We are one of the leading pharmacy service and we are the customer of Telappliant as well. I contact two different days with the same person name call Omar really friendly, good customer service and explanation of the issues made me more clear. It’s really gave me a good idea about how to work more on VOIP.
A good concept with excellent infrastructure that seems to work well. But the implementation is hopeless. Months later I am still trying to get it running as I want it - the Sales team did a good job hooking me but the follow up thereafter has been pretty useless. If you're not prepared to roll your sleeves up to finish the job yourself, shop elsewhere...
We had a bit of a complicated setup, with four different locations that required custom settings on all our VoIP phones. I must admit that it was a bit rocky at the very beginning, but the customer support team at Telappliant persevered and we are very happy with the service.
I had a problem with setting the time on my handset. After contacting Telappliant (our supplier), the technician took me through the solution step-by-step. Following his suggestions I sorted the problem easily. I also received a follow-up email from Telappliant to check if the problem was solved - this also proves the great customer service offered by Telappliant

Inevitably there's plenty of opportunity for frantic and fraught conversations when systems are misbehaving, but I do have to say that I've never had anything other than an excellent relationship with the sales team, the deployment team and the support folks afterwards. I can't recall any occasion when they've let us down - and that's important when we're relying on them to help deliver our reputation too.
Overall - a genuine thank you all at Telappliant for a really great service!
I am glad telappliant has introduced a rating criteria. As i am a sincere beleiver of giving credit where it is due. Being a beginner in using VOIP, i started experimenting with Asterisk GUI, after many attempts of getting this service up and running, let alone getting SIP trunks working i decided to call a few providers to assist. Telappliant bieng one of them...Just really to cut the long story short I was lucky enouh to speak to a Technical Engineer Omair Sheikh, who was very very helpful and i cannot stress enough was very good in providing support. Being from a Manageria and techinical background myself , i beleive Omair Sheikh is a valuable asset to telappliant and if there are many like him within telappliant then i'd say they have got it right ..... Keep up the good work
We had an issue today with our Asterisk server and even once the Telappliant engineer had proved that the issue was with our equipment, he continued to help us, even connecting remotely to our server to resolve the issue. The level of service is excellent, I was really impressed and relieved that the fault was resolved. I would highly recommend Telappliant.
We have been using Telappliant since day 1 and they have been our only VOIP Supplier to date, it works, the call quality is excellent, they answer the phone promptly when you call and I can vouch that our contact has been there for 3 years. Belive me if I would have any doubts about Voiptalk I would have moved supplier along time ago (or at least trailed another provider and I assume the staff would have done the same by now.
We have been using Telappliant since 2008 and we have grown our business from 6 to 26 since. The solution we have with them has allowed that scalability very cost effectivley and their services has been 99.5% reliable.
Over the past few years, I've sourced all the services (ADSL/ SIP Trunks/ Call Mins/IP Phones) necessary to host IP telephony for all my customers from Telappliant. Easy to deal with, service desk is well organised, regular updates and never have had to escalate.
Sales person we deal is knowledgeable enough to answer almost all of the questions on the spot but reverts back for those he needs to confirm. Full confidence and trust in the company.
When using Telappliant the level of service I have received and the speed at which it has been done are second to none. The hands on approach adopted by the company should stand it in good stead in the future.
Contacting support is hit and miss: some emails to support get a ticket but then "fall out of the queue", some are just lost or ignored. Things do get sorted out, but you might have to chase them, and perhaps phone a few times.
I have been using Telappliant's services for over 4 years and our business depends on the telephone numbers and hosted solution on a daily basis. To date I have had no serious problems and our system has run faultlessly. Well done and keep up the good work!!
I have never work with a company quite as bad as this. The customer services and support team have no clue what they're doing and are possibly the rudest people I've ever had the misfortune to speak to. We are currently moving our phone system away from them as things have gradually stopped working. The auto topup no longer works and the credit cards can't be changed if you already have 3 expired cards saved! That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I reported it months ago and it's still not fixed! It wouldn't take my company more than half a day to fix! We have now move one account away and found that our account (on £8 when we moved) was still going down... It's now on £-0.86. Something is clearly not right with this company. They have no integrity.
We chose Telappliant due to a recommendation from our IT company but from day one they have been horrendous. From not installing the equipment correctly, to salesmen (not engineers, they don't seem to have any) showing up late, to problems for over a year in that the software was incorrectly installed, to the worst customer service in the world. In 17 months with them barely a week has passed without problems and many many hours have been spent trying to deal with the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Only recommend to your worst enemy!
