clearer than a standard telephone call and we have never experienced crackly or 'robot like' calls. The majority of our calls are international calls from Australia, United States, Canada and Portugal. The quality of these calls are second to none with absolutely no noticeable delay. We have recently provisioned several international numbers which a client of ours needed right away, the team pulled out all the stops and got them over to us within a couple of hours. We are very happy customers and hope to make greater use of the Telappliant network in the near future. Thank you all.
I was able to setup a phone system for both my houses in Portugal and in the UK.. I obtained two telephone numbers, one Portuguese and the other one British to call all the phones in both countries at the same time. With this system I never miss a call when I fly back and forth and chose only to have ONE voicemail for the whole system of phones.. Excellent technical help with very practical and sensible people. I very much enjoyed their input. I strongly recommend this service to immigrants who have properties abroad and need to receive calls from their motherland making it cheap for friends to call you from their territories and from back home while you are over there.
We have about 13 users on their system all set-up with call recording, call-centre grade stats, call monitoring, etc. The call quality is fine. The service works well, but set-up can be quite a challenge to explain exactly what you want - we encoutered a couple of tech issues too, which they eventually fixed. We are now pretty happy overall, although did experience a service outage on a Friday recently, but I do not anticipate this to happen again as it was due to a unlikely fault, which they explained to us.
Prestige is a supplier of food and wine. We supply to all catering environments, and deal with over 300 different customers on a daily basis. When we moved our offices to our new location in Greenford, we decided to use VOIP telephone system. Our telephone supplier XLN advised us on this extra service and we accepted.
However, this was the worst decision we could possible have made. If I had to rate their service, it would be rated at "0" The customer service is appalling. I have spend hours on the phone in response to a simple answer to a question. The service and staff are unbelievably unprofessional. We have lost lots of business due to the incompetent way in which their services are operated.
We decided to look for a new supplier, someone reliable with prompt and efficient customer service and who could give the right support with whom we would feel confident.
From the initial moment I've been dealing with Simon Widdows at Telappiant, I have felt secure and confident again. He is professional and efficient in every way, always looking to find us the cheapest and best options. Also Mario Viriato from the technical department has been very supportive and helped me set up a reliable system, they have provided a "5 star service". Every time I have contacted them they have been prompt, I cannot express enough my elation with their service. I would never recommend any business move to any VOIP system. I would only recommend they use TELAPPIANT.
We are happy with our VOIP setup. Although we experienced a few teething problems, all our questions and set up issues which needed ironing out were addressed by the support staff, who were helpful. I do think their documentation seems to be written with the expectation that the customer already has a good understanding of VOIP. I am not experienced but I am also not completely new to VOIP yet I found the documentation wasn't as clear as it could be - ie. clear steps required to achieve a desired config. That said, when I contacted the team and let them know what we needed, they took care of all the configuration, which was great.

I would recommend Telappliant to clients, friends, family as they did exactly what i paid them to - to set up a very good and easy to use VoIP system and carry on providing a good service - which to this day has been great. Compared to their competitors they are cheaper and in my opinion more efficient.
I have used TeleApplicant (VoIPTalk) to provide my VoIP SIP trunks and numbers for about 4 years now. Even with the ever-increasing number of different providers out there, I still remain glad that I chose VoIPTalk and have no intention of going elsewhere.
I find the configuration sections of the website straightforward and easy to use, with some technical areas made nice-and-straightforward by simple language and examples.
Just today I needed to purchase another non-geo number for a new business venture. I found the gold number I wanted on the website, and submitted a purchase request. Within about an hour I had been called back and the transaction covered. Less than an hour later, the number was provisioned and was available against my account for use. Very impressive, and with a courteous set of follow-up emails to let me know what was happening and when everything was complete.
I would have no hesitation in recommending TeleApplicant for the VoIP services. Having purchased hardware from them in the past also, I can similarly confirm that they provide an equally good service in that area.
Incentally, if my avatar on this site is tagged "JollyCross", I assure you that's not in relation to TeleApplicant! That's a different area of grumpiness, unrelated to them! LOL! :)
When we decided to move from an in house based VoIP PBX to a hosted solution, we approached Telappliant as we already used them for SIP trunks between our sites.
Our account manager (Belall) was very helpful in getting everything organised to our requirements, and didn't seem to mind the constant stream of emails and phone calls as people wanted things changed or clarified.
We arranged to test our system before rolling it out, and found it to be, on the whole, very intuitive to use. My one concern, which I raised with the support team, is that the help system has sections in it that are not available to us. This, it turned out, is due to us using the system as a tenant and not as full system administrators. The help system also does not contain the most comprehensive amount of information I've seen, and sometimes leaves one guessing as to the use of an option.
I have reservations with the support team as a whole, I have logged calls with them which were not interpreted correctly despite my best efforts, and this has caused a few emails to be sent back and forth in order to clear things up. Once everything has been clarified, they do get the job done in a timely fashion, and keep you informed at all stages as to what is happening.
In use, the phone system is painless. Apart from the need to reconfigure our telephones, our staff have carried on using the system as if nothing has changed. This in itself is an indication to me that things were done right.
Altogether I am very happy with our move to the VoipOffice system provided by Telappliant, and look forward to sticking with the system for the foreseeable future.
we have been using voip office service for a while and we are very much happy with our telappliant accounts manager and senior provisioning engineer, with their Prompt response and very helpful support , I really appreciate their affords , I am pleased to recommend my friends and clients
finally :- Thank you telappliant very much for the excellent support and great services
After looking at different VoiP providers we were recommended Telapliant and spoke to the sales person who was very helpful, well informed and fairly quick getting back with required information.
Because we had not set up VoiP before it was important we were given detailed information about what we required.
On the whole this was the case, although we weren't informed that we have to plug the phones directly into the Modem rather then the individual computers themselves, which meant we had to purchase additional extra long cables.
Also, once the phones we ordered arrived, the instructions on how to set them up were poor and didn't cover the model of phone we ordered.
Because of this we spent many wasted hours on the phone to support who, despite being friendly and helpful, didn't manage to resolve all our set up problems.
Eventually however we did manage to set up the majority of the phone lines. These setup instructions should have been available to follow in the set up manual or even better, there should have been a set up manager to complete the set up for us.
One of the phones we were sent didn't work so we tried a number of different things to test it. These didn't work so we are in the process of getting a new phone sent which is also proving painful.
I'm hopeful the service will be good once all the phones are set up but for a small operation like ours it should have taken a matter of hours to set up and it's now been weeks and many wasted hours on the phone and we're still not fully operational, so I can't yet say.
Regarding the quality of the calls, for the phones that work it's so far been very good and there are no issues with the phones we have set up.
The options to customise are good and the management dashboard is well laid out and easy to use.
It's just a shame we aren't yet able to get it fully operational.
I think these issues are easily remedied and just require better information in the set up collateral and pro-active set up support at the start.
I've had very poor results with Telappliant. I use it for my business in conjunction with VoIPtalk and VoIPOffice and pay a substantial amount a month for these services. They run three of our business lines which customers use as the primary contact. Service has been patchy to say the least - calls often drop out and audio goes dead. There have been several issues with calls being lost mid call and we've had a lot of apologising to do to customers.
We regularly in fact have to call back customers from a land line as in an average day around 30% of calls drop out or lose audio, or suffer quality issues that are so bad meaningful conversation is impossible. It's somewhat concerning to be paying a large sum of money for a service that regularly needs to be backed up by a hard line.
However, the worst issue seems to be that when they suffer a service outage (which happens all too often - in the last month I'd reckon 2 major outages and several smaller ones) rather than doing something sensible like putting the call through to voicemail or having a generic automated message to assure the caller all is fine, what they actually do is tell your customer that the number isn't recognised and is out of service. This has lost us substantial sales and they seem to be unwilling to address this rather major issue to their service. Each time this happens we get a number of emails from the customers who know us (and I imagine this is a small fraction) asking if we've gone bust and being highly concerned about their purchases. You can imagine the impact on a potentially new customer.
My advice - don't use these people if you want to run a business. The impact to your sales will be high and there's not really any cost savings over a more traditional hard line system that is far more reliable, doesn't suffer from regular outages and if there is an issue has at least a meaningful message for your customers.
One final thing - having your technical support number on the same system that your customers are on - bad move. When your system goes down so does your tech support, leaving your customers high and dry with no way of contacting you nor any way of finding out what the issue is. Not very well thought out at all.

I was extremely impressed with the service I recieved from this company and in particular the person I was dealing with - he could not of been more helpful and did everything he said he would and when he said.
A very smooth service.
I would recomend this company without hesitation
i think i would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. i can see my business goals being achieved by telappliant. i had a dream to control 6 brands via one system connected with my main VoIP office system, the best part is where they connected my mobile with the system with an office extension, try the i-gen sim mind blowing.
We have only just started working with Telappliant, but already I can see significant benefits to our business and I was impressed by flexible Telappliant were when arranging our monthly cost. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other companies who are looking for this sort of solution.
Really impressed with their service since we started using them initially on a trial basis 18 months ago. Since that time we have taken on their services on a long term basis and also seamlessly expanded the services we had set up with them initially.
Full of knowledgeable people who provide a helpful courteous service, particularly our account manager who has been integral in all discussions since initial contact.

My company has been working with Telappliant for a number of years and we've always found their service to be fast and effective. The interactions I've had personally with the team there have been productive and I've always had whatever service I've needed delivered to me in a timely manner. Everyone at Telappliant have always been helpful and gone out of there way to meet our requirements. I would recommend this company to other businesses.
I have had a very good experience with Telappliant ever since we selected them as our PBX provider of choice.
They have gone out of their way to help us to resolve any business issues we have.
It is nice to meet people that look to understand how we work and make a positive contribution; our account manager has been key to this relationship.
I have been a satisfied Telappliant customer for a number of years, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Telappliant provide a range of no-hassle VoIP telecoms solutions that can save you a lot of money compared to the standard phone networks. Great services, great support and great prices!
I initially heard about Voiptalk in ealy 2011. Signed up for their service. people are there to help you if you need help, not like BT " We are very busy at the moment, your estimated wait time is 22 minutes".
No supplier or product in the market is 100% satisfactory. What matter is, if you need support someone is there for you.
I have recomended Voiptalk to my Clients as well and they are all Happy with the service as well.
We have been using Telappliant's VoIP network for many years now and I'm happy to report that we have never had a problem that cannot be solved with them! Pricing is competitive, particularly bearing in mind the high quality of service and support that we receive. Our account manager is very proactive and customer services are always helpful and understanding. Keep up the good work!
We are extremely happy with the service we receive from Telappliant and the quick response and turnaround from our Account Manager. The experience we have had with Telappliant has been a pleasure and we look forward to working with them for a long time to come.
We replaced our old BT Norstar system with VoipOffice when we moved office. In doing so, we have been able to extend our office phone system to include homes both here and abroad. We can make calls between all the phones for free, and also make business calls from home and abroad through our office system as if we were in the office. This has been invaluable and enabled effective working from home.
Whenever we have any issues, support have been good at connecting in using TeamViewer and resolving them. We'd recommend VoipOffice to all offices, especially if they have multiple sites, or if they require flexibility for future growth or home working.
We have been using Telappliant service from last few years now. Very good service as always and the Customer Support is very good. Always prompt response and happy to help. Would recommend others as well.
Urban Owners Limited.
We have been using Telappliant since 2002/2003 right from the early days and all off our services we offer run via them and we have build up a very healthy relationship.
I have never had any reason to consider using any other provider despite being approached on several occasions over the years by other vendors, our business would not be where it is today if wasn't for the support and technical expertise of Telappliant and helping us find new niche areas within the telecommunications industry.
Sure things have gone wrong at times but the crucial point is that they have been extremely pro active to resolve any issues even outside of hours and weekends, seldom do you get service and support like this today. I have personally recommended others to use Telappliant and for these business telecommunications needs and they too have been happy with the service and support received.
I would not hesitate in recommending Telappliant to any other business, they have over the years changed the way we do business and have made a huge contribution to our fortunes, and above all I hold them in high regards and consider them to be a business partner with impeccable integrity, I personally would not trust any other company with my business other than Telappliant
We have been using Telappliant for 6 years now and our relationship has gone from strength to strength.
We use Telappliant for SIP trunks, voip numbers and minutes where all the tools we need are available to us from their portal.
In the few cases where we have had problems the support team have always responded quickly and efficiently either from their support ticket system on voiptalk.org or a phone call directly through to the support team.
Not only has the service and support been excellent, but Telappliant also offer great value for money and allow us to remain competitive in this ever changing market.
We will continue to use Telappliant for years to come.
We chose Telappliant over 5 years ago as our sole wholesale supplier of both residential and hosted PBX Solutions. At the time we had a choice of 3 UK companies that could deliver the services that both we and our clients were looking for, the choice fell to Telappliant after many days of research, a chat with an existing client and having signed up for an account and tested it extensively.
We are a small wifi ISP located in Malaga, Spain with around 850 permanent clients of which around 420 take VoIP services. In addition to our wifi clients we have 9 Business Hosted PBX customers with a total of 280 extensions.
During the 5 years of service with Telappliant our outage time is still below 2 hours total. Any technical or user generated issues have always been expedited with both speed and the utmost professionalism from Telappliant support staff, any enquiry to either the sales or admin departments are dealt with in the same confident and professional manner.
Overall I would score Telappliant Services an absolute 10/10 and in addition would give the whole support team 11/10
If anyone would like to speak to me directly just email firstname.lastname@example.org and I will forward my mobile number.
VoIP lines work well. The 'Unlimited' package for £9.99 is good value though unlimited here means 3000 minutes.
I have found support quite good - prompt responses with sensible answers. One request slipped through the net and needed a reminder but the others - a fair number - have had prompt replies.
I have been using the VoIPOffice hosted PBX for about four months now and found the system pretty useful and just what we needed. The interface is fairly complicated to adjust all the settings and takes time to fathom out. The support from our account manager is where we have had some bother.
Our account manager (Carlus) has lost interest since we bought the system (he was very attentive before he made the sale) and now does not reply to emails or calls particularly around a key function that we need, which is call recording.
The system does allow call recording but you can only download an individual call at a time and when you do it loses all the caller ID, number and date and time of call which we need to identify particular transactions. We have been offered an 'FTP' based solution but the promises have never turned into delivery despite constant chases.
If it wasn't for this, I would be very happy with Telappliant
We chose Telappliant because the price was good for their VoIPtalk Express PBX product. On the plus side we got an excellent value call plan for international calls (which me make a lot of in our business). However, the service had many problems from the start and I've lost count of how many times we had to call support.... (of which I found their first line support quite rude and the second line support difficult to understand). It wasn't until I called and spoke with a very helpful Account Manager to cancel our account that he explained that the product we had had never worked properly and we should be been transferred to another product several months ago. I'm sure that Telappliant have better products available, but I question their level of customer 'service', which I found close to unacceptable.
Very Poor service when it comes to resolving a problem i have been a voiptalk user for over 4 years and im sadley going to be leaving. Support dont have a clue 3 days lator still with the same problem if you want good technical support dont come here you wont get it
Had problems sorting out the voicemail service on my new Voiptalk line.
Sent an email - responded quickly and a dedicated solution was laid out bespoke to my voip handset which was the issue. Sorted within minutes ! Easy to follow steps - couldn't have asked for me.
