Unethical practices

I was a Teleflora florist and cancelled in September 2013. It was mandated that I send a certified letter of cancellation. I did that and got back the signed receipt from them that they received it within a couple of days. They are saying that they did not receive it until November and continue to bill me $204 per month for dues. I have called them several times and they will not cancel my membership. I suggest because of their practices that you no longer use them. Call a local flowershop in the area you are sending to. You will get better product at a more reasonable charge.

didnt look like a birthday cake

I sent a birthday cake flower arrangement to my daughter which had no candles and didnt look like a cake. It was pretty but didnt look like a cake and wasn't a premium arrangement.. I contacted Tela Flora customer service and they are refunding my money and contacting the florist. So they do stand behind their product.
I would rate the flower arrangemnt as a 3, but the customer service as a 5.

do not "Get Well"

My cousin was supposed to receive a freshly cut grouping of flowers with a note and a "Get Well" balloon. What she received was a grouping of flowers where half of them were obviously not freshly cut (she said they looked terrible), a note that was not understandable and a balloon that said "Happy Birthday." I will never again order flowers online with this company.

you WILL be disappointed

I ordered flowers for my mother who was having surgery. I received an email saying they were delivered but nothing was delivered. I call teleflora to be told they can't do anything for me because the florist was closed so I would need to call back tomorrow. Please don't waste your money. I heard nothing but terrible things about this company but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt I couldn't be more disappointed. ='( As if dealing with a sick parent wasn't enough.

Late delivery and damaged flowers - AVOID

My husband meant well by ordering from them for my birthday. But the bouquet never arrived on my birthday. He was very vexed. When I finally got the flowers, not one flower looked healthy. All had some sort of damaged. When I consider the priced he has paid for them... totally not worth it. When he contacted them to ask where his order was and why it was late. They blamed the local florist. I took pictures in case Teleflora is interested in how the flower they deliver look like.
Unacceptable to run a business in such manner.

Not worth it.

I ordered a bouquet for my mom's birthday, it was delivered but boy was it disappointing! I paid for a "premium" bouquet and there was nothing premium about it..it looked nothing like the picture. I also paid extra for a Mylar ballon and there was no ballon to be found. I've tried contacting them and haven't heard back from anyone yet.

Order placed on February 2nd to be delivered on Valentines Day, it is February 28th and they are not there. Nobody seems to know why. Never again.

Do I have to give it one star? Can't I give it no stars? I have memorized their hold music. I can recite Max The Annoying Automated Voice's entire cheerful script. My flowers, which were supposed to be a surprise, have not gotten there and the surprise was ruined weeks ago. Nobody knows why they aren't there and I am repeatedly assured they will get there today, and "today" comes and goes with no sign of them. I hate florists. I hate trusting others to complete my romantic gestures for me. But I am in the US and she is in London, so I had no choice. Honestly, this is embarrassing and frustrating and completely unacceptable. I am starting to think that Teleflora isn't even a real company and that no flowers are ever involved in their dealings. I refuse to give up because I want her to get her flowers, but this is just maddening and I will never, ever use this company again.

Run away. Run far away.

Ordered 2 bouquets for a funeral last week to be delivered on Sunday by 4pm. Website states Sunday delivery guaranteed if you order by noon that day. I ordered on Saturday. Got email Sunday at noon saying there was no way they could be delivered that day. After 45 minutes on the phone with a complete idiot (who just kept re-reading my email to me), I finally got a supervisor (Don) that GUARANTEED delivery the next morning at 8am. I get a phone call at 11am saying that they couldn't get them delivered. They wanted an address so that they could deliver them to the family at home. I called back with the address.

On Tuesday, I get an email saying that the delivery was made to the FUNERAL HOME. So I call again. I was told that the email was wrong and they were delivered and signed for at 3pm on Tuesday. Now it's Thursday morning and I get another phone call stating that the home is in a gated community and that it wasn't open. I told her about the email and phone call on Tuesday that said they were SIGNED FOR AND DELIVERED. She said that no, they hadn't been delivered yet and asked me how to get into the gated community. My response, did you call the cell phone number I gave you for the family? Her response was that she hadn't thought of that. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?? I wonder if they will ever get delivered...

I AM SO PISSED RIGHT NOW! I ordered flowers for my grandmother's funeral yesterday morning at 8am (2/21/2014) because I cannot be there, you call me this morning leave voicemail message that you cannot get the type I ordered (Order #20781376) and then call back 10 minutes later to tell me they cannot even get a substitute ordered and delivered cause funeral home stopped taking deliveries at 10 this morning (02/22/2014). That is why I made order yesterday, I never received anything from Teleflora other than a confirmation of my order yesterday via email until today when I received call about this issue and did receive email this morning stating:

“Regrettably, we were unable to deliver your order for the
services. Please advise if we may deliver an appropriate
arrangement to a family member. Please reply to this email
or contact us at 800-822-9547”

I cannot believe that you guys did not know of the issue until now and then offer nothing but an apology and then to deliver on MONDAY! What for the funeral was today not Monday!!!!!!! If you started having issues the day the order was made why was I not contacted yesterday and made aware? You still even then make me wait 3 to 5 business days to receive the $100+ that it cost so I still cannot get any flowers ordered from anywhere else. I will make sure that everyone I know (since I work also in customer service area) that they will not order from TELEFLORA! Social Media is a wonderful thing and can also be just as detrimental, too.

I just checked with Funeral Home about the 10 am delivery and they stated they take deliveries right up till the time they leave for cemetery which would not have been until 2pm this afternoon.

Dead and wilted Valentine's Day flowers

How very disappointing. I chose a modestly priced bouquet of long stem roses called "Forever Beloved" for my fiancé that totaled $155.56. I ordered them on February 6th. What arrived on February 14th looked as if they had been sitting around since the 6th. They were wilted and dead. It wasn't bad enough that they couldn't guarantee delivery on the 14th which made me very nervous, they couldn't deliver fresh flowers either. Sure, she understands that it is the thought that counts, but this is embarrassing. No apologies from either the florist or Teleflora. They both ignored me and refused to refund the money. Well, at least I could dispute this charge on American Express. They simply won't honor their guarantee. I will never do business with these clowns again and neither should you. I could have done better had I spent $20 at the local supermarket. Look somewhere else guys. These florists are disreputable. They make the sale and not the customer. I wish that I had looked at these pitiable reviews before I ordered.

Valentines nightmare!

My husband order a bouquet for valentines day and I received them on February 18th, every time we spoke with customer service they said that "the flowers were in the truck to be delivered", I which I can post some pictures so you can see the flowers that I received. The bucket name is "Zen Artistry" premium (go take a look to that, its beautiful) well let me describe what I got....the base you can barely see and is plastic, with grass squares, the orchids are dead, some pieces of stems from the nearest tree and 4 sticks of green bamboo, oh and the orchids are tied with a piece of ribbon that look like a palm string. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, GO TO YOUR NEAREST FLORIST!!! They have one star only because it would not let you submit without selecting one.

Valentine's Day Failure

Do not recommend. Last two of several purchases have been failures. The latest was on Valentine's Day. Paid for premium delivery, flowers not delivered. Spent 45 minutes on phone each time. Clerks helpful but limited in authority to correct. Marketing may lure you but if you love someone, take your business elsewhere. They've lost hundreds of dollars of my business and from reading other reviews, I can see I'm not alone.

Flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday, but didn't. I called and the told me today... still nothing, maybe tomorrow? Flowers should be delivered the specified day, no 2 days after the occasion. Never ordering from them again. They don't even give a discount.

Didn't get my Valentine flowers,promised to be delivered next day,STILL NOTHING! It's not just a day it's dealing with people's emotions. Never again. My boyfriend also ordered a week before. Yet I didn't receive anything. Thanks,I appreciate you making me feel as if I didn't get anything for Valentine's but I did you guys just failed to deliver.

Horrible service, and no apologies.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's day for my wife. Flowers were not delivered. No one called or emailed me saying they will not show up. After I called and asked for a refund, no one offered an apology. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. All you will get is stress and bad customer service. It is the WORST flower delivery company I have ever used. STAY AWAY FROM TELEFLORA.

Teleflora is a joke, a ripoff, and deserves to go bankrupt

I ordered flowers to the restaurant at which my wife and I would be dining, one year from the day I proposed at the same restaurant. I wanted to make our dinner special, but instead was disappointed and upset.
I didn't even receive notice from the company that there was any problem. I insisted the service manager of the restaurant check for them, but she said that she had been there all day and no flowers had come.

Curse you, Teleflora, I will be telling all those to whom I speak of my negative experience with you, and will celebrate the day you are gone from the flower delivery industry.

I am so mad!

I bought the promotional coupon from Amazon on the day before Valentine's Day, ordered flowers to be delivered the day after Valentine's Day, and waited and waited and waited. Finally a customer service person was sad to inform me that my order had been cancelled due to high volume. That's so rude not to even inform me. I am mad at myself for thinking I was getting a good deal. So far, my credit card has not been credited, so I am out the money. I will never use Teleflora again. How unprofessional. Don't offer a deal if you can't follow up on it. It makes me sick to have to even give one star.

I ordered flowers for my college daughter. Apparently the shops were too busy on Valentine's Day to deliver my order!!! Teleflora never contacted me to let me know. Rude, unprofessional staff!!!!! They don't even deserve one star!!

Flowers Never Delivered

Ordered flowers for Valentine's day for my wife. Teleflora florist decided not to deliver the flowers because they were too busy. What BS is that? They didn't even call or email saying they will not show up. I felt stupid that my wife didn't get her flowers. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. All you will get is stress and bad customer service. It is the WORST flower delivery company I have ever used. With other companies out there, I've never had an issue. I can't believe this company is still in business. STAY AWAY FROM TELEFLORA . I wish I read these reviews before ordering from them
